Extremely unprofessional and unethical – Horrible real estate agency that do not care about their customers. The owners show no care to resolve issues despite I submitted a complaint. Very unresponsive, dismissive and unprofessional. Agents aren’t NOT honest and resort to lying when confronted with a problem. Often unresponsive to inquiries, very rude if you end up not interested.
I’m lost for words – I have been supporting a client with autism who is trying to buy a house. Unfortunately, this agency has been extremely unsupportive, ignoring her disability accommodation requests and treating her in a way that has caused excessive stress and confusion. follow through on his responsibilities. He even blocked her from viewing properties and her phone number was blocked, preventing her from purchasing a property she was interested in. No explanation was ever given for these actions.
Recently, the agent blocked her from attending an open house and falsely claimed that her number was blocked due to excessive calling, which is not true as she rarely calls. The agent has consistently exaggerated my client’s actions negatively and went so far as to file a police report to prevent her from viewing or buying properties, an action prompted by a meltdown caused by his mistreatment. This raises serious concerns about discrimination.
Furthermore, when I contacted the agent about the issues, he insisted on phone calls instead of responding to questions via email, despite my client’s preference for clear, documented communication. He also made an inappropriate request for my employment details to end the conversation, perhaps due to his paranoia. The agent, despite being a “senior sales representative”, doesn’t seem to have the basic courtesy and knowledge on how to treat people right.
I am at a loss for words regarding the behaviour I’ve witnessed from the staff at this agency. I cannot recommend their services, as their focus seems to be neither on selling properties nor providing quality service.

trust in the agent we approached management asking for a different agent but they refused. To say we are disappointed in the whole experience is an understatement. We can only surmise that since the sales contract was fixed commission, the agent expected the property to sell itself or hope we got desperate and dramatically drop the price for a quick sale. The agent is clearly good at selling business for the company and not interested in working for the clients. It’s a BIG NO from us.
The most deceitful non caring rip off merchants around – I vacated the very very substandard dump I rented for almost 5 years, 2 plus weeks ago. clean the dump prior to vacating, on my own at age 65 with multiple chronic health issues. There is no cooling in that very hot house and one heater in the freezing cold lounge room. The place was filthy when I moved there against my wishes. I hated every moment of my time there. But I am and have always been a very house proud person. Now the most dishonest property manager has issued me with a VCAT notice for monies he claims I owe. This is physically impossible when the rent was paid out of my pension each and every fortnight. I never saw that money as it was deducted from my account over night every second Wednesday.

It’s not my bond money. But I have a conscience and a moral compass, clearly neither of you know anything about. I could let this go as I have nothing to lose. But I will not.
