Have had lots of dealings with Bedsndreams Aspley and found the whole team to be fantastic. They are always so helpful and nothing is ever to much trouble. I will not shop at any other bedding company as the guys here are always so professional and i always get the best deal. Thanks Bedsndreams Aspley again.

I was originally told in March that my order would arrive by the end of May. As May came to an end, I hadn’t heard anything and had to contact the store myself, only to discover there had been a delay. No one had bothered to inform me. Had I not called, I doubt anyone would have updated me.

The communication and customer service throughout the process were extremely disappointing. I was the one who suggested a solution when only part of the order was ready, yet it was made to feel as though the store was doing me a favour by arranging two deliveries, despite the delays being entirely on their end.

To make matters worse, I paid for delivery and assembly of my bed suite, which included the bedside tables. The tables were delivered unassembled, and I was later told that I would need to attach the legs and handles myself. That is not what I paid for and is simply unacceptable.

After spending around $5,000, I am very disappointed with the unnecessary stress and lack of customer care. The products are decent, but the after-sales service is poor. My advice to future customers is to get every promise and detail in writing.

Overall, good products, but very poor customer service. Unfortunately, I would not recommend this store.

sheet on and with the mattress protector on it is near impossible the fit the sheet. The satiny top makes the sheet slip and slide and makes the sheet come lose during the night. I can't fit the mattress protector because the sheet won't fit. I am 76 years old with a lower back injury and to try and lift the mattress only causes me pain. Why do mattresses today have to be so extremely heavy? I am not happy with the mattress for those reasons.

multiple mattresses in this store, but unfortunately, our preferred mattress the Englander Boston S2 wasn't in stock. Thankfully, the sales assistant worked tirelessly to secure us an excellent price for our second choice of mattress. We walked out happy and satisfied. Absolutely recommend Beds n Dreams for anyone looking to purchase a new bed. The quality and prices are much more competitive than other stores, and customer service unmatched.

rolling into each other. We ended up selling it at a significant loss and returned to Beds n Dreams, where we were recommended the Luxe Mayfair Firm mattress.

Sadly, we experienced exactly the same problem. Looking back, I believe we were simply guided towards the wrong mattress due to a lack of product knowledge. By this stage we had spent $3,500 and were incredibly disappointed.

That’s when we met Mihwa, the store manager.

From the moment we explained our situation, Mihwa genuinely listened. She never made excuses, showed incredible empathy, and was completely focused on finding a solution rather than defending what had happened. Although the Royal Super Firm wasn’t on the showroom floor to trial, I was confident it was the right mattress and offered to sign a waiver accepting the risk.

Mihwa went above and beyond to make it happen. Beds n Dreams exchanged our mattress, and we only paid the delivery fee. The Royal Super Firm was delivered yesterday, and for the first time in months we woke up without back pain. We honestly feel like we’re sleeping in heaven.

Customer service like this is rare. Mihwa turned what had been a very expensive and upsetting experience into one that has restored our faith in Beds n Dreams. Her professionalism, compassion, and commitment to looking after her customers were absolutely extraordinary.

Thank you, Mihwa. You are a credit to Beds n Dreams, and we couldn’t be more grateful.

The only reason I have given a 2 Star rating is that the "100 Sleep Guarantee" is somewhat misleading. The staff and the service they provided was excellent however, I chose a Hypnos Balmoral mattress in Medium and after about three weeks called the store to see if I could change this to a Plush as the mattress was too firm for me. was a definite "NO". Apparently the 100 day Sleep Guarantee only applies if you buy the mattress online i.e. you've never tried it before spending nearly $5,000 for a King Single mattress (I bought my mattress on special but it was still a significant purchase). I don't think they're deliberately engaging in deceptive conduct but they should make it more clear that the sale is full and final.

Maybe prospective purchasers of mattresses from Beds n Dreams should try out a few of the mattresses in store and then order online so that the 100 Sleep Guarantee will apply.

Anyway I was very disappointed with my buying experience, not with my in store staff experience

I am left with a very expensive mattress which is very well made but not comfortable for me. The gentleman at the Mornington store suggested I try a topper on the mattress. I have a lambswool topper from my previous very uncomfortable mattress which I have now put on the Hypnos mattress which does make a difference.

