inspector came in the afternoon. The government inspector checked and advised me the installation was done well in line with compliance. So anyone wants solar systems to be set up, do not hesitate to try AZ Solar.

Great communication at the start to make the sale. Paid the deposit and 3 months later, was told they cannot install as they can't engage any solar installers. Their customer service was almost non existent between paying the deposit and and telling me they can not engage any installers.

The service team Mr. Ross was extremely helpful in assisting me with setting up the ShinePhone app. I really appreciate their prompt responses and support every time I needed help. The service has been excellent. Thank you, AZ Solar!

I was facing an issue with my inverter as it was not connecting to my home Wi-Fi. I contacted Mr. Wilson for assistance, and he did his best to help me get the system back online. Everything is now working, and I am able to access the application without any problems. Thank you to the AZ Solar team for resolving the service issue.

I was having the problem with my Application as it was not working and as I check with the AZ Solar service guy who try to ask me to share a small video and through that he try to check it with the Goodwe team and mean while next day my issue got resolved. time I asked about the payment, they gave vague answers, promised to “look into it,” and then disappeared without any follow-up. This kind of behavior shows a complete lack of professionalism and integrity. If a company cannot even honor a simple commitment of $200, how can anyone trust them with something more important? A promise is a promise — and breaking it repeatedly reflects very poorly on their ethics and credibility. I believe this is their tactic: keep delaying, making you chase them for what’s rightfully yours, until you eventually give up. That’s dishonest and disrespectful. A company that treats people this way doesn’t deserve anyone’s trust or business. If you value honesty, transparency, and professionalism, I strongly recommend staying away from this company. My personal experience tells me they make promises easily — but never deliver on them.

I was having the problem in my solar system as my inverter was not generating properly so I communicate with the AZ family and I ask to help for the same and one of the guy from the service team helped me and took some time to get it done but now my system is back online.
