The technician at Beaurepairs Mandurah (Nick) was very kind to assist me in an emergency and discovered I had a large rip to the inside front right tyre with the left about to go as a result of two cracked lower control arms to the front wheels. Highly recommend going there as he was so helpful in fixing the immediate issue to get me back safely on the road with a plan to get the address the rest when they can fit me in. Show details

Car was damaged and they won’t fix it – In July 2023 I had new tyres put on my car. When this happened damage was done to my tyre pressure sensors. The manager immediately owned up to it and assure me they would repair it. Months went by and I was finally called saying the part was in. forwarded the issue to insurance. In December their insurance company ANSIC group called and instructed me to have the repair done at my next car service. At the end of feb I contacted the insurer to confirm this was still the case as the service was due. I wasn’t able to make contact through any means any more. Then I found out the store had shut down and the managers were no longer contactable. After searching everywhere for contact details which are impossible to find I settled with the sales number to lodge a complaint. They forwarded my details to the Adelaide Gouger store. I was contacted in March and told to bring it in for repair. They were able to install new sensors but didn’t have the tool to code it and said they’d contact within a week. After two weeks of nothing I called and was told they were working on it. Then after a month I was called and told they would pay for it to go back to the dealer, and they’d be in touch with me to arrange. It’s now been 14 months and my vehicle is still damage. No representative from Beaurepairs will contact me, their complaints lines are non existent and only forward to individual stores whom refuse to contact you back. Damage was done to my car and this company refuses to make right.

The Annandale store's service is perfect and the staff is also friendly – I need to change my car tyres and after googling it, I decided to go to the Annandale store and the result was perfect including the price. able to help out as they didn't have the tyres in stock so they recommended Beaurepairs South Melbourne and booked her car in to get it fixed ( they even sent a report to them advising them of their findings). The tyres were available at Beaurepairs so she took it in at the allocated time and it took them 4 and a half hours to get it fixed. They talk about some guarantee where if the tyre is available you will have it fixed within a hour so obivously that's a lie. To her surprise she was informed that her driver's side back tyre was slashed and it could be that someone doesn't like her. She became stressed and concerned. She got it fixed and was charged $650 for one tyre replacement (driver's side) and was told there was no other issue everything is fixed. She thought the passenger side was fixed as well but she was wrong. She told him she had a RACV membership and if that entitles her to a discount he said yes as the tyre was $850 and now giving it to you for $650 but he lied that is what it had advertised on the website so it was already reduced to $650.

Nevertheless, driving on Christmas eve to family dinner, on the way home we got a flat tyre on the back passenger side and had to wait 4 hours on the side of the road to have it towed then had to wait 2 days until the store open again due to the public holidays. When they reopen she called and spoke to the manager to tell him what happened. He got defensive and began saying 'are you calling me a liar' and told her she was rude then hung up.

We called the National Manager of Beaurepairs to get assist and the day after she got it repaired. The slash on the tyre was never There initially otherwise Mercedes Benz Kings Way would have seen it. I took a photo of the slash. How could they have not seen that. Check out the pics. Until now the State Manager hasn't responded to me or my claim to try and resolve this matter.

Top Service – Bought 4 new tyres from the store in Gouger St Adelaide 2 years ago. Tim called me this week to tell me my free balance and rotation was due so went there today. Tim said would give me a call in about 6 months for the next rotation. Hadn't realised that the cost of the tyres included lifetime of the tyres care included in the purchase price. was put on the car has been service twice once by Honda and once by NRMA, and the tyres have been rotated. I expect a tyre to last more than 12 months, it was suggested that I did not check my tyre pressure, wrong, I do check my tyre pressure. My car was purchased new in 2019 and has done 31,000 Kilometres so I my milage is around 8857 Kilometres a year. This tyre was put on in August 2022. The car was only in use for 9.5 months of the past year because I was travelling for 2.5 months and the car was not uses. So in fact that tyre had only travelled 7011 kilometres. I think it was a faulty tyre and I believe Beaurepaires should not have charged me for the replacement. You have lost my business.

