didn’t need it and took it from me at the time of purchase. If they had any indication that the box would be required for a return, they should’ve communicated that to me. On top of this, the customer service when I tried to return it was appalling. The two staff members I dealt with were incredibly rude and unhelpful. This lack of transparency and respect has left me frustrated and out of pocket. I will not be shopping here again and advise other people to think twice before doing so too.

bit annoyed and in my mind I was thinking "crap off let me enjoy my shopping! I got 20 minutes" See nothing wrong with a reminder but the sales lady's "delivery" sucks! I just shrugged it off just for it to be stress-free for us both. But that wasn't enough because only like 3 minutes later at 5:12 the same crazy sales lady approached me again and told me "ah you should do it quickly as were closing soon.. you know our sales ladies start working at.." I cut her stupid speech and told her in a loud voice "I'm done! I'm done!" And I walked passed her to the counter without even looking at her face. I was angry and clearly wasn't enjoying shopping there anymore because these stupid sales ladies create a "crap" vibe and I can smell the tension in the air that at 5:15 PM the workers there desperately wanted to go home that they really didn't care whether their customers are enjoying their shopping experience or not, for as long as you leave the store asap that's all they care about. I was at the counter at 5:16 and their machine wasn't working properly. It took ages for their machine to process a simple Afterpay purchase. Their machine was the problem, not my Afterpay card. I didn't hear an apology for the long wait and such inconvenience. Train your staffs! Shopping at babyroad (booragoon) can be this stressful thanks to your unskilled sales ladies! I love the products there but I hate the ambiance at babyroad store and that's thanks to your unskilled and stupid staffs who know nothing about customer service. Boo go home!

Sunday. Which is what I did.
It was not ready for collection on the Sunday and the staff member said she would call the next day to confirm when they could deliver it.
By 4pm Monday I had not heard from anyone at Babyroad. I phoned them and spoke with their customer service. She organised for the pram to be delivered Thursday afternoon after 1pm.
At 10:42am on the Thursday, I missed a call and then received a text message from the original sales lady to let me know "I have no room on the truck for your pram today and I don't want it damaged because it's not boxed. I can have it delivered to you tomorrow morning if that suits you". When I phoned her back she said their lovely rep would deliver it the next morning. I wasn't able to be home to which she then offered delivery on the Sunday, a week after it was supposed to be available for collection. I told her I would now collect the pram that day, the Thursday, as I had already been without a pram for a week. I also asked for a manger to be present. She then informed me SHE is the floor manager.
When I arrived in store I said I was there to see the manager and collect a pram which was no longer being delivered. The manager didn't even have the courtesy to come out and serve me, she let one of the other floor staff do it. I did not receive an apology or any acknowledgement of the errors or inconvenience that was caused by the manager and Babyroad.
I asked the managee 3 times I to have the pram delivered because I live too far away from the store and had already driven 1.5 hour round trip on the Sunday to collect the pram. Babyroad was a 2 hour round trip for me, with my 7 month old. Which is why I initially did not want to have to go and collect it. I feel someone should've delivered my pram on the Monday, or at the very least made sure it would be delivered on the Thursday, as it was the manager and Babyroad's error that the pram was not ready for collection at the agreed upon time.
The manager said she did not want it to be damaged on the truck. However when I got there to collect, the pram was in a box. When I questioned why the 2 black hoods were not packaged I was told they would've been boxed but when you didn't want it delivered we would've put them in carry bags. So it was boxed for delivery?
The manager and Babyroad made it quite evident that their customers time, effort and money is obviously far less important than their own. Their solution to the mistakes/errors/whatever they made were for me to have to go out of my way multiple times, for me to spend more money and for them not to be inconvenienced at all and at no expense to themselves for their mistakes.
Their after sales service is terrible and made what should've been an exciting purchase such a disappointing experience. I won't be purchasing anything from this store again.
Poor customer service and no price match – I checked their website to see if they price matched which they do, there are conditions. extremely rude. Her response was we need to make a profit so we cant do that price. It was over $100 price difference so I think they were making more than a little profit.
Great range of products and excellent customer service – Babyroad have a great range of baby items, the nursery room displays are great, helps you visulise what you are looking for and choose what will work in your nursery. $35 fee for afterpay on sales items, what's the point of a sale. False advertising! Not really a SALE then is it! – so expensive $35 fee, like don't offer afterpay at all or absorb it in your price, this is false advertising. I can't believe a company has a fee like this, it's like a bank just out to suck you dry!

