So many issues with one pram – I have had so many issues with this pram. I am genuinely surprised to see so many positive reviews. The negatives: - the wheels are SO SQUEAKY. - the hood doesn't extend all the way open, it semi closes

- the extendable handlebar jolts in and out when pushing the pram backwards and forwards (to put a baby to sleep). Not only does this fling the pram, but makes a loud noise.

The positives:

- it looks SO nice

- the huge basket is amazing and so handy

- big seat, excellent lay back

- seat can be parent facing

- can fold with seat facing either way (although folding mechanism is very difficult to get to when seat is parent facing)

Overall it is an OK pram, but for me the negatives outweighed the positives and I purchased a different pram.

looked at so many prams but found that they just didn't feel 'sturdy' like the premier. Few prams we tried felt like they would tip soon as you put the smallest amount of weight on handle bars. the premier feels strong and sturdy and you can tell it's great quality.

It steers so easily, has a huge basket, and super easy one hand fold. I love that the seat can parent face and is quite big. My 4 year old even fits in it and she's not short! The material feels very durable.

It's just slightly heavier than some other Baby jogger prams but that's probably the only con against SO many pros. Would highly recommend this pram!! I think this is it. We won't be buying any more prams! This has ticked every box for us!

Great pram but heavy and awkward to unfold – When i first got this pram the hood would not stay up and one of the wheel insides was wonky. Both issues were replaced quickly by baby jogger. I really like the hood but an extra panel that goes down even further would be great and i see some parents have purchased bugaboo hoods to put on their premier prams. with nice fabric. My child is very happy in the seat but a 4th position to include a perfect upright position (like the 2016 strider) could be good too. The belly bar is great but sold separately i had to pay an extra $55 for it. The basket is amazing!!! but the strap for collapsing the pram gets in the way when the seat is forward facing. As child gets heaver the pram is getting harder to steer in parent facing mode. I just hate how it's so heavy!! and because i try to keep the pram from scratching i find lifting it and trying to open it in the shopping center car park very awkward and very uncomfortable on my back. I would not recommend this pram for anyone with back problems or low upper body strength, defiantly not suitable for anyone who just had a C section. I wish it was lighter.

After fixing the canopy issue - brilliant – I loved this pram from the start. It is roomy, sturdy and easy to use. I picked it because the 4 wheel design enables the nappy bag to be hung from the handle. We used a capsule with adaptors for the first 6 months. customer service team and they were so polite and prompt. They sent out new hinges. The new hinges are definitely stiffer, but we fear there may have been some degree of user error as well. If you are struggling with the hood, I would recommend taking the hinges off and having a bit of a play opening and closing them. The ball bearings will realign and the hinge should lock in certain positions. The pram and hood have been a dream since.

Also, this is a fairly heavy pram. But it doesn't bother me because why would I carry something that has wheels, lol.

Best pram! – This pram is easy to move, even with one hand. A bit heavy for me to carry very far but is fine to get quickly in and out of the car. Bub loves her rides in this pram, both as a newborn in the capsule with adaptors and now in forward facing seat. Highly recommend.

Good Value for Money – Got it on sale from Baby bunting for $500. Very good build quality. can face both front and backwards. Maneuvering is excellent too. the pram splits into 2 parts when folding which aids int reducing the weight during storing away in car. Large capacity for holding stuff beneath the baby helps too. The only complain is that the shade did not extend far enough to shield the baby from light especially in the flat position.

Terrible Canopy – The only reason I am rating 3 stars is because of the terrible canopy. The company was nice enough to replace one but the issue is same. It doesn't stay at all, had to use a clip to hold it. It really sucks. In this sense, the child is not safe.

