Banbi Large electronics mystery package – Ordered almost $50 USD ( $75AUD) Large electronics mystery package. Now, realistically was expecting an item of little value. Well wish granted, a pair of knee braces, seriously, knee braces.....not large, definitely not electronics.... not happy, not satisfied with this little scam. Joke is on me.

electronics and it wasn't even Electronics they are black and orange leg compressions my opinion this is a very big scamming store I suggest nobody trust this place if you do don't expect to get your money back and don't expect to get what you ordered and don't expect a response from them either if you don't believe me just go to their site don't buy anything just look at the lies the only real thing in this purchase is your money so if you value your own money do not buy from them stay away from them I don't see anything good coming from them now or in the future by the way I found this off of a Google ad so do not trust Google ads tell me if you guys think this looks like high-end large Electronics or even a pallet this is what I received

this is a scam what I received for $80 I can purchase for $25 – Two items received missing parts and cannot be used, they also charged me US Dollars when I stipulated Aus Dollars. I contacted them but just got the runaround. Typical Chinese just try and delay but never answer the question. This went on for two weeks then I reported to Paypal, what a waste of time they did nothing and just said to me I did not give enough evidence even though I gave all correspondence and receipts.

Chinese scam – 1 item only, not even the second item as promised. Very cheap and nasty knockoff battery watch, with no charger, not worth anywhere near the $60 I paid without realising that the $40 was US and not Australian. SCAM! Time to stop PayPal from supporting these people Show details

DONT FALL FOR IT – To be honest it did say large box with electronic items… It was a very small package with earbuds and a POS smart bracelet made by whoever… So there was no falseness in that, but I didn’t expect a straight up rip. I thought maybe I’d get one good thing and one crap thing but that’s not what happened. Do not waste your money. I, too, Wish I had seen this site before I made the purchase. Show details

Chinese scam – Like everyone else received the cheap ear buds and humidifier. Both these items can be purchased on eBay for under $35 Au $s. Not the $90 plus the scam you of. Both will be binned. So please don't donate any more money to this scam. Hopefully PayPal get enough complaints to shut them down? Show details

Is a rip off scam. Lies about the product and lies about 100% refund – Items received not as advertised. Cheap ear buds and tiny humidifier cost approx $10 max. No 100% refund as advertised. No returning goods.. Pay pal is useless and payment is actually USD so my payment instead of being $59AUD ended up being $86 AUD. Advertised as surprise returned post office goods and guarantee of 1 item iPhone iPad camera laptop Playstation is false. Do not order from this Company is a rip off scam. Show details

False advertising scam site – Bought a mystery box for approximately 60 dollars au from Banbi advertised by Google , in the advert they say that they have many unclaimed express post parcels containing iPad's, PC's, tablets high end earbuds etc etc and at the very least you would receive something like high end earbuds. I received a cheap humidifier that I can purchase on… Read more

eBay for 16.00 au, They are basically lying to you and it is actually illegal to do what they are doing , Don't waste your money. It's pretty much a scam the site needs to be closed down.

Banbi - its a scam – My partner & I purchased a mystery box and suprise box at AUD $90 We also received cheap earbuds worth $25 and a h20 humidifier worth $20 as has every other review we've come across. It says money back guarantee we brought this up with the gmail account provided. We were offered 20% money back or to send items back at our own expense but advised… Read more

not to do so. After much research it appears everyone receives these exact cheap chinese items not the 'high end' we are promised let alone the 'big box to dive into' also site expires in in 12mths after December 2022 so watch out if you do decide to order before site expires as you wont receive your money back. Make sure your card is linked to paypal and the scam owner who is making a fortune puts your item as a gift through paypal which im guessing why we couldnt be refunded through paypal. If paypal receives enough complaints they will investigate the site and owner and remove themselves from the site. We are also contacting the ACCC and suggest anyone who has come across this problem to do the same also as im pretty sure they just brought bulk of the same cheap items and are making a fortune of us. Its american dollars but items are sent from china via sea. Please be aware and ensure you do all the necessary research, we dont want to this happen to other fellow Australians.

It’s a scam – I paid $80 for a electronic box and surprise box, I just received a small package that had generic ear buds and tiny humidifier. Maybe $10 value, do not buy these mystery boxes or similar.
