Bought a babylo rocking horse but only thehead of the horse was delivered.To note that they also re-used an old pram box
I Waited for 3weeks for the delivery of my item—-only to find out a wrong item was delivered.
How could they get it wrong when i ordered a rocking horse and only the head of the horse was delivered to me. Shocking. Also, they used a very old pram box to enclose the wrong item. So disgraceful. They will charge you delivery but it will take 3 weeks for them to deliver. I hope they will this rectify as I am still waiting for response.
Absolutely appalling customer service.
I purchased multiple nursery goods and it took Baby Bunting three attempts to delivery the goods. Making multiple excuses for their poor delivery services. Apparently asking a customer to take 3 days off work to accept the goods was acceptable. Very much an overrated. Shop elsewhere.
Baby Bunting Castle Hill store
We are newbies without much knowledge in buying baby stuff. Our priority was to have helpful staff who could explain things to us so that we can take an informed decision. Right decision to go to Castle hill store. We spent abt 5 hours there and the staff was exceptionally helpful and patient with us. Explained everything thoroughly and after the purchase we came out more educated on the subject. Kudos to Ms Maree, Ms Mana, Ms Bec and Ms Sarah! Thank you!

Horrible experience to make a purchase
So.. This is how ridiculous is to buy from baby bunting..
1. If you want to order and pick up to safe on delivery, the majority of products are not available
2 if they are available for pick up, it might not be your closest store and they wont be transferred to your near because it is too expensive for them (own words from "Customer service"
3. If you want to buy 2 or more products... This is the tricky part.. One might be available for delivery but the other one for collection only. Ridiculous. So you pay delivery + you have to drive all t...he way to whatever store is the item in-stock. 4. The $10 rewards for signing up most likely won't made it to your email address. After a few calls to customer service we gave up. Don't waste your time or money, just buy from someone else.
Seems like they know nothing about their products, that they sell.
I firstly contacted baby bunting through online chat. I was wanting to know if a steelcraft signature second seat was compatible with my steelcraft strider compact deluxe pram. The lady online told me that no product experts were available and supplied me the number for Kawana as they were ‘product experts’. The next day I rang Kawana and asked the same question. She placed me on hold to find out for me and came back and told me she was ‘pretty sure’ it was compatible, and to check if my pram had certain pieces or to take my pram into store and...they would try it out. I asked if she could send me a manual showing pictures of the pieces so that I could check my pram and she said no, that I would have to YouTube it and find out. This is disappointing as this is the #1 baby store yet they could not confirm a simple question they should know about their products. Even if she didn’t know, she could have taken my number and found out for me and called me back. I’m sure you can understand my frustration as this seat is $250 and I would not want to buy it for it not to fit because they told me they were ‘pretty sure’ it fit. I ended up having to contact britax directly and they confirmed it does fit.
10/10 baby bunting Maidstone car fitting
My dad recently went to baby bunting Maidstone vic, to have a car seat fitted for when he and my mum look after my baby
All he has done this past month is rave on and on about the young lady jayde who fit the seat in the car
He was so impressed with how firm the installation was and how she took the time to explain each step on how to use the seat to which he actually came home and taught me a thing or two
I am not one to write reviews but she has clearly left a lasting impression and it’s nice to have a passionate and reliable source to go to when it comes to the safety of your child in the car
We are so thankful and will be coming back for all our car seat needs
Avoid avoid avoid
I recently purchased a maternity + nursing pillow. We were in lockdown so I purchased via click and collect. Upon receiving my deflated bean bag. I contacted them the day I received it, and said it wasn’t in a sellable condition. The seams were splitting, there ended up being two stains, lots of dust and tiny black hairs on the item. Unfortunately they won’t give me a refund nor will they give me a store credit as the item has been open. Not sure how else I would be able to find a fault in an unopened product.
Considering it was meant to be a...$100 pillow and I’ve had to leave it in store. I would avoid shopping with this company entirely. Terrible customer service and terrible quality products. I have emailed head office, but again they do not pride themselves on customer service.
Fast, not furious
Online orders made the night before were ready for click and collect the next morning at the Hawthorn branch. Minor error of mine in the order, requiring exchange of items was attended to with a smile, no big deal. Thanks for the excellent customer service.
Watch their 'sales pitches'
We recently spent over $4000 at Baby Bunting when they had a sale on recently where you could receive a voucher per $x spent. Given we had spent so much, we were entitled to a $250 voucher if we spent $1500. We received that voucher, but expected to receive $500, given the amount we had spent. Nope, Baby Bunting is refusing and only giving us $250 because it was done in one transaction. That seems a bit ridiculous considering we could have just completed two separate transactions then and there to get the $500 gift voucher, yet they are refusing to have us the $500 voucher now. Not happy!
Mary had a little whinge
We purchased the Essentials by Tasman Eco Florence Cot Sandstone online. On the website, it clearly states that a mattress is sold separately and the suitable size of the mattress is 1310L x 750W. This is what we purchased and collected from the Bentleigh Store as that is the only store where both were available for collection.
When we got home, we removed the plastic on the mattress and put it in the cot. It was too big and didn’t fit as it needed to be a size smaller. As Doncaster is our closest store, we took the mattress to the store.
It wasn’t their problem, apparently.
Went into our local Baby Bunting store at Capalaba to purchase our first bubs pram as we noticed it was on sale so thought great time to layby and as they discussed we can layby sale items. Upon asking the staff and going to set up a layby she advised the price had gone back up and we showed them the sale price online that we had seen and their response was that was an online glitch and it’s not our problem so we won’t match the price for you.
They were very rude stating that it’s not their problem and there is no reason for them to price matc...
Terrible Customer Service - Townsville Baby Bunting
We went into our Townsville Baby Bunting store to purchase a car seat, they advised 2 days before it arrived so we paid the money (nearly $400) and waited. More than 17 days later it is still not here - we have checked 3 times and they keep blaming the trucks. When I asked for our money back today they were so rude about it - I tried to say they should have just told us it was going to be weeks not take our money and promise 2 days. In addition the 3 staff we have spoken to there about this every time have been rude, and dismissive - meanwhil...e they had our money. Finally I tried to get our money back and she wouldn't let me do it because it was my partners card, so I called him - she didn't even verify who he was and then said fine then Ill give you back the money. Terrible Service, lies lies lies and we wont be back.
Worst customer service ever
Worst customer service I've ever had was at the bb doncaster store. We went in to buy a pram, baby capsule and a few other things. No staff members around. I went to the front counter were there was 2 staff members standing around. I asked for some assistance to which one staff member replied "someone will be with you in a moment". Waited 10 mins and no one came. Went back again and was told the same thing. Another 10 mins and no one came. We left the store. We will be no doing out baby registry there anymore and will heavily advise to avoid this store.
One of the best customer service I have ever encountered. Great product, my kids absuolutely love it! Would highly recommand

Can I order for delivery in Australia and pay for it from South Africa ?
I purchased a baby monitor online for a cluck & collect 21 Nov 2019 for my daughters baby shower. She had her baby on Feb 26, 2020 and she would prefer a wireless monitor rather than one with an electrical cord. I didn’t realise that’s what she preferred so I’m hoping they can return to upgrade to a wireless type. Unfortunately she has already disposed of the packaging but I’m hoping she can still return and upgrade as it’s not been used? I do have my online receipt. My daughter can obviously provide proof of the DOB of her son if required.
Baby bunting stores are refusing to give me a full exchange or store credit for an item that was purchased 3 weeks ago, even though the item is unopened with the receipt. The item has gone on sale so now I can only get credit for the sale price which is $50 less than what was paid. Is this against fair trade?