If You are looking for a new Bed and / or Mattress, don’t waste your time shopping around, and spending hours doing so. I did waste so much time, over several months shopping around. Dreams at ASPLEY, I was greeted by Gary, who is a thorough Gentleman, and is a very professional Salesman. Gary listened very carefully to all of my health issues, he asked me many questions, in order that he could make assessment of my needs and desires, and then recommend the Best Possible solution, for my needs and Budget. Gary showed me several different beds, which varied in both price and Quality. He allowed me to spend considerable time lying on each bed, and assessing it for comfort and features. He did not rush me to make a choice, nor did he pressure me to buy any specific product. Gary simply, very helpfully kept answering my questions and making further recommendations to best suit my overall needs and budget. Once I had calmly decided on the Bed which I chose to purchase, Gary placed an order for my bed to be manufactured and delivered. The whole purchase was a very easy process , and was performed with the best possible standard of customer service that I have experienced in many years. I had cause to call the store a number of times after placing the order and needed to add some various accessories, and sheets and pillows etc. Other staff answered the phone and more than capably assisted me with both my enquiries, and the ordering of goods that I wanted.

On Thursday 18th September 2025, I took delivery of my new AVANTE Fully electrically adjustable Bed Base, and BALMORAL Plush luxury mattress. I purchased this package from Beds n Dreams at the ASPLEY Homemaker Centre. I dealt with Gary in the first instance to determine which Bed I wanted to buy, and also later dealt with other staff who helped me to order additional products. rude and extremely negative towards the sale Elaine had secured with us. There was no need to speak or treat a coworker with such disrespect because you did not agree on pricing. Your comments were belittling, negative and not warranted. I don’t see the need to speak out loud in your thoughts whilst a customer is present. You then proceeded to return to the desk after making a coffee and continue with your negative thoughts and comments. I felt sorry for Elaine who was trying to remain professional and positive in our presence. We will not be returning to this store in future. Positivity goes along way!

My wife I purchased a Edinburgh Medium Queen mattress. We were assisted in the purchase by Maria from the Alexandria store who was extremely helpful & very knowledgeable about the suitability of the mattress to our individual requirements. Bought a bed and mattress 1 yr ago. For last 6 months had no help and been given the run around regarding a defective mattress. We have had no choice but to purchase a new mattress from a different retailer. Definitely would not recommend this store or the englander brand. Show details

stair delivery being on receipt), bed base delivered in pieces, we were not told assembly was needed and therefore not offered to purchase assembly service (which we happily would have paid for if told it was being delivered in pieces…), to top it off no assembly instructions for the bed base and we had to drive back to the store to get the instructions.

We had purchased a bed suite- bedframe, tall boy, sidetable and dressing mirror from the store and paid for it on 2nd March 2025 wanting it to be delivered in June. delivery guys had raised a request on 18th June to get it replaced and the store, warehouse are giving lame reasons since then. Initially they said that the warehouse is shifting and we were promised to get this on 5th of July after we have followed up with them often. We got a call on 4th saying they wont be delivering the next day(5th) as their warehouse is shifting and they are not able to give us proper delivery timelines. On 5th July after repeated calls to the store, the manager said that they might not have our item in stock while one of the workers had confirmed that they would send us the display item. Today-7th of July we did a followup call and we have been told by the Manager- Dave that he is unable to reach the warehouse (which is absurd. Wondering if they do not have any other means to contact the warehouse?) and the display item is an old model compared to what we had ordered (rolling eyes).

Very unhappy with the response and customer service.

Will not recommend bedsndreams to anyone.

Edit 18/07/2025: We received the tallboy and dressing mirror on 12/07/2025. We got a email in a couple of days of posting this review that they have found the last piece of tall boy and parts for the dressing mirror from their warehouse after they redid their inventory and that it would be delivered on 12/07/2025.

It was a stoke of luck when we entered Bed n Dreams as we all but giving up in finding a bedroom set which we liked. As all the stores we previously entered we frowned at the lack of designs they had. Christina was amazing giving us space till we decided on the bedroom set we wanted. Great service from the sales team at Castle Hill. The only negative I have is that I need to wait for one part of my order (bedhead) to be delivered for a few months. disappointing as it’s out of my hands. Apart from all this I cannot complain about the service I received. They allow you to browse without harassing you & encourage you to lay on the mattresses for a long period of time to really get a feeling for whether it is suitable for you.