Terrible store – Store has a large range of baby items but is overpriced. Even on sale it is cheaper online or at other baby stores. Staff members are rude, unhelpful and condescending. I try shopping here because I want to support local businesses but the staff have made it a terrible experience. I always feel belittled and small after going to the store. had no problems – I went to Babyroad on the weekend and the staff were nothing but courteous and helpful. I needed a lay-by changed and they were very helpful in doing that for me. My only whinge is is that you cannot lay-by the baby clothes but if that is their policy that is their policy !!!
Very upset – Buying things for your bubs is supposed to be really fun, but not at Babyroad. Just Rude – My husband and my parents and my 2 year old son went there last weekend for a shopping. To my surprise, a staff there was following them everywhere and kept giving them a cold stare. In addition, this staff told my parents off rudely every time my son touched their toys!

Very helpful and stress free. Huge range of products – Huge range of prams and other goods. Staff were helpful and very willing to accomadate requests like putting my pram together and looking for other colours.

tell the lady we didn't want our money back, just wanted to swap sizes. She wouldn't listen and we left. I called the manager to complain as my mother was near tears after the way the salesperson spoke down to her and unfortunately the manager was even ruder to me. I posted my opinion on their Facebook page and they responded with more passive aggressive tones and then deleted it and blocked me. Anyway, I wouldn't recommend shopping here if after sales care is high on your priorities list. There are better companies around that actually care about their customers.

Excellent store & staff – I was in there today and my 18 month old was running riot and the ladies were so so lovely they told me not to worry about the million things she was pulling off the shelf and were so helpful with looking at prams. I had never been there before and couldn't believe the range of quality brands they stocked, heaps of really gorgeous gift ideas and room decor in addition to the usual baby stuff. Can't wait to go back!
Great service – My favorite baby shop out of all the ones in Perth. They may not be the cheapest but the staff are friendly and unlike other baby shops the staff here are actually knowledgeable and know what they are talking about. Good range of products. Very happy customer and will return again
Terrible!! – I ordered furniture & waited 3 months & still did not receive my items! There was no contact or follow up from Babyroad at all during this process - lack of communication & poor customer service! I Will not be buying or visiting Babyroad - there are 2 other baby stores in the area which are much better & tick all the boxes.

Fantastic service – I initially purchased the wrong product online, but didn't realize until it arrived. I phoned & the staff member was super friendly & helpful, and sent out the right product that day!! I could not ask for more in an online purchasing experience & would recommend baby road to anyone. Friendly & helpful, good price, very quick to post.
Ripped off – Purchased a baby swing which would only work intermittently. Happened to work while trying to return it but soon stopped again within days. Would not refund or exchange as the supplier has to deal with it. Supplier not happy to replace product that works sometimes. Unless I bring it back to the shop for 24 hour monitoring to prove it is faulty. Bad customer service. Not caring attitude from at least 3 staff members.

cradle at the baby expo and picked it up in store which is 50 kms from where i live, which is fine when you are getting a product.When they finally agreed to a refund after providing them with photographic evidence and the weight of my 3 month old baby!, and informing them that i would lodge a complaint with consumer protection.I asked if they would be able to reimburse the cost of fuel to return the product or if they could pick up the product, they flatly refused.It was not my fault that the cradle broke so surely a $10 fuel voucher would have been a nice gesture!
It has finally been resolved thanks to Consumer protection and they ended up telling me to dispose of the faulty product and i got a refund to my credit card.That would have been perfectly satisfactory 3 Months ago!! managed to obtain items and couldn't tell me when I could expect to receive them. After 4 weeks I asked for a refund and they questioned whether they could give me a refund. I bluntly pointed out they hadn't delivered and couldn't tell me when they would so I suggested it would be wise to give me a refund. They will definitely be having some competition with Baby Bunting opening up across the road. In comparison to Babyroad, Baby Bunting has far better service and just as good a range of products in some cases more (ie prams). Look out Babyroad, your customers will soon be walking! We never received a follow up on the product and we had to constantly keep in touch with them to find the progress of the shipment. We were told on 19th of September they are expecting shipment and that we can pick it up on 21st September, Today being 21st we had to call them up just to find out that OUR stock didn't get shipped and we still have to wait for few more weeks! I say this is real bad customer service from them. I'm due next week and was really hoping to get the cot set before my bub arrive home & their ill customer service is just making me frustrated!
