Naturally after moving so far away I tried many other more local baby stores for my restraint fitting and adjusting needs however would end up back at baby barn having the install fixed. Now I won't bother with anyone else when it comes to car restraints. They only stock the best of the best when it comes to car seat safety and quality. The nursery furniture I bought at baby barn for a great price was such good quality it has lasted through 3 children and is still sturdy and looking great! Customer service at baby barn is wonderful, even my children see the staff as friends they look forward to seeing! Baby change area and a clean toilet make the shopping experience much nicer for for every one especially pregnant women and new mums! Plus a play area with cubby house and toys keeps the toddlers happy whilst shopping or having a car seat fitted.

I have always thought this online store was excellent - used it frequently approx. 4 years ago, and again frequently now - stock levels are clear when purchasing, reasonable pricing, and very quick dispatch. Recently, however, they sent me an incorrectly sized item. Whilst I didn't receive an apology for the mistake/inconvenience, they were able to help me quickly in one phone call, they never questioned my motivation or honestly, and the much needed replacement item was delivered within a couple of days - a massive relief to a mum at home with newborn. Compared with competitive stores this one is by far the best.

make sure you look on their website first for the price as with most things I have purchased in this store the price has been significantly higher than they have listed online and you have to speak up about it. I was very disappointed with the service after letting them know I saw it on their website for a lower price, they seemed very rude about it and not very helpful after that, this has happened on numerous occasions. I recently purchased a carseat from them for my bub as she has grown out of her capsule, this was at 9am on a Monday morning, I was the only customer instore. I asked if they could fit it, they guy umed and arrd and said he was very busy, this is once I have said it was on their website for a cheaper price, he opened his diary to an empty page, I even offered to come back throughout the day, after continuing to um and ar he said he could do it but it would have to be a very quick fitting, took 5 mins with a 1 minute tutorial - I paid their fitting fee for this aswell. Not very happy, I then went home and sat down and read the instruction manual.

I will be shopping at Pram Warehouse from now on, as their prices match Baby Barn and their service is amazing. Cheaper Prices Customer Service, Not very helpful, Cheaper prices online than instore unless you speak up

Absolutely Brilliant, Highly recommend – I rang them initially to ask questions about the item and I spoke to a very happy and helpful lady. I placed my order on Thursday and received it Monday. Had to chase shipping – Placed an order online. I had to email to follow up shipping when I hadn’t received a shipping number for almost a week. No follow up, or apology. At least I have a shipping number now. Very disappointing!

Deceptive pricing – It's bad enough going through 90% of a purchase before the shipping price is revealed, but Baby Barn goes one step further by advertising prices that are ex-GST (but without indicating that is the case) and then you find at the completion of checkout that GST is then added to both that item price and the shipping charges. front at the beginning - it's clearly a deceptive trading practice and I think its actually illegal for retail prices to be advertised in that way. Shameful conduct and no need for it. I cancelled the online order and went elsewhere for the item I was after.

Terrible in store service – Booked in to have a capsule check... Waited in store for fifteen mins before anyone even acknowledged us. Other customers walked in after us, asking for a capsule check (without appt) and the young man assisted. It was another customer that said to the staff that we'd been in there longer then them and the staff said in a brash manner 'I'm busy and will deal with them after'. We walked out in disgust!
