Atrocious customer service - Nil communication
After shopping around online I decided to purchase two Love to Dream swaddles. Baby Baby online stipulate that Orders should arrive safely to every customer within 1-5 business days (+2 days for NT and WA). Delivery by Australia Post with tracking. Still no product or tracking number after 3 weeks and 3 emails with zero response from company however on the 3rd email they clearly had the time to banter back and forth with me and without my request canceled my order. Im just sorry I didn't do my homework and read these reviews sooner. I will not waste my time dealing with this company again

I ordered from this online retailer on 1 November 2019. I actually only ordered because the website was promoted by American Express in their Small Shop promotion. The website said the purchase would arrive within 1-5 days. I waited 2 weeks before trying to follow up. I rang and eventually spoke to a woman who hung up on me initially when her mobile rang, but then answered again 5 minutes later when I rang again. She said that they had miscounted and one of my items was not available but that she would send me an email that day with some alt...ernatives and once I responded she would express post my order. The email arrived three days later and I selected an alternative. Nothing arrived. I started following up again a week later. Spent days leaving messages on the voicemail and emailing without response. Eventually the phone was answered and the woman gave some rambling story about the warehouse moving and some orders not being shipped and that there was nothing she could do about it. She said that she would refund my money, which she did on 30 November. This was a totally unacceptable, and frankly scary, experience which I would not want anyone to repeat. I'm not sure whether it's an actual scam, or whether they are just completely incompetent - either way the result is the same. Do not shop from this website unless you want to commit your life for the next month to trying to get some sort of response from them, and ending up with nothing at the end of the day anyway.
Absolutely horrible company
Honestly this company is the absolute WORST to deal with. My first purchase I waited two weeks and hadnt received a shipping confirmation. I sent two emails to which they ignored so I rung them and they said they didnt even have the product in stock to which I said well why are you selling a product you dont even have in stock. She also said she wasnt allowed to reply to my emails to say she didnt have it in stock as she wasnt allowed to say that?? I eventually got my item after three weeks. Second time I purchased from them I thought maybe the...first time was just a once off. However it happened again.... no shipping after two weeks. Again I emailed no response so I called and she said the same thing. They didnt even have it in stock and were waiting for more stock to come (yet their website still says its in stock). I asked for refund and she said within 72 hours it should be in my account. Two weeks later I still havent received my refund and surprise surprise they are ignoring my emails. This company is just a joke and the reason their prices are low is because they are selling stock they dont even have....... absolute joke.
Extremely bad communications and customer service
Ordered a Love Dream sleeping bag on 11/10/2019 and got the automated email confirming the order. However 3 weeks later I still did not receive my item. Sent a follow up email and got no response. In the end I had to resort to threats of contacting ACCC as they had processed the payment and had not sent through my items nor even bothered to respond to my enquiries. Within a few hours of sending that email I got automated email saying my items have been sent. Sure enough I received them the next day.
I never got any further communications from them. No explanation as to why it took so long to process in the first place and definitely no apologies. Very poor communications and customer experience. Would not recommend.
Took my money, now no product and cant get in contact!
I ordered two swaddles on 4th November. No tracking information was sent and on 19th November I finally sent an email asking for an update. By 22nd November, there was no response and so sent a further email asking for an update.
Today the 27th November, I have still had no response to my emails!
I tried calling this morning, but was directed to a voice mail service.
The websites states they strive for excellent customer service, but what I have experienced has been the opposite!
DO NOT BUY - NO DELIVERY, NO COMMUNICATION
Bought from company earlier this year and recieved order within a few days. HOWEVER I placed another order nearly 2 weeks ago and have not recieved anything other than confirmation that payment was recieved. No response to emails (not even automatic acknowledgement) or phone calls, but have received emails advertising sales.
NOT TO BE TRUSTED.
Steer clear of purchasing from Baby Baby Online!
I had to wait 4 weeks for 3 sleeping bags which I wouldn't have cared about IF there had been communication. After a week and no shipment notification i had to send two emails before someone actually replied and could tell me that it would be another week because they had "lost or miscounted their stock" ...until it wasn't and it was actually closer to 4 weeks before I received my order but in the meantime then I had to go and spend money elsewhere to get my son a sleeping bag whilst I waited for my order (which was supposed to take 7 days). Tw...o further emails later (that weren't replied to until I pursued it with a third email) I was promised a reimbursement for the extra money spent (which I have in writing from them). Conveniently, 4 emails later and over a month and a half has passed and they no longer reply to any emails about it and I will not be seeing the money they were going to reimburse me. Absolutely awful customer service and blatant lies. Their stock might seem cheaper to purchase but it is definitely not worth your time, effort and the stress they cause.
Horrendous company with horrific Customer Service!
This company is horrible! Ordered products 2 weeks ago and after multiple emails (That have gone unreplied) and phone calls I was assure products would have been sent last week. I called and followed up today (following Tuesday) only to be told the products are out of stock and cannot be sent. No communication or follow up from the company. This is so poor and I have now reported this company to the ACCC. Interested a refund and I'll be shopping at baby bunting from now on. They may be more pricey but at least I will have the goods! Beware do NOT shop with this shonky company!!
Don't trust their policy or promises
Paid on the 9th of October still haven't received an item... No communication from company which is not in alignment with their policy.. I was always calling to follow up being told it will be posted in a few days only to be calling again, week after week....
Still waiting.. Do not order from Baby Baby Online if you need something in a hurry!
Ordered on the 23 September (almost 3 weeks ago), sent 3 emails and not a single reply to any of them. Their website says they will respond to emails ASAP, but I don't think they even bother to read them..
** CALL THEM - If you call them, they won't answer but they will call you back when they get the missed call (if your phone number is not blocked/private).
Their website says you will receive your order within 1-5 days (metro areas) but this relies on your item being in stock. For popular sale items like LTD, expect delays while they wait...for a delivery from the supplier. I probably won't order from them again, it's not worth the hassle - maybe only if we don't need our items for another 4-6 weeks. Don't order from them if you're in a hurry!
Still waiting on order & still waiting for communication
Ordered products over a 9 days ago and still have not received order or tracking number. Have emailed the company and received no reply. Company website states orders should be received within 1-5 business days and that I should be able to track my order with tracking number provided. However, i have not been provided with tracking order number which i can only assume means my order has not been dispatched with no communication of why.

