Bathware Direct

My order #70420 wasn’t delivered. No tracking or shipment order shown. After 12 days there’s nothing, no notification was sent. I have paid for shipment insurance and again no response. A very unreliable company and possibly a scam .

Bathroom renovation – Very happy with the product range at bathware direct. The customer service was excellent and the price was amazing. Would recommend to anybody considering a bathroom renovation to at least take a look. You won't be disappointed.

Shafted after spending 10K – I have spend around $10000 on items from Bathware direct. The staff are great before you pay. There were multiple errors with the invoicing that weren't picked up, when I pointed the errors out, they were corrected. Called bathware direct to advise of missing items, and they said they would check and call me back. No call back received. Called back the next day and was told they checked and the items were checked off. That was that, end of conversation. So, after spending a good deal of money, they shafted me for about $95 worth of product. Dreadful after sales service - the girl on the phone had a terrible phone manner: Terse and short. I will not be using them again.

Poor Customer Service – Purchased a sink and had zero updates on shipping, I had to follow up. After nearly two weeks of waiting, I followed up again and was told it was damaged in freight and couldn't get another one. No communication from seller, poor customer satisfaction.

Bent laundry tub rim – I purchased a laundry tub online a few months ago as I am doing extensive home renovations. Because I have so many boxes in a limited space, I didn't open the box after delivery to see the product. It has taken longer than I had planned to get to the work on the laundry. of the laundry tub are bent. I tried to go on the online chat option but had no response. Not happy at all. Will never use this company again.

Free Pallet with every delivery! – The product was left on the driveway in the weather some distance from my doorway and on a large shipping pallet, larger than the product itself. Supplier refuses to take away the pallet which I’m not left with to dispose of. Would not recommend.

Extremely happy! – Ordered online for interstate delivery. Could not be happier. Excellent customer service with on time delivery, and excellent products and prices. Will definitely be using again!

A place of scam – They send you faulty item and refuse to refund. Do not buy from them. Obviously they hire people to write positive reviews.

My kitchen sink is happy! – Just installed my new kitchen tap purchased from bathware direct: Nero Classic kitchen sink mixer chrome4. So easy to install! Size is perfect and exactly as expected. Handle rotation is very smooth and need minimum effort. Very satisfied with my purchase!

Wouldn't shop anywhere else – I bought a bath...then a toilet...then a vanity. I kept going back to these guys because the prices are so good. Not only that the delivery fee for interstate is next to nothing. E.g. 10 dollars for a bath from Melb to Adelaide. I don't know how these guys do it. Great customer service from Bathwaredirect – Had pre booked a plumber for Friday morning. Delivery window for taps I'd ordered was tight. Rang to check. Christine personally searched through the warehouse new deliveries & rang me back to say it had arrived. She also helped me make arrangements for collection Thurs. Brilliant. The ladies in the showroom were so helpful and made suggestions that has made our bathroom look a million dollars and we were well under our budget - something that couldn't have been achieved had we gone through a competitor. I absolutely cannot fault - we have already recommended 2 friends who have purchased through the company and will be telling everyone we know who is renovating.

Fast service – I don't usual write reviews (unless someone annoys me enough) but feel I must write a review in this instance. I bought a bath online to be delivered to a suburb in a rather difficult location and it arrived very quickly. It was also cheaper than everywhere else even with delivery. Would really recommend this company.

Great value and products – Bought basins, mixers and washers for bathroom renovation and paid half what we would've anywhere else. Very happy with the products and shipping to Perth was very reasonable and arrived quickly. Will definitely use this place again.

whilst I did all the picking and choosing. Once my order was finalised I received calls to keep me updated on shipments dates and product availability. When a shower I chose wasn’t in stock they were able to replace it with another (better) model at no extra charge. I then received my whole shipment (to WA- still cheaper than buying locally) within a week which was amazing as all local suppliers had lead times of over 2 weeks!

After months of painstaking research and fitting what I needed (and liked) to my budget, bathware direct made the process so simple and easy.
