after we had left on a six month trip. When I contacted the company for a return or exchange, they rudely refused and did not even bother replying to our emails. I am in absolute shock and disgust by their terrible customer service. If you are thinking of buying something from this company, I suggest finding another shop to avoid disappointment and headaches.
Absolutely pleased! – I have ordered changing table and received it on third day after purchasing. Customer service is excellent, product it self great and delivery super fast!
Great click and collect experience – Had a great click and collect experience during lockdown when some of the other major baby stores were out of stock and having delays with Australia Post. Will shop here again.
Fast and efficient – I ordered a pram thinking it may take a while to arrive and was pleasantly surprised when it arrived within 3 days. The pram is perfect and it’s the lowest price by far on offer. Very happy with the level of service!

deliberately cut off four digits of my card as I was not comfortable of emailing personal docs in full. Got the 2nd call on Tuesday and was advised that they still need the full copies, - objected - was offered direct debit. Was not happy that the direct debit option was not offered in the first place. The lady down the other end acted defensively and it was an unpleasant experience. Requested refund. Went to a competitor.
Takes forever to ship orders – Purchased an item online on the 2nd of July and it was only shipped today on the 11th of July. Their website states "Baby Train endeavours to ensure all goods will be delivered within 3 to 7 working days". It's already been 7 working days and they have just shipped the item today so clearly the item will not be delivered within 7 working days. Will not be using again.
