Avoid if purchasing internationally – Can't recommend. Stay away at all costs if you want to avoid internationally. They've sent the parcel to the wrong country and over18 emails and 5+ phone calls they've flat out refused to help. Do not use Couriers Please – The delivery company Couriers Please has held my package hostage since the 23rd of June and shows delivery. I contacted them multiple times, and they promised to deliver but have failed to do so for 3 days in a row. The staff was able to help me with pre-sale and answered my questions, and they are professional but if Bankstown Sound & Marine use Couriers Please again, your reputation is gonna be ruined. Very unpleasant shopping experience.
