Impossible to get a hold of regarding order issues/missing items. No one answers phones, no one answers live chat, and ive sent several emails over a period of 3 weeks and have had zero replies. There is no aftersales support. They did reply when i asked for a price match though!! They will reply if it means they get money, but after that its radio silence!!

(around $679) was ordered — and then installed in black, not midnight. This shows that mistakes were made at two different stages, by two different staff members, which is not insignificant. This kind of mistake also means the company is losing money, which is surprising.
The team acknowledged it at the time I reported the issue, which we appreciated. I personally didn’t have the energy to go through a complaint, refund, new order and reinstallation — we had already waited a long time, and being so close to my due date, time wasn’t on our side anymore. We were told the issue would be escalated by email, but it has now been a week and we haven’t received any follow-up, which is disappointing.
The store also appears quite understaffed, and some staff seem to lack training, which likely contributes to these kinds of errors. I did feel for the staff, on weekend, we noticed only two or three staff members covering the entire shop, and I witnessed this happens a lot. There are long wait times, including for pregnant women. That said, some staff members were genuinely doing their best under pressure.
On a positive note, our pram order was correct.
Overall, I would recommend double-checking what the staff orders into the system at the time of purchase. It would also be helpful if customers could view and track their orders through their online profile, as this would provide more transparency and help prevent situations like ours.
I recently bought a skate board for 4 year old to attach to my new maxi cozy pram, it’s my only way of transport for my 4 year old and I bought it 9 weeks ago and have used it possibly 7-8 times when going in public and the wheel has all cracked and broken which is such a shame as my little girl loves it so much and iv emailed several times now and heard nothing back!
Don't buy online. They give you returned damage products by other unsatisfied customers.

literally did everything possible to get a resolution. Every time I contacted them, I was told something different, or worse, completely ignored. The amount of time, energy, and stress they wasted is unbelievable.
Finally, after weeks of chasing, they came back to me with this pathetic “solution”: • I had to pay $60 out of my own pocket just to ship the product back. • They would then take an extra $13.30 admin fee off my refund. • Plus, I already lost the $15 delivery fee I originally paid.
And when I called to complain (furious, of course), all they could say was “sorry, that’s third party policy, nothing we can do.” Are you kidding me?! A MONTH of me chasing, stressing, begging them to resolve this, and this is the best they can do? Sorry doesn’t cut it when you’ve completely failed your customer.
This is hands down the most disgraceful and ridiculous “customer service” I’ve ever experienced. Baby Bunting has wasted my time, my energy, and now they want to take my money too. I wouldn’t recommend this company to my worst enemy.
Avoid Baby Bunting at all costs. If anything goes wrong with your order, be prepared for a nightmare of delays, excuses, hidden fees, and a complete lack of accountability.

Unfortunately, my main item (the mattress) was cancelled without any notification to me. The smaller items were still shipped and delivered. I only became aware of the cancellation when I followed up with customer service myself.
While I did receive a refund for the cancelled mattress, I was not refunded the shipping fee, despite the fact that the primary reason for the order was cancelled and I was never given the opportunity to cancel the remaining items or reconsider the order.
Customer service declined my request for a shipping refund, which was disappointing given the lack of communication on their end. Had I been informed, I would not have proceeded with the order.
Overall, this experience highlighted poor communication and inflexible customer service. I expected better transparency and resolution, especially for a company specialising in baby products

bassinet. I needed the mattress too. I called BB Blacktown and online and they would help reduce the delivery cost for mattress as if I had known I would’ve purchased two item together with delivery. No help, so I had to buy the mattress and pay express delivery again. The only response was I could do a free click and collect, so limited customer service too. I wouldn’t recommend the Jenjo bassinet , but one that includes the mattress and from a store with better product descriptions. I paid about $40 in delivery.
Dont bother doing a Gift Registry with them, they make absolutely no effort to set this up well to help you, and they couldn't care less about feedback trying to suggest improvements.
Sent incorrect items, found used chewing gum on products... Item return took forever via their advised channels. Still waiting. Got an email 2 months later after not resolving the issue asking me if it had been resolved. I expect my reply will take another 2 months to get back to me... Horrible service. Disgusting hygiene.

to resolve this in good faith via multiple emails and phone calls. Besides shifting the blame from themselves onto their delivery couriers, I also received several promises to re-ship missing item from my order. This was a falsehood. It is entirely unacceptable for a major retailer to retain customer funds while failing to provide the product. At this stage, I consider their written and verbal commitments to be worthless. I have ceased all direct attempts to resolve this through their "support" channels and have instead escalated this matter to NSW Fair Trading and initiated a formal chargeback through my financial institution for "Goods Not Received." Proceed with extreme caution if you expect your items to actually arrive or for this company to honor their word.

My husband even took a day off work to wait for the delivery on Saturday, but no one arrived. When I contacted customer service, I was told I now need to pick the items up from the depot. This makes no sense — I chose delivery because I don’t have a vehicle and have just arrived on the Gold Coast.
I was then told I would be informed about a refund, but nothing has happened. Either issue the refund immediately or deliver the items as promised.

They spam you with emails. They are more expensive than other stores, and then if you do complete a price match form, they weasle their way out of it on st^pid reasons. I still stupidly placed an order with them and one item was missing. I have spent almost 3 weeks chasing them up with no resolution or even so much as a response. So much time wasted. Shop elsewhere.

sent the wrong ones, but it turns out they have sent me the correct item and the information they have clearly stated on their website is incorrect and misleading. Some of the other colour options correctly state 3+ months, but not the ones I purchased. It's not the end of the world as I will eventually need the faster flow teats, but frustrating that I now have to find and purchase the correct item elsewhere. My main issue with all of this is the terrible customer service. I was cut off from the online chat twice and reconnected with a different person to assist me, having to explain all over again what my problem was. A simple answer to my one single question took over 40 minutes, in the end being told I got the correct item I ordered and then I was cut off from the chat before having the chance to respond. Rude and unhelpful customer service overall. One thing they did do well was have my order delivered very quickly, but the customer service and the website itself overshadows the experience.
Absolutely do not use their online price beat guarantee system. I had them beat a competitor price, and then only half the pram arrived. The missing YOYO colour pack was suddenly “out of stock” and they refunded $55 for an item they sell for $129. Now I’m forced to buy the missing parts elsewhere and pay more than if I’d bought normally. Misleading, unacceptable. Will be taking it further with Consumer affairs.

My parents bought a nursing chair for me as a present and paid the extra $130 for it to be delivered as i live out west. She said the courier company said it would be delivered in a week (bringing the total time to approx 3 weeks from ordering), if I wanted to pick it up they could give me an address (I'm 2 hours away) but then couldn't produce an address and said the chair's location was actually unknown and it could be in transit or at the depot. She said the courier company would be in touch. Terrible customer service and the one star rating is still too high.
