I've been using 1300 Flowers for years and highly recommend them, having had no problems ever. However, through their website I was passed on to Baby Buds for a gift I was buying a friend who just had a baby. The order was guaranteed to be delivered 3 days ago and still hasn't been delivered. Happy Customer – Easy shopping experience and being able to track my order was great and I really appreciated the message saying it had been delivered. My only complaint was I couldnt find any sizes for the clothing .

Excellent customer service – I'm so much happier this time with ordering gift from Baby Buds for friends than last year because this time a very close tracking of the parcel was in place and email notifications were sent to me in a timely manner informing me the status of my order until it was delivered. If the shipping is free of charge, it will be perfect and bring the score to 10!.

Review – I did not get a delivery notification untill I inquire. It got delivered one day late, which was disappointing. There was a note to call the recipient before delivery, hasn't happened. But very happy with the products and it's quality. .

promptly that same day, as promised, and the original order arrived the next day! I know issues occur with couriers, but the way this was handled was absolutely outstanding. Their customer service is second to none.

customer service is forthcoming and no one rings to advise you. They blame it on outsourcing to a third party courier company, and when you ask them to call they say they can only email and wait for a reply, I have been waiting for this so called courier company to reply for 3 days.

The service is lacking, the compassion for people's upset is lacking and the customer service is atrocious. They are very quick to take the funds, with little to no guarantee on delivery in return. Their website is fraudulent and misleading with "guarantees" all over it that they fail to meet.

Can't trust delivery or customer support – Customer service was terrible at being able to let me know if goods were delivered on time. Following the next day, the site still showed delivery as in progress and a follow up with customer service had no apologies, no admissions of error, just that they thought it had been delivered and if i could go check with the recipient if they got the gift. If i wanted to confirm delivery with the recipient i wouldn't have needed to contact customer service would I?

Wonderful gift set. No Problems At All – Easy to order. Delivered when they said they would. The person receiving the gift was very happy with it. When I saw the gift it looked exactly like the photo on the website. Highly recommend
