attached highlighting faults. My daughter is now sleeping on a mattress on the ground as her old bed has been donated. It has been 4 days and still no response to my email. Very disappointing with lack of quality control of product and no post sales customer service.

going to happen on that day. I explained the importance of the delivery because we needed the beds as we were moving into a new house that day.
The team member was apologetic and said that she will see what she can do. Moments later she called informing me that she had managed to book a delivery after 6pm on same day.
The delivery van arrived at my property, and was wearing a Bedshed shirt/top. I greeted the driver, and he got out the van, frowned and crossed his arms, and replied, "you have a problem, you should have told Bedshed that you have a double storey." I said if Bedshed needed to know anything so important, I should have been asked.
The driver was arrogant with his speech and body language. He told me he wasn't going to take any of the goods in, and was just going to leave them at the garage door, because the pieces were too heavy for him to carry on his own, AND he wasn't even a delivery man. I was shocked and felt threatened by the delivery person. I told the delivery guy that whatever he was complaining wasn't my problem and that I had paid for the delivery and it was Bedshed who 'messed things up'.
The Driver replied, 'I'd don't think so!', insinuating that I was lying and it was my fault, and didn't pay for the delivery. The driver said that Bedshed weren't going to help me, even if I complained. He then said, I am Bedshed.
The driver's attitude was appalling and at this stage he did not even attempt to unload the truck. I was very upset and needed to find a solution. I had relatives visiting at this stage, so I went to ask them if they can help, which they did, and the Driver was complaining about the load from start to finish.
Next morning I called the store to make a formal complaint about this 'Bedshed' Delivery guy, and the assistant was very apologetic for my bad experience. She stopped me mid conversation and advised that the person who made the delivery was called Rob, and he was the husband of the Owner of Bedshed (Hoppers Crossing). The team member mentioned that this is not the first time they had received complaints about Rob, and that if I wanted to make an official complaint, to do it in writing to the store. To me it was abuse of power and position within the company, but it explained why the driver had said, 'Bedshed won't help you', and 'I am Bedshed'.
I sent my official letter of complaint to the store in Hoppers and also to Bedshed Head Office from the website. Its been a week from the incident and no-one even bothered to get in touch with me. Bad attitude and worse customer service ever.
I got an auto reply from the Bedshed Website, informing me that the complaint will be sent directly to the branch, basically, Bedshed are not interested in how people are representing them in their branches.
How management at Bedshed Hoppers crossing, think its ok to mis treat customers, just because they CAN is totally unacceptable and should be held accountable for disrespectful behaviour.
SHAME ON YOU BEDSHED HOPPERS CROSSING!
Not a great experience, waited over 3 months for my goods to arrive – Unfortunately given that I spent over $3600 in March and the wait time it took to have my goods to arrive (early July) which were urgently required I won't ever shop here again. Bed-refused to return and refund – Bought a bunk bed from bedshed but had second thoughts as it was too expensive compared to the same item in other stores. I requested to return it but they refused to return and refund. They said there's a condition on the other side of the invoice about not refunding which they did not mention by the time we buy. Poor communication, service and overall poor performance – Absolutely disappointed in the lies and false information received from BedShed Hoppers Crossing. (11/07/2020) we still haven’t received our furniture. Contacted the store yesterday 10/07/2020 and were told that our package has arrived in the Country, asked to book in deliver for next Friday and were told no issues until we received a call today (first time we have received one) to be told that we don’t deliver to your area on Friday’s and we will have to make it Saturday instead mind you this was the store manager and she was the one that confirmed the booking when we called yesterday. When I called back today all the manager wanted to do was try and blame the current covid situation and gave no resolution only excuses which I didn’t and shouldn’t have to hear. When I asked if we were still going to be charged for a delivery that will probably be late like everything else to do with Bedshed all I was told was “it’s noted at the bottom of your receipt and you’ll have to pay it as it’s not us that deliver”. Bedshed will never see us or our money again as this purchase has been nothing but a joke and Bedshed should be ashamed of this and should be holding their stores accountable. False and misleading information, this is also going to be sent to consumer affairs as well.

No after sale service – Bought Florance bed for $3600 with foot of the bed storage , the storage drawer never shuts , such a waste of money, It took 5 attempts for this store to deliver the right bed with all right parts. again (08/10/2017) they said all of them ready but one mirror is broken on the way transfer.
So I agree I will get received everything except one mirror .They said mirror will be ready
