Buyer beware! – Received a tax invoice and confirmation email over a fortnight ago with no further correspondence or Australia Post tracking advice as advised on the website. Won’t return email and the mobile number listed on the website doesn’t even have a proper business voicemail or voicemail at all - voice to text msg is the only option. Extremely unprofessional if it is a legitimate business.

Buyer beware – Ordered 2 weeks ago, received a receipt / confirmation but no other correspondence. They aren’t answering their phone or replying to emails so I have lodged a dispute through PayPal, wish me luck.

Don't trust their policy or promises – Paid on the 9th of October still haven't received an item... No communication from company which is not in alignment with their policy.. I was always calling to follow up being told it will be posted in a few days only to be calling again, week after week....

order. I sent a email and phoned them and had responses from both so I’m not sure why the other reviews are so bad.

If you’re unsure just pay with PayPal as you get buyer protection, but should do that with most online stores just in case.

I recommend Baby Baby Online, my purchase went smoothly :)

face washers I received a new msg stating the items had been shipped no later than a couple hours again. The package arrived within a few days, items were great and I thank the guys for msging asap and making a customer happy!

No customer service – No reply to any e-mails sent. Very slow to post order in mail. Still awaiting the refund 2 weeks later! Seemed ok from first glance but apparently the low prices were too good to be true! Buy baby sleeping bags elsewhere!

Scam scam scam – Do not use this company they took my money then cancelled my order after not delivering it and then never gave me my refund this company is a scam and they do not care when they rip you off.

smooth communication sleeping suits received and great – I am a returning customer and I don't have any issues with Baby baby online. They respond to me very quickly and the sleeping bags, and sleeping suits which I bought from them a few times were also great. I had a great shopping experience with them.

mobile rang, but then answered again 5 minutes later when I rang again. She said that they had miscounted and one of my items was not available but that she would send me an email that day with some alternatives and once I responded she would express post my order. The email arrived three days later and I selected an alternative. Nothing arrived. I started following up again a week later. Spent days leaving messages on the voicemail and emailing without response. Eventually the phone was answered and the woman gave some rambling story about the warehouse moving and some orders not being shipped and that there was nothing she could do about it. She said that she would refund my money, which she did on 30 November. This was a totally unacceptable, and frankly scary, experience which I would not want anyone to repeat. I'm not sure whether it's an actual scam, or whether they are just completely incompetent - either way the result is the same. Do not shop from this website unless you want to commit your life for the next month to trying to get some sort of response from them, and ending up with nothing at the end of the day anyway.

wasnt allowed to reply to my emails to say she didnt have it in stock as she wasnt allowed to say that?? I eventually got my item after three weeks. Second time I purchased from them I thought maybe the first time was just a once off. However it happened again.... no shipping after two weeks. Again I emailed no response so I called and she said the same thing. They didnt even have it in stock and were waiting for more stock to come (yet their website still says its in stock). I asked for refund and she said within 72 hours it should be in my account. Two weeks later I still havent received my refund and surprise surprise they are ignoring my emails. This company is just a joke and the reason their prices are low is because they are selling stock they dont even have....... absolute joke.

respond to my enquiries. Within a few hours of sending that email I got automated email saying my items have been sent. Sure enough I received them the next day.

I never got any further communications from them. No explanation as to why it took so long to process in the first place and definitely no apologies. Very poor communications and customer experience. Would not recommend.

DO NOT BUY - NO DELIVERY, NO COMMUNICATION – Bought from company earlier this year and recieved order within a few days. HOWEVER I placed another order nearly 2 weeks ago and have not recieved anything other than confirmation that payment was recieved. closer to 4 weeks before I received my order but in the meantime then I had to go and spend money elsewhere to get my son a sleeping bag whilst I waited for my order (which was supposed to take 7 days). Two further emails later (that weren't replied to until I pursued it with a third email) I was promised a reimbursement for the extra money spent (which I have in writing from them). Conveniently, 4 emails later and over a month and a half has passed and they no longer reply to any emails about it and I will not be seeing the money they were going to reimburse me. Absolutely awful customer service and blatant lies. Their stock might seem cheaper to purchase but it is definitely not worth your time, effort and the stress they cause.

Their website says you will receive your order within 1-5 days (metro areas) but this relies on your item being in stock. For popular sale items like LTD, expect delays while they wait for a delivery from the supplier.

I probably won't order from them again, it's not worth the hassle - maybe only if we don't need our items for another 4-6 weeks. Don't order from them if you're in a hurry!

Still waiting on order & still waiting for communication – Ordered products over a 9 days ago and still have not received order or tracking number. Have emailed the company and received no reply. Company website states orders should be received within 1-5 business days and that I should be able to track my order with tracking number provided. However, i have not been provided with tracking order number which i can only assume means my order has not been dispatched with no communication of why.

Give the exceptional prices I paid (best prices around and I do ALOT of online shopping comparisons) the wait is not too much of a concern as I ended up receiving all my orders within 1 week of me following up. I think they really do run out of supplies fast due to their competitive pricings hence they often do need to wait for new shipments as they quoted to me. So my recommendation is to order in advance so even with 3 weeks delay your baby will still fit the baby items you purchase from BabyBabyOnline. Thanks so much Lisa for easing my initial concerns (negative reviews posted prior to mine worried me) but happy with the outcome :)

Beautiful swaddles, great prices – Needed some summery swaddles for my three months old. Tried Weegoamigo and Aden Forest Fantasy, so nice! The Aden one is especially soft and breathable. Highly recommended! Delivered quickly. Thanks.

No communication and no products DO NOT BUY – I waited for three and a half weeks for sleepsuits that they simply did not have in stock. They never communicated this with me or the delays. I had to email them and email them and we’re just told blatant lies. The worst customer service I have ever experienced! Now I am waiting on my refund. Wish me luck. Devastated.

I gave them this feedback and then I was offered a refund for shipping or a gift voucher and I chose refund, but I havent heard back since. The customer service representative, Lisa, not only addressed me by the wrong name, but also threw shade at productreview.com saying its not legitimate. She then proceeded to ask me how much refund I wanted and promised shed give me a full refund. Then out of the blue, she turned around and said, nope, we can only refund the shipping cost because product had been shipped. Fair enough, but why not check before you promise these things? I called her out on it and she told me to calm down and that no one would take me seriously?! I told her that was very unprofessional of her and she googled me and pasted information from an outdated LinkedIn profile description of myself and proceeded to ask me to reflect on ethical behaviour?! Is she kidding me?! Does she even realise how incredibly invasive, unprofessional and completely inappropriate that is?! Seriously guys, spread the word! Not worth buying from this site