Careful with this company – These guys WONT price match, they DONT have the cheapest tyres. I downloaded a cheaper online price for the exact same tyre, they came back that they can decide to NOT price match if it suits them. Check out Tempe Tyres.

the best deal he could do. I then asked him if there was anything cheaper wich we originaly wanted and he said no. I said what about the cheaper diamond back tyres and he said were did you here about the diamond backs and i said on your website and then he started carrying on and said the more expensive tyres were cheaper and he would do the wheel alighnment for $85 what a joke.. it was still $77 cheaper to get the diamond backs and a wheel alignment. Also upon walking out of the store he was raising his voice at the guy standing next to him that worked there and making sure we herd him at the same time how there wheel alighnment machine is worth $70000 ! We went to another tyre shop down the road and got great service and a very good deal and will be going there for now on. Ive been going to beaurepairs for alot of years and was realy disapointed by the managers attitude and the way he tried to get one over us.

Rude staff member – I attended the Epping Victoria branch to get a wheel and for my 82 Falcon. The young guy working there said that my car was a piece of crap and to throw it in the bin. Absolutely disgusting behaviour he obvious doesn't know how to work on older cars. Disgraceful

unprofessional service given with local store. Made an online effort to reach out to this company to provide feedback on how to provide better customer service. Then tried to call them on a number other than their 13 number. Well hidden would make one believe they don't genuinely wish to hear from customers. No more word of mouth referrals from me. Bridgestone just got themselves another customer. Ignoring customers is detrimental.

He ordered the 4 new tyres, advised us that they would be fitted at 1PM the next day and so we called back at 1PM, he and his team fitted and balanced the tyres and also completed a wheel alignment and the car now drives better than it ever has. Thank you Beaurepaires Maroochydore for the excellent service and advice.

Terrible – I didn't know that when you make an appointment and order the tyres your money comes out of the account, which is weird I'm paying for a service that hasn't happened yet. What's even worse the tyres I wanted they didn't have in stock. So I've just paid for a service that hasn't happened and you don't have them WTH I now have to wait up to 10 days… Read more

for a full refund which I shouldn't have to do considering I didn't get any work done. I went into the store and the manager was out and the guy behind the desk had no idea when the manager or if the manager was coming back. The next day I get a call from the manager saying that he doesn't know what happened and the tyres were in stock, but was really vague with me and didn't offer any apologies for their mess up.

call me back with other options. My time is very restricted - this was a very frustrating, time and fuel wasting experience. I will never go back. Beware dealing with their call centre staff when ordering tyres. I stress this was not the assistants fault at the store but the call centre staff and poor company process and customer service. Must do better.

Worst experience ever. Swan Hill Vic – Had tyres fitted to my 4WD ute. The original tyres had a lot of KM on them and wear was very even. I needed to leave my car with them and they would do any repairs at my cost! I took the car to Good Year Swan Hill, who said my front end had been aligned wrong. They fixed it and fitted new tyres. The car has been great since. I tried to contact Bearepairs, but its near impossible to get hold of anyone other than the individual dealers. I should have went with my gut feeling as the lady in charge was very untidy looking and had a cigarette hanging out of her mouth when speaking to customers. Will never return!

While waiting for them to fix my puncture, i was listening to the store person talk to a job applicant about how the staff there kept getting fined for speeding. This conversation was absolutely professional and included some swearing.

put it on the charger. Six hours after charging, and it still wasn't fully charged. I returned the battery to the dealership and they tested it. The test was positive, but I advised that I was still not happy with it and would appreciate a new battery, not one I was not confident with. I was offered a new battery. On Friday 12th they rang and advised that the new battery was ready to be picked up. When I got to the store, there was the brand new and shiny battery. The only problem was that I had marked the old battery prior to taking it back into the store. The supposed "new" battery was my old battery which had been wiped down and cleaned to appear new. When I drew the store managers attention to his deception, he became very angry and told me that he did not like "customers like you". I was given a refund. After more words, including allusion to his deception, he told me to F#### off out of his shop. Was he angry with me, as a customer, or was it his his own sheer stupidity in trying to deceive me? It doesn't quite finish there. I later rang their Head Office to speak with someone in management to express my disappointment in the way I had been treated. So much for their concern, as, to date, I have not heard back from them! (and so much for their "Share Your Love on Google" sticker on their cash register!)

Terrible – They replaced 2 tyres. They broke a piece of my car key without saying a word. Only noticed it when I got home. They threw the spare in the boot without securing it with the bolts supplied. I wrote a letter complaining about my experience as a few more issues but have received no response and no acknowledgement whatsoever. Will never use them again

Disappointed – Avoid Seaford SA. Bought four new tyres and they threw away my good spare and left the punctured one in the boot. Didn;t know until I got a flat on Saturday. Now have two punctured tyres on a long weekend and have had to go to the competition because they didn't respond to my email.