FAULTY PRAM - UNSAFE & NOT WORTH THE MONEY! – Poor engineering of this pram has resulted in a faulty hood. After FIVE failed attempts to resolve the issue ( 3 new brackets, a new hood and return to factory for repair) the pram is still failing to meet its simple requirements - provide shade for our baby from the hot QLD sun. problem, have failed to resolve this issue and have refused to give us a refund. In fact now they are threatening to wash their hands of the issue completely with the warranty expiring. While walking you are forced to constantly stop and pull the hood down, not only is this a joke, it is unsafe.

Honestly this model of pram is nothing but a disappointment!!! Lastly dealing with "The Amazing Baby Company" has been frustrating and very time consuming -they do NOT believe in meeting their consumers guarantee.

Dissapointed – After loving our city mini with our first born we knew we wanted to buy another baby jogger pram and loved the parent facing aspect of the premier. problems, however yet again the grip had lifted on one side (not on the other) and then the front wheel has started squeaking. After reading all the other positive reviews I feel I may have just been lumped with a dodgy one. Having buyers remorse and dissapointed as I loved our previous baby jogger.

Best wheels :) – I really loved this pram for my son, I believe I could go over any track in my way, the wheels are durable and can handle any bumpy footpath. The only thing that can get annoying is the weight of the Pram and the space it takes up in the car. But other than that I love it. Show details

Great pram – I got this pram last year on sale. Been a great pram apart from a few issues with the frame. Contacted the company for warranty fix. Went back 3 times and the last time they had to cut off a part and leave it like that for it to not reoccur. I’m a bit iffy about it and still am but the pram still works great. Hopefully it doesn’t completely break on me!

Good pram – Bought this baby jogger city premier to take to overseas holiday as I needed a pram that can fold in one piece. It's extremely easy to maneuver for turns and smooth as quite happy overall there. It's very easy to fold/unfold even for a small female and I can carry easily even though some people could think it's heavy. I'm overall pleased with the quality of the build and would recommend to mothers and mothers to be.

Nice pram – I have owned 5 prams over the years and love how easy this one is to push and fold up. It's a nice looking pram is made well apart from the hood it's is absolute crap. baby and for the price tag. Haven't contacted baby jogger yet but that's on my list of to dos. Also disappointed that it doesn't have a uv/fly mesh cover accessory, wish I purchased the select that this accessory zips on and the hood mechanism is nice and stiff

March 15th 2018 Update: Great pram

Great versatile pram, very easy and compact to fold. Used daily, easy to push and manoeuvre. Only negative is the good isn't extendable, also I had trouble initially with the hood not staying extended, was fixed easily by contacting baby jogger who sent me a part to change which fixed it.

This is the best pram i have owned! Will never look past it – I have owned the baby jogger elite and city select prior to owning the premier. Hands down the premier is my favourite, the seat is big, it rides smoothly, the fold is easy, that baby can parent face or face the world, the basket is big and the hood is big. Iv finally found my perfect pram. Oh and it looks amazing!

Amazing – I have the old model, the city versa. I've also had a city mini gt and city select and a strider compact and a few others and this pram really is worth every cent, the basket is incredible and the tiny one piece fold really is so good when you have a small car.

buy the baby jogger foot muff seperate I've kept my strider one to use on it and it works and looks better then the ones baby jogger want you to buy I hope they ad on a toddler seat like they can on the lux for this pram it would be great to see what else the can do to make less heavy and more compact.

Perfect for all parents! – This pram is the perfect pram for all parents it is great on all surfaces and is so easy to fold. I love that it moves with ease, I love that you get months of use out of the pram and that it has a reversible seat. This pram is amazing and we love it.

Simply awesome – We love our baby jogger!!! It's is easy to fold up, compact and simple to use. It maneuvers so well light and easy, friends have told me how awesome it is to push and now two of my friends brought the same. My husband was so impressed with the build, as men look at that. He liked how strong but light and the look of it.

the difference you can feel between this vs. other strollers (I have a summer infant, BOB, Joovy, Summit X3) and the push for this is super easy and a breeze! 3) Canopy with SPF50+ - this is signature of baby jogger and I love it! Protects my babe from harsh sunrays! 4) Super big storage - The storage is definitely much bigger than the others I have owned so Im happy with this as I can fit my "backpack" and jackets/slippers underneath with no problem.

