Still waiting for my delivery – I’m highly disappointed in the lack of effort Babyco has put in to find my parcel. I understand they’re not the postal company however rather than making their customers call and email every person and company possible to find it, why don’t they take some initiative and track it down in a reasonable time period. It’s been a month and I’m yet to know where it is.

though that meant not making as much. The 1 thing i picked out though how much they emphasized how important it was to have a really safe carseat, that being their number 1 top priority for all of their customers. Best mind set any baby company could have especially when it comes to our children.

cardboard box and was not wrapped, exposing the products to dust and what not. One of the blankets had a spot of dust, I don’t mind this since it’s washable but wrapping is extremely important in this Covid environment and the health concerns we have today. My rating is 5 stars if not for poor packaging.

Fast Shipping – Ordered infasecure quattro treo. The product is great and shipping was fast, I've included a note that the product had to be delivered to my doorstep because I'm 37 weeks pregnant and I live in an apartment building, and I was glad that the delivery person took note of that. Excellent service, great prices – Used online layby as we don't have many baby store options where I live (there is 1 but it is really over priced). Made the last payment and got a call half an hour later saying they were sending them out. Received them the very next day! All items are excellent quality and sold for much cheaper than our local store (exact same product)

accept fault take back the car seat and stick our family with the shipping fees despite sending us the wrong item. I will not let them go, and if anyone has issues, feel free to respond to this and we can lodge a ACCC complaint and set them straight.
APPALLING customer service! – Bought one of those musical lights that rotate, reflecting a pretty picture on the ceiling to keep a child occupied when they're trying to sleep. When I took it back and reported it was clearly something that someone else had bought and returned used and broken, she treated me like I was lying and suggested that I had used it, broken it and now was attempting to get money back for it! An absolutely and utterly completely useless product from babyco is the L'II Napper Portacot – This Babyco product is impossible to set up. Instruction are not complete and incorrect. difficult problems of a technical and practical nature all the time in my work and I did not manage to get this cot set up and folded up without serious and I mean very serious obstacles.
A male friend a tradesman too happened to be there when I unpacked the portacot and said straight away: we had one like that and it was so much hassle to set up that we didn't use it. Even with his help I couldn't get this thing to function. The lock which is necessary to open on the centre point of the base in order for the legs to fold up again is not mentioned in the directions
My conclusion:
This product should not have been made let alone sold. There should be a law against the production and sale of this time consuming rubbish which only pollutes the world. And drives people to despair.
Shame on you Babyco for selling a product like this! You ought to do your product research a lot better and come up with something that actually works and is user friendly
I should really take this product to your stores and ask staff members to set it up and film the impossible battle that will follow and post it on line. With the heading:"this is what Babyco expects new mothers to go through when travelling"

one of the safety labels was facing the wrong way. This was very clearly a display item/model which they've put back into the box and resold at full price. Is this legal practice? I should have purchased the car seat at a more reputable retailer.

staff member was friendly but couldn't make that decision herself so she consulted her store manager who denied a price reduction according to company policy. When we requested to speak to her, she could not be bothered and preferred moving stock around.
So we contacted the customer service team, complained about the rudeness and lack of politeness and enquired about a possible price reduction.
After promised call backs which never happened, I got a hold of the regional manager who gave me a good idea of why Babyco is closing store after store. She accused me of "attacking" her in this matter and constantly interrupted me. I need to make clear that this was definitely not the case.
This sort of behaviour is far from professional and as mentioned earlier, it made my decision to never purchase anything from them very easy!!
Do yourself a favour and stay away!!

want my product, I bought this on the 4th August.
The second time I purchased a cot and a mattress while paying for this I used a code FREEFREIGHT and the courier balance went from $67 to $19 I was happy with that except that it says FREEFREIGHT, now I get an email from babyco saying I owe them $45 extra for freight!!!
Seriously not happy.

again and they replied that I had never paid. No follow up on an order that they said they were waiting on money for?? Except that I had paid the day I ordered and they had missed the payment. So I sent them the payment details and they acknowledged that I had paid but the item that I had bought was now out of stock. Babyco then said that I could exchange for another similar item. Except they wouldn't cover the difference even though they had made a huge mistake twice and as a result what I ordered was no longer available. So they had had my money for a month, said they would exchange but really meant you can order something else if you send more money. No thank you very much. They did refund the money immediately when I refused to buy another product. I would never use this company again regardless of their prices. I only wished I had read some of these reviews before I used them in the first place.
Pleasure to deal with, was a little worried reading the other reviews here – Ordered a cot and other items from them. They called within a few hours to say that the cot might be a little delayed because of the size and weight. However delivery was pretty quick, it all arrived within a few days. I think quite a bit of the negative feedback here might be related to the collapse of the larger company.
Another Terrible Customer Service Experience – Although I purchased online and the prices were great, the customer service and communication between staff and management is woeful here. to avoid the double charge.. I was told "no problem" and given instructions which I followed as told. I made a second phone call once the laybys were paid down (except for the extra postage charge on the 2nd layby) and was again told all good and that both items would be posted together.
Car seat showed up, no pram. I called to query what was happening and all of a sudden I needed to pay postage again because they were 2 separate laybys. WOULDN'T OF HAD A PROBLEM IF I HADN'T MADE THE EFFORT TO CALL AND BE TOLD THE "WRONG" INFORMATION TWICE BEFORE DELIVERY.
Manager wouldn't budge on waiving the extra postage fee even though I'd spent $1200, then left me on hold and hung up while I was waiting to make the final $22 payment. Rude.
Terrible service – No product knowledge, terrible and rude customer service! Wouldn't recommend shopping there. I could understand higher prices if the service was outstanding but it was appalling! They also don't have great deal of products and you have to ask for assistance if you need it!
Hidden fees – Very bad customers service knowledge. Bought a car seat from them with layby due to the new car for the baby hasn't arrive till 2 more month and they said I can cancel it any time we want no prob. In law bought us a car seat as present so we want n cancel it then they said there's cancelation fees of $20 that was never mention. Had a chat to them but they said it's in term and conditions which we never had a chance to read.
Great service – Babyco couldn't supply a product and were very helpful and prompt in sending me a refund. Was in my bank account the next day. The products I have received have been excelkent

