VerifiedHi team, My Aldi Bauhn soundbar stopped working after my TV did a version update. By “stopped working” I mean that the green light is on for a few minutes and then it turns off by itself. Never did that before Can you please suggest how to troubleshoot this issue Thank you in advance

I have a Braun soundbar. I just switched to Directv They do not support Braun. Is there some other manufacture I can use?

I have a Bauhn MD44330 Sound bar purchased April '23 It has just stooped working, will not power up. ... so out of warranty Extremely disappointing that these products don't last given that we have a fair use policy in Australia we should have it replaced or purchase price refunded Let us wait for a reply from Medion Australia before I proceed to leave a unfavorable review

Our soundbar (MD44330, manufactured 04/2023, MSN 50072559) will not consistently remain on when watching our tv. It will turn off anywhere from when it is just plugged in, until 15-20 mins later (does not seem related to any power saving functions due to inactivity-timing is completely random). Have tried different power points, different cords, channels and inout sources seem to make no differences. Unfortunately cannot find the reciept, but would be less than a year old. Can you please assist?
My sound bar just stopped working. Tried different power point but no sign of life. Pretty sure it's under a year old, bought it with the 75cm tv, which is really good. Any ideas?

I have a problem with my BAUHN sound bar. I bought it not long ago and It was fine for a few months ago but, for some reasons it’s stop working. There’s no light showing when I plugged in. I tried to press the power button on the sound bar and a remote but still not working. I don’t know what’s going on and need help with it. MD 44330.

I have the same problem! It worked for maybe 6 mth, then stopped. Worked again after a couple days. Now not working again - ie. not switching on even though connected to power. So frustrating! And of course misplaced receipt.

Mine is doing the same, red power light goes out, may go out for a day or more, then comes back on. It has been doing this for about four weeks. This last time it has been out for about three days. I have unplugged it overnight, doesn't help, and of course I don't have the receipt, it would be less than nine months old.

I have a bauhn 5.1 sound bar and only recently I can't turn it on as it stops connection with the network how can I get around this so I can use my sound bar to listen to music and watch the movies
It works through chrome cast but not anymore

Model ADDSB-0122 THIS ONLY STARTED I the past few weeks it was fine I have reset everything the TV the chrome cast the internet it's wierd

How to turn off stero sound

Hi I bought an Aldi sound bar probably less than a yr ago. It stopped working and when I tried the power cable it flashed when I put it in? Of course have lost my docket!
Hi Sue, I'm sorry to hear that you're having an issue with your Bauhn soundbar. Please perform the troubleshooting steps below: -Is it not turning on using the power button on the unit? No indicator light at all? -Disconnect and reconnect the AC power adaptor. Ensure that the AC power adaptor is properly connected, then turn the soundbar on again. -Ensure that there is power at the DC outlet.

Hi. Thanks for your email. I did try that and didn’t get anywhere so didn’t try again after when I had the power cable flashed. But thought would try in another power point and had a small flash again but now working. When it first happened it wouldn’t start. So fingers crossed that it continues to work. Regards Sue Brook
Which store in the western suburbs of Melbourne has 21 Bauhn soundbar.
I have just purchased the MD 44330 sound bar. I'm using it with an optical cable. Problem is that there's no sound on the HD channels. Has anyone experienced this before?
I don't quite understand. Do you mean there is no audio when you play HD content?
PS if you have no audio on HD tv channels or streaming try your TV's settings and ensure audio is set to digital PCM
There is sound on all the channels except the HD ones

My ARC says connected, but the white light is flashing? Adjusting volume, muting & unmuting and turning on and off doesn’t fix anything….
Any suggestions??
Hi Paul, I'm sorry to hear about the fault with your Bauhn Soundbar. To make the ARC Connection work, please take note of the following: • Make sure your TV or external device supports ARC function and connect the HDMI cable to the ARC port of the TV or external device. • In the TV or external device setting menu, turn on the ARC function and the CEC function. • In the TV or external device setting menu, find the audio output settings and change the audio output mode to 'PCM' mode (instead of Auto, RAW, etc.) • Make sure both ends of the HDMI cable are fully plugged into the sockets. • If your TV or external device is muted or no sound output, the LED will flash 'ARC'; once audio signal is available, the LED will display 'ARC'. • If none of these solutions work, try changing the HDMI cable.

Doesnt work with jvc android tv?
I tried connecting to jvc tv but doesnt produce any sounds . Connected via arc to arc
Check the settings in the TV. My JVC tv, about 6 years old, requires the user to select the output (speakers, optical, CEC) On a 12 months old Kogan TV the process was fully automatic.
Also eliminate cable problems. Use a different one to test.
My jvc tv is like 2 months old. So i thought it wouldve been automatic too. I plugged in a yamaha soundbar and it worked immediately but not the Bauhn one..I tried few things with the settings, it seems to only work with my other bauhn tv which is bit outdated now
