Great service and great product. Super happy – I purchased a bed frame and mattress from Glen. He was super helpful, not pushy but helped us get what we were after in a mattress. He remembered out names when we went back into the store later on and they contacted me as soon as my frame arrived (which was earlier than we were expecting too). Excellent service – I bought a mattress on 23/9/21. Sadly I made a poor choice. My back did not like the mattress and woke up every morning with terrible back ache. frame out of stock , not the dresser. But, the store manger didn’t apologise for all the inconvenience they caused and he wanted me to pay delivery fee twice if I wish to delivery the bed frame separately. Otherwise, I will have to wait until everything are in stock. No estimated date of delivery and they didn’t try to solve the issue they caused at all! It was their fault and the store manager try to put it on me! Very ridiculous! I lodged a complain with their Head Office, but I’m still waiting for them to come back with a solution and it has been a day! ! Definitely won’t come back again!

excellent customer service – A very pleasant experience as we hadn't purchased a mattress in years, Nadine the salesperson, who assisted my wife and me, was very knowledgeable and a very patient person, as we had no idea what to buy. The manager Glen, helped negotiate a great price and we had the mattress delivered that afternoon! great service. Will return for bedroom furniture, excellent service.

be in on any day I was happy with that initially how ever any day turned into 3 weeks without any calls for updates I had to ring in about 3 x to get a update through those 3 weeks.

We reached delivery day at 3 weeks was very happy! How ever the delivery truck broke down it was suppose to be delivered at the time of 8am - 11am it was 1pm I rang it and they only notified me once I rang the Beckenham office they said wait until 3pm waited expecting delivery (by this time I had been waiting at home for it before going out anywhere) nothing arrived I rang back it was being loaded on to the truck HOW EVER they had damaged the tall boy - notified its going to be a week later delivery.

All good rang back 2 weeks later said I am waiting for a tall boy asking for when it’s ready response “I am a causal I don’t know what you’re talking about my manager is in the warehouse I’ll get him to call you.” No call back.

Rang again the next day phones were engaged no answers at all. Rang again the next day all good go through and now the store manager had said 8 WEEKS until the tall boy would be here. We said you said 1 week he accused us of lying (not sure why we would lie in this case) and then he said 8 WEEKS on the phone. He also tried to indicate that he made all the calls to us in the “communication process.” We hadn’t got any calls from bedshed only the one when the delivery was ready to be set up which had been a follow up from my call that morning.

$3000 down 7 weeks later bed and side tables but no tall boy which is just sad really especially how much has been paid.

this shop is lacking I wouldn’t shop here again and I wouldn’t recommend anyone.

Be Aware of the 60 day exchange you need to buy mattress protector from them on the same invoice of the bed – They offered to alter the mattress for a whopping $1000 Not happy with the unprofessional service as you need to tell everyone of this policy if you care about customers

It started 5 star but end up in 1 to no star – Got a new bed and even got a new bedframe from them. When I received the goods, I was happy with everything until I found damage on the bedframe. Finally got in touch with the manager and he said no issue to respond to and just brushed me off.

Basically don't rely on them for any good after service because you are not going to get any.

Overpriced! – Never buy a bed from Bedshed Beckenham ever again! Just an advice to you guys, please check other stores before you purchase from them, as they will not refund you the difference if you find somewhere cheaper after paid the money (bed has not yet delivered). Promised everything didnt deliver – Went to the store. Purchased a chest of drawers. Promised delivery next day. Called at 4.45 before store closed to confirm delivery. Told yes on the truck. pay for delivery when you don't even have the decency to call and let us know that even though confirmed we cant make it. Very very poor service.

A horror story – Bedshed beckenham. What a shambles. Delivered our new bed which took me 6 hours to assemble due to the poor instructions only to find out the measurements they gave us were incorrect. with them. Took 4 phone calls including to their head office to get anything done and they finally and reluctantly agreed. New bed was delivered, assembly time was less but one of the brackets was faulty so my wife and i had to sleep on the floor !!! Had to threaten them even more to get back out and get it fixed which they did after taking the rail away and returning with a new one which they then argued about re-assembling. Disgusting customer service, appalling empathy after they supplied the wrong measurements to us in writing, pathetic follow up with insulting offers to resolve the matter along the way. They even refused to refund our money despite several breaches of the trade practices act. Do not ever go to bedshed in beckenham or anywhere else for that matter. The delivery guys tried hard First bed was the wrong size and the second bed could not be assembled