Still havnt received purchase after nearly 2 months
I ordered a pair or Gucci slides in September still waiting for them it's now November. Tried contacting seller many times. Still havnt heard back from them. Worst service ever. Not impressed at all
Still waiting... no communication
I have given two stars as I have ordered three times from this company. The first time I had no problems and the items came within the week. However the last time the order came In 3 weeks after I emailed to ask where it was.
I ordered again on the 10/10
Emailed twice and have had no answer.
I think in total I have order over $300 worth of products as the price is great but very disappointed in the communication and delivery. I have learnt my lesson now and will not be ordering again.
Desperately waiting for the item
We are here in Australia for a holiday, we ordered the swaddle just few days before we come here. 10 days has passed yet there is no update regarding the swaddle. Its very upsetting as my baby swaddle is too small for her and the ones we ordered are the next upgraded size. Send numerous email yet none was replied and we will be going back to our country soon. It was rather upsetting that my child had already outgrown the current swaddle and I was expecting a upsized swaddle that could fit her nicely when we are here for a holiday .
Great quality products at affordable prices
Extremely happy with the baby Love to Dream summer swaddles and new summer season Plum sleeping bags I ordered. Lisa was very efficient calling me back when I called their landline and auctioned my requests quickly. She was very responsive and provided great service. The delivery did take longer than expected (3-4 weeks as opposed to 1 week stipulated on their site) but as long as you chase them up they will push your order through. Give the exceptional prices I paid (best prices around and I do ALOT of online shopping comparisons) the wait is ...not too much of a concern as I ended up receiving all my orders within 1 week of me following up. I think they really do run out of supplies fast due to their competitive pricings hence they often do need to wait for new shipments as they quoted to me. So my recommendation is to order in advance so even with 3 weeks delay your baby will still fit the baby items you purchase from BabyBabyOnline. Thanks so much Lisa for easing my initial concerns (negative reviews posted prior to mine worried me) but happy with the outcome :)

No communication or products after 15 business days
Ordered 4th of October.
Email follow up from me on the 21st October (no reply)
Called 1300 number on the 25th October and was informed of the following:
"They had issues due to moving warehouse"
"They still had no stock of 2 of my 3 items ordered"
"They were to busy to reply to my email"
"They had not had a chance to update me on my order"
My wife had a similar experience 3 months ago. They answered the phone as soon as I called.
Can not recommend this store. They will not receive my future business.