Another great Baby Jogger Pram! – I am a huge fan of Baby Jogger and this is another example of clever design keeping functionality in mind. There has been no compromise on quality and like it's Baby Jogger cousins it's simple to fold, unfold and menovour! It's compact and light too. I'm a Very happy customer!

Perfect!! – It's the best pram to travel with. With the easy one step fold makes it's easiest pram to fold up just before getting in the plane. Our three year old has arthritis and can not walk for a long distance. She fits very comfortable and still has plenty of leg room to grow.

Amazing Stroller & Made Travelling Easy! – This amazing stroller is so comfy and safe for my bub. Easy to maneuver, fold, unfold and carry, especially for travelling! I've already brought the stroller overseas and it made it so easy by just folding it and placing the stroller into the travel bag and carry it as a back pack. Bub and myself are happy with the quality this stroller has been produced. Would definitely recommend to family and friends!

I would say the only negative is the folded size, but I drive a small car so most things take up a lot of room, but otherwise A+, baby jogger are a great brand, I recommend them to anyone that will listen!

Compact ✔ Sturdy ✔ Stylish ✔ = Perfect – I bought this pram when my son was 13 months as the pram i was using was very cumbersome. I cannot fault it, unlike others i trialled it is so sturdy and light. It folds down so small that it fits so perfectly in my car along with shopping. So easy to maneuver, so simple to fold & unfold (even nanny and poppy can master folding), so light to carry and so happy with the quality. Cant recommend higher!

Fabulous stroller! A must have for every parent – Baby jogger has the best strollers on the market. They win hands down for ease of use and can be collapsed with one hand and the lift of one strap. They have a great height handle bar and are easy to steer (even with one hand while wrangling other kids and bags!).

didn’t want inflatable tyres, because we didn’t want to deal with a flat tyre.

- Good suspension – we were going to go for lots of walks over different terrain – grass, gravel, tiles, bumpy ground –the CP has handled it all.

- Looks! – yes this is a nice looking pram =) in navy or taupe (we have taupe) the materials feel premium and even if that’s superficial, they still look and feel nice.

- Storage - the basket is big, so we can get all our bags, change mats, shopping, sun shade, and more in there!

So after using the pram and bassinet for 3 months, we’ve been testing out the stroller seat, and this pram just got even better! The seat reclines back so that bubs is almost all the way laid back, but still has a slight incline so that she can see, which makes her happier and allows us to keep a closer eye easier =) The pram maneuvers easier and feels more sturdy thanks to a lower centre of gravity and the little one seems to prefer sleeping in this seat, so it’s a win-win all round.

I definitely recommend the baby jogger for a pram that just works well in all aspects, there’s no fiddly nuances or unexpected bits, it’s easy to set up, easy to get going, and easy to use.

Everything a Pram Addict Could Wish For In The One Pram ✅ – Perfect Pram!! I have purchased numerous new prams over the years and have never found one that ticks all the boxes until I purchased The Baby Jogger City Premier. One handed fold, Large size seat to last into the toddler years, Fabrics are durable and excellent quality, Its also is very easy to manoeuvre. The no air tyres are an added extra bonus too. A pram from paradise – This pram is a dream to push! The frame and fabrics used are strong,sturdy and high quality. The pram is great as it can be parent facing or viewing the big wide world! compromising the size of the seat. The fabric is durable, the hood is a decent size and blocks the sun out well and attaching the capsule was very easy! I do have a few cons which are only minor things.. the shoulder pads come off when the harness is split (mostly when folding). The other thing is that when the seat is parent facing and you fold the seat down you cannot quite press in the red fold button - very annoying as I parent face the seat and will continue to do so for quite some time - this is the only thing I would change! Otherwise this is the perfect pram for me (and believe me, I've tried more than I'd like to admit)
