SCAM once payment is confirmed you don’t have any update on delivery – Order made and paid10 days ago and I still haven’t received any update on my order being processed or sent. They haven’t reply to any of my emails about what is going on either. Do not order on this website!!

refund through paypal. I don't hear back, so I called paypal and they put a hold on my funds until they provide a tracking number for the item ordered or a refund, I finally got a refund. Which I was happy with. Did it end there? No. Multiple emails from the company asking to close the dispute through paypal. I logged on and there are no open cases only a refund for the item. I then on christmas day get a text from a lady from the company saying they got my number from my paypal account and that paypal and the company refunded me and I should send them the funds back, which is not true I only recieved one refund. DO NOT trust this company. This seems to be a neverending headache for simply wanting a refund for stock they didn't have or couldn't offer. Atleast with paypal you have another level of safety to get your money back.

Baby nest liner - Bukett – This is one purchase that I never regretted. My baby was co-sleeping due to very bad reflux. We had her all night taking turns without any sleep. But now, she sleeps like an angel on this nest. It is rather pricey but it's worth every penny. Bub is happy and I'm happy as a mother.

Great dog toy! – This is the only place we can buy our little dog's favourite toy in the whole world! We get free postage if we buy more than 5, & as she goes through one a month, we really appreciate that!  Show reply

I continue to buy the bottles and parts for my second child because of the quality product. My advice would be to order whatever and EVERYTHING you need the first time round, rather than buying a pair of $10.99 teats and then paying a $10 shipping fee on top. I cannot comment on the service as I have never had to seek it.

Scam!! – I ordered 2x baby jumpsuit from this company it took 45 days to arrive!! I found out it is dispatched from overseas. If I knew about this then I will buy it from overseas directly with much cheaper price. They sent a different items with very poor quality! I emailed to try and rectify the issue and there was no response or communication back. This website is a SCAM I wrote a review on the item witch they deleted it!

excuse for Covid and item is not dispatch locally – I have been using online chat to ask my order status for more than 3 times and no response. Then after 10 days i found it is dispatched from overseas. If I knew about this then I will buy it from overseas directly with much cheaper price. not happy with the customer service and shipping. they should have item in local stock

Terrible communication – I ordered 2x mam bottles with slow flow teats online from this company, when the bottles came they came with medium flow teats, I emailed to try and rectify the issue and there was no response or communication back.

Poor customer service – Have sent several emails with no response. Items were not sent out within 3 business days, although this is stated in their terms and conditions section. I was not contacted at all, until I submitted a dispute via PayPal. I was then finally given a tracking number for my purchase. I won't be buying from this store again.

Bad Customer Service – I have purchased online with babynest, at first the products did not arrive, when enquired, they advised me they would resend it. One of the items was wrong and when queried, I've been advised that they have more important things to do. Bad customer service.

Amazing service and fantastic product range!! – I'm a regular online shopper and I have purchased many items from Babynest for my first child. The range is fantastic and the service has been faultless. On occasion where the product I have ordered one evening, has been out of stock - the very next morning I had emails and a phone call offering alternatives, etc. Otherwise all my orders have been dispatched quickly and always well packaged so no damaged items!  Show reply

Great Scandinavian look and very functional – I love this bassinet. It's great that it can pack down to travel easily and can move up and down to match the bed height. You can also put it on an angle for bubs with reflux. It also looks amazing. Great design.  Show reply
