Very awkward – my sister & I walked into this store on black friday looking to score a bargain for my nieces christmas present. we walked in and from what we saw was what looked like two female staffs bickering and arguing in plain site of the public and you could feel the tension. we were in for about 5 miutes and then walked out because it wasnt pleasant and we ended up buying from snooze down the road. great furniture though at great prices! Show details

Bad service – I purchased 2 queen mattresses and 2 gas lift beds which cost me on $6000. Although originally I was happy but wasn't aware that the gas lift beds were inferior and were not able to move or slide or they would fall apart. made with craft or plywood where they crumble, hence snapped off. I have had the beds for 3 months, store said I damaged them! and would not replaced, I now am sleeping on the floor! they would not accept reSponsibility for the less than can asked me to purchase new INFERIOR bedheads!!!

Doesn't look after their customer's – Have never had such a bad after sales experience. We bought a a mattress and after sleeping for 2 weeks we realised that mattress is too soft. My partner would wake up with sore back & have difficulties sleeping throughout the night. I was told that Sales Rep will have a look into this and then will get back to me. Week later - no response from the retailer so i contacted them again & then was advised that Sales Rep Rob is looking into this & will get back to me. Another week goes by without them contacting me, so I call again & then I hear the same story that Rob is looking into it. In total I spent 4 weeks calling & getting response that Rob is looking at resolving this problem. It has been 2 months & no one bothered contacting me to say anything. You'd think they could have courtesy to at least tell you that no exchange is going to happen instead of hanging on the idea that there is some light at the end of the tunnel. Do not buy, unreliable retailer, I do not recommend. There are many other mattress retailers who has better product & customer service.

Outrageous behavior DO NOT PURCHASE – False advertising!! soften it so we reluctantly agreed because he said he would take care of it if we were not happy. And we were not happy at all as it did not soften at all so the warranty inspector Nicole came out and said she won’t have any trouble changing it to the soft version as we had the medium and promised to come back to us in a few days... 6 months later I had to chase her profusely until she finally called back and said they wouldn’t exchange the mattress! Needless to say 12 months into this ordeal I am absolutely disgusted with their deceptive behavior deliberately stalling only to say no when the mattress is displayed as one texture and delivered completely different! Do not trust them they never told us about the comfort guarantee and even if you do have the guarantee there are so many loop holes in their favour they’ll screw you without hesitation. This is now in the hands of fair trading and I will keep you updated.

awaited for mine to arrive so I had something to put my clothes in. I just could not believe how much she was willing to help me and how much she genuinely cared. Honestly I could not recommend this company enough.. the furniture is beautiful the delivery men were lovely everyone I spoke with was helpful and friendly and Susanna deserves a promotion.. she really went above and beyond to make the entire process stress free and easy. Thanks for everything guys .. I will be back when I need anything in the future :)

We were happy with Jennifer helping us to select a bed. She was very helpful whilst not being pushy – The store was good to test the beds. There was plenty of beds to look at. It is really a case of the higher the price of the bed, the better the bed. We did not have to assemble furniture

$1200 bed fell apart in less than 18 Months – Purchased a bed for just under $1200 less than 18 months ago, however the Owner Jennifer was not prepared to even look at the issue. Jennifer was extremely aggressive on the phone, and also refused to send me the original invoice , she kept telling me that i should have it. Do not buy a bed from Bedshed.

Best of the Visited Stores – We used their store in Bundall. Selection of Sealy beds & frames was excellent and the sale very good. Delivery weas on time and very professional. All in all, a very satisfied customer.  Show details

Bedshed Bundall..excellent staff – It was a pleasure to shop at Bedshed Bundall. The customer service was fantastic..the people were so friendly and helpful, with a lovely family business atmosphere.
