Bed frame and mattress purchase – I’m a bit shy with heavy sales people, but Michelle was professional, knowledgeable and a pleasure to deal with. A great experience - really happy with everything – Good range of products along with good patient service and advice leading to our choice of bed and mattress which we are really happy with. Good price, prompt on-time delivery and installation by a friendly competent team. An all round most satisfying experience.

Rare service – We knew what we were looking for, found it, and our new bed was delivered and assembled exactly as promised. Couldn't ask for better service and at really good value for money. Ask for Gary when you go there - he's awesome.

Non existent customer service! – Ordered bed from Helensvale Store on 26th Sept and was told to expect delivery in 5 to 7 business days. No contact after 8 business days so I called the store on Tuesday and spoke to a salesman who was unsympathetic, unhelpful and had zero customer service skills. she’d phone the area rep who would then contact me. That didn’t happen but Some time later the chap from the store rang and said delivery would be Friday.

Went into the store on Wednesday and explained I could only be available on Friday up to 9.30 am. “We can’t do that and there is no delivery on Monday next week”

No effort at all to appease a customer whose money had been readily taken with false promises on delivery.

Got my money back went next door to beds r us, got a good deal on another bed and got a firm delivery date.

Avoid bedshed.

I was offended – Went to bedsheds to buy beds for kids. I got told i will be getting the beds a few days later because of public holiday. When i call i week later they said it will take longer than a week. I was not happy and told the lady on the phone who happened to say. "But you paid with the Go card"(credit line). I was offended to think that if i dont paid cash i will get a different treatment. I will not be shopping there again.  Show details
