Shocking service – I went into Bedshed thinking I would get someone who is a professional in helping me get the right mattress. did say I have a 30 day to return if I don’t like it but if I choose a higher price mattress then I would have to pay the extra( of course) what they don’t tell you if you exchange for a less amount mattress the company will keep that money. I found this out after I had purchased the mattress as that’s when they give you the Terms and Conditions. When I went back in to change the mattress I was lucky to not have to deal with the original sales lady and Dan was able to help me. He did his homework and was able to find the right mattress for me. Unfortunately I had to pay an extra $1000 for the next mattress style or lose $500. There were no mattress that was around the same price. When I emailed the company their excuse is, it’s in their Terms and Conditions and I should of read it on the Website before purchasing. I have bought heaps of furniture mostly through Amart and Harvey Norman who have always given excellent service and treatment to their customers. I am so disappointed in myself for not going back to them and went to Bed Shed instead. Will never recommend or shop there again. Times are tough and for a big company to take customers money like that is absolutely ridiculous. Even a credit note but you wouldn’t even do that.

Terrible customer services at Bedshed Townsville – My shopping experience at the Townsville Bedshed- Unfortunately I was met with a very unfriendly staff who got visibly frustrated on asking the prices of furniture we intended to buy. Horrible customer service and not accommodating – Townsville bed shed has horrible customer service, I had made a call to see if a bed was in stock but it wasn't and I was waiting for a phone call to see when they would have one in, nobody returned my call I, I called again same thing nobody returned my calls so instead of spending lost of money with the bed shed they have now lost my business and my families.  Show details