Excellent and prompt service – O ordered baby staff to be delivered today before the Easter break. Every time I call the head office. No sympathy or refund/exchange for nappies after nappy rash – I bought a packet of the 24 walker nappies but after opening up the packet and using one on my 5 month old grand-daughter, she developed nappy rash immediately. One of the assistants said (very arrogantly, may i add) that that happens. I told her that my grand-daughter wears other brands of nappies and that she does not get nappy rash from those. There were three staff members on duty and not one of them was sympathetic to my plight. Also, they had to confer with one another, instead of taking the matter into their own hands and making an independent decision. I said that they could keep the nappies, as i didn't want them and stalked out of the store, leaving the packet of nappies on the counter. They stared after me in complete astonishment and amazement. I could see there was no way they were going to see my point. My point is this: if this is a baby store, where they sell baby products, why on earth would they sell nappies that give babies nappy rash. Surely, they should be testing their products to see that they are suitable for babies with sensitive skins! I will never, ever purchase anything from babyco ever again!!!!

Terrible customer service at Knox store – To cut a long story short, I would not waste your time and or money with Babyco. Their returns policy is unreasonable. Staff are the rudest I have come bye, and are clearly not mothers. Just a bunch of young girls with no idea and no sense of customer service.

returned despite being in the original packaging and and in the sealed bag. [name removed] the "sales" person and [name removed] the "manager" have absolutely no idea about customer service. I needed help with other products and when they did not have some of them made no effort to explore other options. Seeing as the store is new and empty of customers i would have thought they would bend over backwards to help, not have their backs to customers and surfing the net !! My new mountain buggy and cot will definitely be purchased elsewhere.

Terrible – I would not purchase anything from BabyCo ever again. The Beema pram is great but there are plenty of other great prams out there that don't involve the hassle. because they said they don't hold cash in the store. Funny how they were willing to take my cash though! They told me I had to fill in a form with my bank details and it would get sent interstate to head office where they would process it and it would take a few weeks!!! The staff were incredibly rude and unhelpful. I called consumer affairs who said that if I paid by cash then they had to refund me with cash but they did not care when I told them this. lady said to me oh i'd better tell you we actually went into Voluntary Administration on Friday and don't know if we will still be trading!!!!!!!! After discussing the situation with my Mother in law we decided to pay out the remainder as all my items we in stock at the Wetherill park warehouse and I was told I could pick it all up on the weekend. The weekend come about and i called Wetherill Park to let them know i'd be coming at 2pm to collect all my goods and they said ok then called me back seconds later to say Sorry your stuff is on a palate up high and we need a forklift to get it down and no one here today has a forklift licence let me get someone to call you next week. Wednesday comes around still heard nothing so i call again to be told they can't find anything because there is too much stock there hmmm but my stuff was all on one palate apparently another I'll call you back so friday comes around and to be honest im completely over this whole situation I have had a stress free pregnancy untill now!! I call at 10am and get a lady who nicely says to me let me get them to locate your order i will call you back in 5 mins at 1.30pm i call them back to be told that I can come in and choose what i want as none of my stuff can be found!!! Babyco is now in receivership. I have made numerous calls to the administrators and no one can give me a straight answer as to if my items are in stock, if I will get them, or even when someone will call me to discuss this.
I will be calling Babyco again tomorrow and if nothing is resolved will attend the creditors meeting on 9 September to hopefully get some answers.
It appears that some stores are still trading and the website is still operable. My advice is do not give this company any money unless you are going to walk out of the store with your product.
I feel ripped off, they have my money, but I don't have my products. While the store was trading, the staff were unhelpful and I was a little concerned with my lay by. Now the store is in receivership the staff are unsympathetic in addition to being unhelpful.
Terrible – Highpoint Store: We ordered a Jessie cot, was told it would be delivered the following Thursday. This didn’t occur, on calling them (they will never call you) they advised they didn’t have stock. weeks for update on the stock, called back, said it was “on the docks, not sure when it will be in though so call back in 2 weeks and we should know” not good enough, advised we wanted a refund, the owner then said they don’t give refunds, informed them of the Fair Trading Act 1999. Then a “brand new cot with a never opened box” was available for delivery the next day from the owner of the store. This busted up box that looked like it had been kicked around a depot for a few months turned up. I asked the delivery driver “Big Dave” if this was floor stock and he thought it was supposed to be. Called the office right then said I was not going to take delivery of floor stock and that I had been lied to. They girl on the phone assured me it was a brand new “never before opened box” (this boxes corners were made out of box tape!) “Big Dave” got on the phone and set her straight saying that the cot was defiantly floor stock and he was not going to deliver it if it was supposed to be new.
Now getting a refund has been such a hassle I cannot believe this company can still operate as a legitimate business. NO HELP from staff, NO FOLLOW UP on progress, RUDE and INCOMPENTANT organisation as a whole. In all honesty they will go under during this economic meltdown and i truely hope this occurs. "Big Dave" liers and conmen.
