Unfavourable reviews are not published – I had a pleasant experience in store however the bed we purchased was not up to our expectations. I wrote a review so that others would be aware when purchasing that there is a bright blue light that shines from the bedhead all the time- very annoying while trying to sleep. Consumers have the right to know the facts about what they are purchasing, that is the whole point of a reviews section. Only publishing favourable reviews is unhelpful to consumers, and only benefits the company. It is a sneaky way of providing false information.
Horrible service – I purchased bed side tables and mattress in May 2021 . The bed was delivered in June and I was told I would receive my side tables in 6 weeks. I got no updates. I called them they said you will receive maximum by July end and today I went to the store , the sales guys it might be September but we aren’t sure . The time they were making their sales… Read more
they were helpful but once they received the full payment they don’t care .Horrible service If I knew earlier I would have bought my bed from some other store . Just a suggestion to everyone don’t trust them.
The worst internet shopping place – I did a lot of internet shopping. This time I purchased the pillow 5 weeks ago. They got my money but no delivery.
