AVA trade is a total joke, or maybe even worse, a scam? I have another Forex account with a Cypriot company, and my withdrawal goes through within the hour. AVA is just rubbish, over a week now. It's their customer service that is junk; it's all done on GMT! Nothing in Australia. Don't even think about using them!

Then I asked them why I need to give them access to my bank password and client numbers and licence pictures and rates notice and passport if they dont have my funds seeing that identification is after fund transfer? The representative with a smirk said she doesn't understand. After I had my bank charge the money back they called and insisted I stop the charge back processes. mistakes on my first positions, generating a few losses.

Despite these errors, I soon began to accumulate gains. On the evening of October 30, 2024, my account showed a profit of CHF 5,076.39.

Betting on a Donald Trump victory, I bought cryptocurrencies between October 30 and 31, 2024.

As these positions began to fall, and in order to respect my hedging and margin duties (see above: general conditions concerning margin which Avatrade took the trouble to remind me of in its reply to my complaint...), I attempted to make deposits, on October 30 and 31, 2024, to hedge my positions. Suddenly my deposits failed, the reason given being “insufficient funds”. My various card accounts were well funded and I had a high limit (CHF 10,000 per day), which was by far not reached.

On 1.11, there were a total of 33 attempts: 2 were successful. On 2.11, there were a total of 3 attempts: 0 successes. On 3.11, there were a total of 15 attempts: 0 successes. On 4.11, there were a total of 7 attempts: 0 successes.

The race against time began, as my positions were plummeting and the elections were just a few days away, on 5.11.

I started by contacting my bank on October 30, then the next day, the day after that and so on. No problem on their side, no restrictions on trading (I have a certificate from them for the trial). The proof is that I've used my card for other internet purchases.

I contacted Avatrade by chat and then by phone, as well as by e-mail. All had the same answer: contact the card issuer, the problem is with the supplier/bank...

After insistence, the Avatrade French team finally indicated that my card had been blocked on their side and blacklisted, which still didn't explain why the other cards hadn't worked. But anyway, after they whitelisted it, I tried again to make payments: only one worked on 1.11, then it was failure, failure, failure!

Positions continued to fall.

I was in a state of panic and couldn't sleep. I called on my friend, my father and my mother, who tried with their cards: failure!

On November 4, 2024 at around 10 pm, I was notified of a margin call with two options: make a deposit immediately or close some positions to save the rest. Otherwise, all my positions would be closed if the margin fell to 10%.

I contacted Avatrade again, to no avail. I tried in vain to make deposits. All hell broke loose.

In order to save my positions, I resigned myself to closing four ETHUSD positions manually at around 10.50pm on 4.11, generating a loss of CHF 9,310.66.

The next day, all positions recovered thanks to Trump's victory. I'll leave you to observe the cryptocurrency prices: ETHUSD, BTCUSD, etc.

I filed a complaint with Avatrade.

Their response: I didn't respect my duties regarding account coverage and margin maintenance... (but of course)

On November 15, 2024, I miscarried.

On December 1, 2024, I decided to fight it out and start a trial, which will take place in England because of the choice of forum in the contract. A law firm is currently drafting an action.

Cannot remove funds – These guys are scammers and these positive reviews are fake. I haven't been able to remove my funds for a year.

I'm ok with the environment so far – I quickly adapted to the environment here. Somehow the company managed to create such an infrastructure that is on the one hand is magnetizing, on the other one is rather corny. That's something I call perfect marketing. You create a product, release it on the market and it blows up. Inflow of customers is endless and that also tells about quality.

The perfect broker – Yes, I understand how it looks from the outside. But for me this broker turned out to be perfect. Thanks to his services I get a great income.

Investing platform – Avatrade looks more like an investing entity, rather than a forex broker. The assets, the safety, everything is on point to make proper investments.

My thoughts on this broker – If you need a good broker, check out this one. They have lots of financial options and care about their customers. They're popular for a reason. But if you're new, it can be confusing initially and sometimes support takes time to respond. Overall they're good.

Nice one – This broker provides attractive trading conditions in all trading aspects really. Tight spreads with fast orders execution. ASIC regulated and overall grat safety score from my perspective. And last but not least the trading platforms are a good choice. Both MT4 and 5 are available for manual and algo trading experience. The website is quite challenging to find information though.

legit broker – Even with my experience I can say what legit broker is look like and this is one of them. The only thing it needs to fix is amount of available assets, because I didn't find many of those I usually trade. Anyway, quality of services is on the highest level.

review – this company is quite nice to trade on financial markets. It provides several softwares and all of them are pretty stable and handy. But I don't really like mobile versions. Once I placed an order there and it was placed with a delay of two-three seconds. I don't know, maybe that was due to mobile internet connection, but still I find desktop platforms more comfortable to work with.

Trading conditions – The broker has excellent trading conditions. And these conditions are available even in the basic type of trading account. Perfect!

Good option – For me it’s a great alternative to all the famous brokers that try to charge you extra fees specifically for their name. Avatrade offers similar trading conditions to the top forex brokers, but it is much more cost efficient. Everything is in its place, execution, tight spreads, high leverage, the whole shebang. I feel like there are not enough crypto assets. But it is highly possible that it will be fixed in the future, so we’ll see.

Platform works nice – I have registered and became a client of this company without listening to a prior experience of a friend or reading a review, I just liked how it all looked and tried my chances. Although I wasn't happy but wanted to try more but wasn't able to deposit little money cause their required minimum $500 and still their both deposit systems never worked properly. I had $49 in my account which wasn't enough to open any trade and as I mentioned was unable to deposit more, surprisingly after I while even that $49 disappeared from my account and when I finally could contact them, they said it was inactivity fee. So ridiculous. The app has lots of bugs too. You're more than welcome to try it yourself, but be prepared to loose your money eventually

Avatrade Steal Money From Clients – Avatrade stole my money. I deposited money into a trading account, confirmed by my bank, they state they never received it. I have attempted for almost 2 weeks to get my money back. They are thieves. Do Not trade with this company.
