Cannot adjust length of harness – Pretty disappointed with this. Length of the harness cannot be adjusted. It is such a struggle to fasten the harness on my 15 month old! Amazing car seat! Good height markers – The car seat was reasonably easy to install with two different recline options for forward facing and good height markers for extended rear facing. The seat belt height is easy to change and as is the buckle height. Seat is being used for a 7 year old girl and she still has a fair way to go before she's too big. She said it's very comfortable. Cleaning is easy with a quick vacume and wipe over with a baby wipe.

Great extended rwf but awful straps – I love that this has great extended rwf ability, my above average 17mo son is still under the first marker. It was a great affordable price and was easy enough to install. My only issue is that the strap to loosen/tighten the straps is absolutely awful to release and loosen/tighten. pull the strap loose that way. To tighten it it's even more difficult.

My mum has the exact same seat and hers I see even worse than mine. At least I have about 1cm give in mine. Hers has almost none so Bub always has to wear a jumper or the straps are too loose!

I don't even know who to complain to about this as I'm starting to feel it has to be a fault and needs replacing!

Really great car seat and super good price for extended rear facing – Narrow car seat, easy to install and a very good price for a extended rear facing. a few of these in the back (if youve got 3 kids) this seat is narrow enough to do it for most medium and larger cars.

Easy, comfortable & well priced – Was recommended this seat & so glad i got it! Budget seat at just $169 on sale, it has the perfect amount of padding & my 6w seems to love it! It has good height markers & a very easy install! Would absolutely recommend this seat! The fabric also seems very hardy though we have only used it for 6w so time will tell.

NEG: my pink seat is pilling in the front at only 2 weeks old - when I contacted Baby love about this issue I was told it was likely due to a snag (in other words my fault) and they wouldn't do anything about it and are yet to answer my question of how I can ensure longetivity of my current cover (pink one only)

While it's only minor at this stage I am worried about it because I noticed this at only 2 weeks old and am fairly confident we haven't done anything to cause this.

Also after discussing this with multiple other owners who have reported the same or similar issues.

Also no easy adjust - but at $179 posted (on sale) I wouldn't pay the extra $200+ for the next seat up just for easy adjust

Note: this is a tall seat and I would strongly advice testing it in car before purchasing... Particularly if you intend to rear face.

Good – The main thing is our baby is happy, safe and comfortable which this seat delivers. The buckle and padding are easy to manage and keep out of the way. sorts of things from bottle lids to dummies. Our favourite thing about this seat is the colour range (we have red). The bright "racing" styling takes you from self-important parent to fun-loving. Looks good, seems comfortable, cup holder surprisingly useful. quite long when reversed. tricky to get baby in and out when reversed.
