Bazdaric Prestige! Best Custom Builder. High quality work with attention to detail. Excellent time management – I am very happy that I am building my home in Strathfield with Bazdaric Prestige. The owners of this company Petar Bazdaric and Suzanna Bazdaric are down to earth honest people. Honest, friendly, organised, high quality work, are few fitting adjectives to describe this amazing builder! I had very pleasant experience during the selection process with all of Petar's sub contractors like Floormania (for timber flooring), Beaumont Tiles, Reece, Crown Electricals, Binglee and Skyline Kitchens. All sales people were very helpful without being pushy and made the selection process a very pleasant experience. Petar's standard inclusions are of high quality and reasonably priced too... After completion of selections, Petar started the build on 8th December 2022 and completed piering, slab, and frame, in record three weeks time, on 22/12/2022. After the XMAS break, work recommenced on the 16th of Jan 2023 and already close to completing brick work, facia, gutters and the roof by end of Jan 2023, again in record time of two weeks. This is really amazing progress!!! I am very happy with the quality of trades and work completed so far as well as the fast pace at which Petar is progressing. Petar is passionate about his projects and this shows in his work completed till now. Petar and Suzana are very approachable and helpful. They always answer all my queries without delays. Although my build is still progressing and has a fair bit to do before completion, I could not wait to share my highly positive experiences with the prospective customers out there. Hence writing this review at this stage of the build. I will keep updating this post as the construction of my home progresses and share my experiences.
