walking out dazed and confused did I approach your doorstep. You took me in and showed me the way to a beautiful gravity zero bed with an amazing adjustable base. Then to finish off with fresh new linens and pillows to complete the purchases. I highly recommend Bedshed to be everyone's first stop!

Delivery men went above and beyond – My daughter had her new king bed delivered this morning. They went to leave then came back and offered to assemble it for us and had it all done in about 5 minutes. We were so appreciative. Really great guys. Lovely, helpful staff – We bought a soft mattress from Jeanette who was lovely and not pushy at all. We went into another mattress store nearby and purely because of pushy staff it drove us away. Jeanette was so kind and made us feel comfortable instantly. Thank you Jeanette.

adjustable beds - very unhappy with product – Staff helpful and professional. Have had adjustable beds for about 2 months, biggest regret ever. Literally single beds pushed together, uncomfortable where join is, does not in any way help with snoring or reflux, difficult to make, expensive to buy sheets etc. definitely not all they are cracked up to be. in bed, if you do so, but the novelty wears off very quickly and this is a very expensive way to watch TV. To me they feel like a hospital bed. Unfortunately, I have massive buyers regret and wished I had of stuck to my original plan of buying a replica king size mattress of what we had, but instead am left feeling very unhappy and now stuck with beds I actually hate and cannot get my money back on.

Great after sales service from store – I had issues with a product purchased and rather than wait for the manufacturer to rectify under the warranty the store offered a product replacement and they will handle the manufacturer warranty claim. Satisfactory conclusion to our Sleepmaker mattress complaint – Having spoken further to The Bed Shed Morayfield about our Sleepmaker mattress not being the quality we expected, they have now agreed to give us a store credit for the cost of the mattress. We think is a good result. Now we can select a mattress that we hope will be more satisfactory.

Great customer service - watch out for T&C’s tho – We have had excellent service from Morayfield. Warning for ‘on sale’ with 60 days Exchange. Exchange is RRP and not sale price so you endup spending more in the end!

Awesome Customer Service – Thank you for the awesome customer service helping purchase a mattress. I thought Customer Service was Dead but not at this shop. Bought my mattress around 1ish & had it home delivered around 3ish. HOW GOOD IS THAT. Never again – Ordered and paid a large (to us) deposit ($1000) on a bedroom suite. We rang the very next business day to explain the suite wouldn't fit in our room. My error, ok....I measured our room at 3.20m wide. It was actually 3.02m wide. at all. In fact, the only thing that had been done, was the lady printed a receipt for our deposit on the day we first went in. So, imagine our disbelief when we get told that they're keeping 10% of the purchase price, not of the deposit if we cancel the "Not yet ordered in", order! I do understand they can do that by law, to cover any incurred loss or costs, but they had not yet incurred any costs nor incurred a loss! It was purely money grabbing. I would understand if they had moved the stock, arranged transport etc....But nothing had been done other than the printing out of an a4 sized receipt. There were no alternative suites in store that were suitable, so tough cheddar to us.....So much for building a solid reputation by looking after, maintaining or developing a good rapport with customers! After further "Discussions", brokered by the hugely embarrassed store attendant, the store owner decided to only keep $115.......Which proves the ability is there, to say " here is your full $1000 back as we had not yet incurred any costs etc, no harm done". But no......"I want some of your money for nothing, just because I can". Well.....Poor business decision on your part mrs. Store owner, as we now will not be purchasing our youngest granddaughter's bedroom furniture from your store, and we will not be buying the new spare double bed we need from your store. What an expensive $115.00 this has been for you! Like I said....Poor business decision from you, brainiac! I too, run a small business, albeit not in retail. But I can unequivocally tell you that working in with actual, or potential customers goes a long way to creating repeat business.....And unlike this review, it also generates good advertising by word of mouth!! Try to grasp that concept, ok?

Amazed with the staff! Exactly what I wanted and what I needed! – Everything was perfect. Big range of mattresses. Love the quality of the mattress I brought. Very easy to assemble and staff was super helpful. Thank you so much the bed shed!

Extremely poor delivery experience – I needed two double ensembles for a guest area, and visited in-store at Morayfield Bedshed before subsequently ordering by phone. Delivered on time, however the experience has left a nasty feeling as at first the delivery men were refusing to carry the second ensemble upstairs as they said it wouldn't fit (even though they had just carried the… Read more

I now have four pieces 'dumped' in the rooms as they said assembly (taking the plastic off, fitting castors, and placing the mattresses on top of the ensemble base) wasn't including in 'delivery'. There was no mention of assembly at an extra cost in store, and the sales docket sent via email makes no mention of this either. I have never come across large items of furniture being delivered and not being placed in a usable position, and I haven't worked out how to achieve this by myself. Never again - I have previously purchased from Forty Winks, and bitterly regret not doing so this time.

Outstanding knowledge – Needed a new mattress and with back, hip and now shoulder issues, many of the mattresses I tried (whilst out and about) hurt those areas.
