I have had 3 jobs done, new hot water tank, bath taps replaced, and the latest is a new shower head, which they acted promptly on account of my husband coming out of hospital. Cannot praise them enough, a great company to deal with.
We were exceptionally happy with the prompt response, professionalism and cost of the job that Bayside Plumbing provided. Josh was a superstar and navigated a busy household, including an over zealous pooch, while fixing the plumbing problem. We have no hesitation recommending Bayside Plumbing and they are now our ‘go to’ plumbers.
Called out for an emergency house water leak on Sunday to my house in Wahroonga. Wanted to charge $1500 to repair 2 plastic pipes claiming they don't have in stock and made up a story about Reece charging $400 to open on Sunday (I did suggest they sell the parts at Bunnings). I was extremely upset and he said he may be able to get the manager to… Read more
charge less. Paid $1200 and told not to turn on the water until the following morning. I had no water all day and when I turned on the next day it leaked again after 15min. Got another plumber in and he said the wrong glue must have been used (also confirmed Bunnings does sell the parts).
Excellent service!! Thrilled with the team at Bayside Plumbing. They came to my house replaced my dishwasher and installed a new filter system and basin tap to suite. I was only going to have the dishwasher replaced but I was so pleased with there honest approach.
Telli did a great job and sorted out the blockage in my bathroom. Highly recommend. Thanks Bayside
I had a blocked sewer at my home and reached out to Bayside Plumbing — I couldn’t be happier with the service. Michael and Harry were fantastic. They arrived on time, quickly diagnosed the problem, and had everything fixed efficiently and professionally. Both were friendly, respectful, and clearly knew their stuff. They even made sure the area was… Read more
left clean once the job was done. It’s such a relief to have reliable plumbers like them. I’d happily recommend Bayside Plumbing to anyone needing honest, high-quality work. Thanks again, Michael and Harry!
Hired this company for a highly stressful plumbing emergency. I was unsure of what the root cause was. The team was able to send someone out promptly and have the issue sorted within an hour. Highly recommend
Thank you Alan & the team at Bayside. You really got out of a sticky situation. Awesome job guys!
What a good service 5 star all the way shout out to Micheal

Overcharged and under delivered – Dont use these guys. The good side was they responded quickly, turned up very very keen. Flash water heater needed to be replaced. They quoted over double what others did who might take a day or two longer, but were there and said they would connect the control panel as part of the quote. They didnt. Two follow up phone calls from us lead to … Read more
promises to do fix the panel but weeks later nothing has happened - other than having to fix the control panel our selves and pay for it. An expensive lesson.
I felt I got totally ripped off – I was after a quote for my running toilet, 2 men arrived with their toolbox ready to go. They proceeded to tell me that it was the inlet valve and at a negotiated small, discounted price I felt I could proceed as it would be relatively cheap and quick. They recommended to replace the flexible hose, as it was showing rust and could possibly burst,… Read more
and the mini tap was also rusted and needed replacing, which he showed me, I couldn’t see it, but took he’s professional advice and went ahead with both additional fixes. $660 later. About an hour after they left, I heard the toilet running again. I waited overnight to see if it would fix itself, but it was still the same in the morning, so I called them to organise a time for them to come back to rectify the problem. On returning at the end of the week, they said it was the outlet valve and as it was a new problem would cost a further $760+ but would come down to $550+gst. An outlet valve costs approx. $103, which I would have been happy to pay but I don’t think it is fair or ethical to charge a new call out fee and labour to fix the original problem that they should’ve fixed the first time. I felt taken advantage of. I found a new plumber, who fixed the running toilet (no replacement of anything) and fixed the kitchen tap for $190. He also couldn’t see any rust on the old mini tap. I would not recommend. 1 star because they did come back, and I did get a follow up phone call after writing my feedback on their website site.
Don't use without competitive quote – I feel they overcharged. We had a plumbing emergency the evening before we were going overseas. They quoted $5+k to do the work, saying it was two days work. Given the situation, we had little choice but to accept. When they did the job it took a morning and it was not really a big job. I feel we were taken advantage of. The work itself seemed ok.
Overcharging – Had an emergency leak in our shower which fixed itself prior to plumber arriving. Showed the plumber it was all fine on his arrival and he still charged us a $385 call out fee notwithstanding he didn’t do a thing. Told us the good news was we didn’t have to pay for any works. Awful experience. Never again.
Great In Every Way – Our man, Sam, was friendly, productive: happily dashed off to get replacement apparatus for our sink, and even plunged the non-issue section of sink, just coz. Love the service; you will too.
Problem fixed – Andrew from Bayside Plumbing was on time, efficient and courteous. Highly recommended
excessive charges – They charge $230 to come to my house and that was to replace 4 tap washers. Total $253 which 1 is leaking They do not answer emails or phone calls. Not happy in the slightist.
The plumber does not have license but charges ten times – I gave one star because I can't give zero. Fair Trading advised me the plumber who did the inspection does not have a current plumbing license. The quote for side entry inlet valve is $263+GST which I subsequently found it only costs $29. Alan, the Director, couldn't provide the details of this super expensive valve but still refused to refund the call-out fee.
Professional – The gentlemen from Bayside Plumbing fixed my leaking bathroom tap professionally, with no fuss or dramas. I can recommend them.

Excellent same day service – Excellent same day service had an issue with my toilet being clogged and leaking they came out and fixed the issue the same day at a very reasonable price and solved a big headache for me
Excellent professional service – Very friendly and professional service, definitely use again and recommend to others. There was no question too hard and he was very easy to deal with and work with to get the job done.
Amazing service !! – Andrew from Bayside plumbing attended my house for an emergency blocked drain. He was very nice, arrived on time and explained every step. Thank you Bayside Plumbing for an amazing job!
would not use gain – I would not use this company again due to the exorbitant cost. I had a relatively small job done, replace a mixer and replace a toilet cistern outlet valve at an astronomical cost of $1540.
Efficient and Professional – These guys are professional, experienced tradesmen. They came immediately to an emergency flood situation and unblocked an outside roof drain at 10 pm Saturday night, working outside in a torrential downpour. They expertly unblocked the drain and avoided us having major water damage to the ceilings and wiring. An excellent job in trying… Read more
conditions. They were friendly and efficient and also attentive to hygiene (using drain clearing equipment). Would recommend their services.
