A helpful gentleman with glasses sold me a tallboy after a skinny crackhead looking guy was dismissive of me when I asked him for help, if not for the other gentleman I would have gone next door.

Horrible customer service – Purchased and paid for a pillow. They said they had 34 in stock. We paid and then they said they had none in the store and that we need to come back a week later. stock in the warehouse when you can’t supply a product to the customer when payment is made? When we asked for a refund, we’re told that staff cannot authorise refunds and only management has the authority. When we asked for management to authorise the refund, we were told that the manager wasn’t available. But we were assured that the refund would be finalised by the close of business. When that didn’t happened, I contacted head office myself only to be told that I needed to write an email. Despite writing an email, there’s been no contact from management. Furthermore the store manager behaved arrogantly and spoke rudely. Bed shed need to train their staff in customer service before setting them loose on customers. Keep away!!

knowing that I made the right decision without the pushy sales tactics. Sandy really is an asset to the company and deserves recognition for her efforts, if not a really big pay rise! Definitely recommend.

Great Service – I tried another shop first but the staff were snoozing in the corner and couldn't be bothered to help me. So I went over the Bedshed. Salesperson Sandy came over and politely asked what I was looking for. She provided excellent advice and helped me choose what I needed. Wonderful service.

Don't go there!! – Excellent customer support when selling their mattresses. Spent over 3k over a matress. Explained to them I needed it because I have back injury and I was told that matress was top of the range and best for back pains. sprotector with it. Called after 4 weeks as I wake up with headache backpack neck and wrist pains. They didn't even listen to my concerns and started arguing that we don't just take mattresses advising me to buy a foam or dooona to put on top. If I was to do this I was fine with my old matress. They are rude and thry lied.

Excellent customer service – Sandra was very attentive and very knowledgeable. She talked us through different options, brought up our previous sales records so we could find a very similar product. Fantastic product lines and wonderful service.

Horrible place – Horribleplace. Spent 2k on a mattress and it smells bad. The quality is bad the staff is horrible they won't help or do anything about it. All their talk about being the best and they listen. They really do not. Wouldn't even listen to anything.

pictures they said someone will be out to clean it. [Name Removed] was made to come back but he said that’s not my job and that he didn’t have to do it. The bed it self came with stains and is not leveled to the frame. I have contacted Bedshed numerous times and they have stopped replying after saying the issues has be forwarded to head office.

Very poor customer service – We have experienced very rude and unprofessional customer service at bedshed Highpoint. David is impossible to speak with and became very quick very rude and told us that we make our problems to his problems. When we asked to speak to head office about “our problem” he refused to provide us a phone number and told us to google it ourselves. This is just unacceptable. I would not buy there again.

Unexceptionable customer service – Extremely rude customer service. I bought the product with them and called up to check on return policy, the staff named [name removed] informed me he is with the customer and to hold on. He also told me that I might need to wait for a long hold, well first place why did you pick up and secondly I’m also a customer. Don’t suggest anyone to buy there! No such thing as customer service – I placed a queen bed, bedsides and tall boy on hold. 8 days later when I went to pay for the remainder of the bed, it was discounted further. I enquired about the price change and I was rudely and dismissively told no, ‘it’s not my shop, I can’t do anything’. leave). This is terrible customer service. They then proceeded to tell me that I could call customer services to see. I explain that I bought the bed from that store and his ‘staff’ but got nothing more than ‘it’s not my store’ and a terrible and dismissive attitude. This is not customer service, customer service would have been the store explaining the policy, calling head office to see if anything could be done.

I also explained to the staff in the store today that we were pushed to buy at the time as the sales person said the price would be going up as head office had raised prices. I enquired if there would be other sales and I was told no. This obviously isn’t the case.

Disgusting customer service.! – They never do bed set up and it was not mentioned the I bought the bed. Instore service ok but APPALLING after sales service – Bedshed is a good example of a company that will offer the oh-so-best of service to secure the sale, but then provide the most crap after sales service. the rudest call from a female worker at the store who tried to organise a delivery date. When I tried to explain that I had a medical appointment in morning that I had to attend and therefore needed an afternoon delivery, she was not interested and said that unless I negotiated with the warehouse, there was nothing she could. I was supposed to receive a call from the warehouse the day before. It was getting late into the afternoon and still no call. So I called the store and received the WORST and rudest attitude from a male staff member there.

About 30 minutes later I received a call from the warehouse person and he was also disgustingly rude to me. Lucky for me The delivery was scheduled for afternoon. Well the day of delivery came and I was waiting till well into the afternoon to receive a call to let me know the delivery was on its way. The only polite person was the delivery guy! Bedshed clearly has a very poisoned culture that unfortunately is directed towards the very customers that keep them in business! There is a good reason why there are no Bedshed officials replying to comments on here - they just don't give a damn. The sales guy at the time of sale said to me "see you in ten years!". Er, the chances of me setting foot inside that store again is exactly zero. I shopped at Snooze for the mattress prior to this one and I regret not doing so this time, but that is exactly where I will be going back to for my next mattress.
