Replacement item – A dresser, purchased from Bedshed North Lakes almost 2 years ago, slowly developed an irregular, sizeable and unexpected darkening 'stain' on its bench top [refer attached photo]. supplier offered a replacement without additional cost. Some 6-8 weeks later the replacement dresser was delivered to my residence. I appreciated Gillian's objectivity with my claim, her professional approach to customer service and subsequent follow up with the supplier and myself. All conducted in a most appreciated manner.

introduced herself and was able to answer all my queries, believe me I had a lot of them, including how to have my old mattress and base removed. To my relief, I found out Bedshed can arrange that too. After trying the many brands of mattresses available, I know I purchased the right one for me, including a base and a sheet set. We had the bed delivered in April to our new home and it was surprisingly easy to put together.
10 months on and we could not be happier with our purchase.

Great service – I purchased a double ensemble from North Lakes BedShed store. After a couple of months a squeak developed. At this point I contacted BedShed and spoke to Gillian, she was very accommodating and told me is she would handle the matter in future. She arranged for the mattress pickup and supplied a very comfortable loan mattress. The matter was resolved and I could not be happier with the after sales service. Gillian and the young delivery man are a credit to your organisation. Ten out of ten from me.
