Worst customer service, very expensive but very poor quality product. They wouldn’t recognise you after your purchase – Worst customer service, very expensive but very poor quality product. They will smile till they sell you their products. Once you’ve paid wouldn’t recognise you. Even if you need any post servicing for their faulty product they will trick you in such a way so that you would not ask for their service. I am going back to Beds n dreams. Show details

Waste of money! – Absolutely pathetic! This store is by far the worst furniture store I have ever been to! The quality is so crap that the bed didn’t even last 1 year! I will never recommend this place to anyone – I purchased all my furniture from these guys and paid over $10,200 after a few months everything started falling apart when I tried to contact them.. the phone won’t ring if it’s engaged! yet they have 5 desks with phones. read and view the photos of the broken furniture, they didn’t even try fixing the problem instead they have the worst attitude responding to your problem by saying “the manufacturer’s don’t make the same item anymore!” which they are trained very well for. Never will I recommend this place to anyone and wish I knew better

didn’t come on time! I waited nearly half years to check table! This month their service came my house to check table, my little kids was sleeping, I told him to keep silence but he was my bedroom making noises, last time I ask who was him, he told me he was supplier！so this store’s service is supplier! And told me that the cracked paint was my hit it, oh my god! Then I asked the mirror’s paint was who hit it?

I think this is unqualified dress table! I need to return it!

Shopped around and got a great mattress at a good price – We are very happy with our purchase of our king size mattress from beds n dreams. The delivery time of our son’s bed had a few dramas, but the staff were really helpful and got it sorted right away. They had to exchange one piece that wasn’t right but luckily it didn't too long at all. These things happen and it’s all about how you handle it as far as I’m concerned. Absolutely shocking – The worse furniture store you can possibly visit. The Bankstown and Auburn store in particular, bunch of liars so nice and friendly to begin with then once you proceed true colours come out, they are not just liars but send out the wrong delivery and try to make you look like the bad one. promised will not be available in the agreed time frame, that we had to wait 2 to 3 months. This was not on as we needed the bed within 2 weeks at the very latest. So with regret, cancelled the order and asked for a refund. With all the to and fro conversations between myself, my husband, the admin lady, store manager and owner, somewhere lost in translation apparently "we did want the bed and for that to be supplied by another store in Melbourne" (already on the truck on its way the very same day).

But during all that communication I actually went out to buy another bed that was to be delivered in the weekend.... perfect. After many phone calls and confirming that we had cancelled the order, bed n dreams wanted us to pay for the interstate delivery of $500, even though we did not want the bed and never agreed to it. My husband and the store manager finally came to some agreement, so its a win win situation we buy the mattress only (which we did want) and that's it. The store manager said come in at the beginning of the week, we can process your refund and I'll have some "goodies" ready for you, he mentioned pillows that were one of a kind and limited editions. Great, its finally done. So my husband and I arrive at the store at the beginning of the week and the manager was away and the owner was at Auburn.

Ok lets come back the next day... Called ahead to make sure one of them were there and nope they were not. So instead of stressing trying to finish work early etc, my husband finally got in contact with the store manager and he said come down during the weekend and I'll process your refund. We do just that... But when we get there he says I need the credit card that I used to purchase the bed, how would I know that if he didn't tell us? Every other store gives you a cheque. At this stage I am ropeable... So off we go back home again, get the credit card, back to the store. He processes our refund, then gives us two cheap pillows that was part of the "goodies" he promised, not the one off limited edition ones. At this stage I'm so over this whole saga, I had energy to argue anymore so we left.

Communication is terrible, if you can avoid it don't go to this store, nothing but a headache.

Lie to sell – Beds and Dreams Bankstown make false promises to sell their products. They promised us two sheets to go with the beds we purchased, two months on and we are still waiting. They don't return calls and when we do get hold of them, they keep making false promises all over again.  Show details

Excellent service and high quality – I visited the bankstown store today and purchased the canopy bed with drape. I was blown away by the excellent level of service provided and the effort that was put in by the store owner to find my 'dream bed'. He was honest and had an excellent knowledge of his stock.
