Great knowledge and customer service
I ordered a mattress that didn’t quite work for me so I did the 60 night guarantee swap. After some phone calls, visits to the store and with the efforts of the employees (especially Stuart) I ended up with the perfect mattress. I would recommend their services to anyone. :)

The manager was extremely rude and showed racist attitude towards me. When my husband called him, he hang up the call without letting my husband to finish his sentence.

Fabulous service awaiting my Tempur mattress
Fabulous service at the Bedshed Aspley store lots of time & patience spent with a big decision on new style of mattress & am now awaiting our new adjustable Tempur mattress with great anticipation. What a mattress you just feel like you are floating & for someone with back & shoulder problems don't think you can go past these mattresses. Thanks again

Not happy with Bedshed Mornington
I brought my mattress with ndis funding l was treated like crap from manager saying that l couldn't even change a sheet color because it was ndis funded the mattress in store was completely different comfort to the one that l got the one l got was sinking on one side and l was told l had to take photos measure it fill out forms waste of time l was ripped out with my dodgy mattress it was like it was second had and it was rewrapped and delivered to the next sucker all the staff at Mornington Bedshed are pitiful people and aren't worth the time of day.

We bought a mattress and base a year ago for around $3000. It caved in in areas in a years time and was not covered by warranty. Went in to buy a new mattress. Was told of the 60 day return policy to try a mattress. Chose one around $3000 again but wasnt sure about it as cannot withstand hard mattresses due to a health issue and the high prices being paid, which customer service reps were aware of. Was assured that would be able to replace the mattress with one suitable if the one bought did not meet requirements. Tried the mattress, way harde...r then the one in the store, was not suitable. Returned to the store to take up the 60 day return policy. At this point, first time I am made aware there will be a $150 fee, wasnt told about. Tried every mattress in the store, nothing is soft enough. Was told the only option for replacement is something on the floor. With no other option, had to choose a cheaper mattress as it was the only one that might be soft enough. Lost $1000 in the difference of the mattresses. Made the manager aware of distress caused by lack of customer service informing us of the $150 fee so the manager waved the fee. However, when the mattress was delivered, its up to 5 cms too short. My partner and I are 6ft and presented to the store in person. The mattress in the store was big enough the one delivered is so short our feet hang off the end. We have been told this was the only swap we are allowed to make and no option of a refund. At this point the stress caused by lack of correct customer service has made this process unbearable. The next step they are taking and only offer of fixing the issues is to come check the springs in the bed for warranty, which has nothing to do with the length of the mattress. We want a refund we purchased a mattress for $3000 under false promises and information and are now left with no mattress to use. Disgusting customer service and complete lack of effort on their part to rectify it. Will never shop from bedshed again and would recommend others to stay away. Prices of these mattresses are way to high to be sold unduitable ones with no option of refund.

I bought multiple items from Bedshed Beckenham at the end of Dec. The store promised my purchase will be delivered in mid Jan because the dresser was out of stock. However, now it’s almost mid Feb, I’m still waiting! No follow up phone calls and emails regarding the delay. When I called to follow up, the store manager told me is actually the bed frame out of stock , not the dresser. But, the store manger didn’t apologise for all the inconvenience they caused and he wanted me to pay delivery fee twice if I wish to delivery the bed frame separate...ly. Otherwise, I will have to wait until everything are in stock. No estimated date of delivery and they didn’t try to solve the issue they caused at all! It was their fault and the store manager try to put it on me! Very ridiculous! I lodged a complain with their Head Office, but I’m still waiting for them to come back with a solution and it has been a day! ! Definitely won’t come back again!
Holes on Nikki bed head and end
Bought Nikki bed from bed shed and when putting it together noticed it had two extra holes on bed head and end. Was told no refund as all these beds come like this but nobody knows why.Maybe they need to ask there Malaysian Factory why ?

After inquiring and talking to a sales person, about a bedframe with supposedly integrated bedside tables,we were told for an advertised boxing day sale price, and so we paid for it. Just after 30 mins they called and said they maid a mistake and the side tables are not included and need to pay for an additional $450. As we already liked the set, we paid the $450.
We are now told that it will be delivered 2nd week or 3rd week of January. After calling several times, t...hey told us that its probably 1st week of February and they will call us. No call,so we followed up, now they still cannot give us an exact date when it will be delivered. The worst thing is we cannot cancel our order or else WE STILL NEED TO PAY THE 30% OF THE PRICE??!!! What is this a scam?
Outstanding Customer Service and After care Resolution
The friendly team and manager at Robina directed my post bought item concern to the QLD retail manager Liz, who was absolutely wonderful and personally took the time out of her busy schedule to address my concerns that I had with my purchase and found a resolution to my concern so quickly and promptly, than 6 months later I touched base regarding another question and both times Liz went up and above to ensure I was informed of my choices and what the company could rectify and resolve my concerns.
They have provided a great customer service exp...erience and couldn't be more happy with the resolutions I was provided through Liz. I thank the Robina team for being so kind and compassionate regarding my circumstances and who forwarded my initial concerns to the state manager who fixed everything in very little time. Buying a mattress is a long term personal investment and I suggest that if you do run into any issues or concerns post purchase please address them with the team prior to leaving negative reviews because I'm certain after my personal experience the team at Bedshed will try and help you the best they can, if you give them the opportunity to do so. Doing business with Bedshed has certainly brought a little faith back that big companies still care about their customers and want to see us be happy with our purchase from their stores.
I placed my order for a bedroom suite, in October last year. Each time I call for an update I am told something different, it's at the at the warehouse; it has just arrived; there has been delays; ect. Seriously, how many times has it arrived at the warehouse?
Great, old fashioned service
Started our mattress hunt local and so glad we did! We were welcomed into the store and left to browse without any pushy sales staff, which was great! Simon listened to what we wanted in a mattress but let us explore different options, one of which we are now, looking forward to sleeping on. Very quietly spoken but offering great advice and service. Could not recommend him highly enough!
During a return visit, mentioned my crook back/legs from sitting all day. Bought the tempur seat cushion. Best thing ever.

I am looking for a mattress for a double bed and need to be for someone with back proplems.How much will cost.
So about 8 months ago I put a bedroom package on layby and have paid $1500 so far but havnt been able to put anything on it for agess now, I want to cancel even if I lose some of the money as I cannot afford it anymore but when I went and seen the manager he told me I cant cancel because of how long its been on layby for?? Doesn't sound right to me.. is he wrong or right?
Can you please explain? I have measured and there is at least a 3-5 cm difference
