I was looking for a new bed for my mother. Kristel at Bedshed Mandurah was excellent. She clearly explained the options and showed us the broken down price etc. she even managed to get us delivery the next day. All the staff were helpful and friendly. Show details ·  1

An adjustable bed for my elderly neighbour – I accompanied my nieghbour to several bed shops in Mandurah to purchase an adjustable queen size bed. The best priced bed and the best service we found was at Bedshed Mandurah, where we were helped by Simone. neighbour commented that she loved not being talked down to. After delivery and set up which was on time, pleasant and efficient, neighbour realised she was having difficulty getting in and out of bed - it needed to be lower. After she phoned the store Steve from Bedshed came out and took the bed legs down to the minimum size - no charge and now the bed is perfect for her. Exceptional service. Thank you.

Worst customer service ever recieved – We bought a mattress and base a year ago for around $3000. It caved in in areas in a years time and was not covered by warranty. Went in to buy a new mattress. Was told of the 60 day return policy to try a mattress. Chose one around $3000 again but wasnt sure about it as cannot withstand hard mattresses due to a health issue and the high prices… Read more

being paid, which customer service reps were aware of. Was assured that would be able to replace the mattress with one suitable if the one bought did not meet requirements. Tried the mattress, way harder then the one in the store, was not suitable. Returned to the store to take up the 60 day return policy. At this point, first time I am made aware there will be a $150 fee, wasnt told about. Tried every mattress in the store, nothing is soft enough. Was told the only option for replacement is something on the floor. With no other option, had to choose a cheaper mattress as it was the only one that might be soft enough. Lost $1000 in the difference of the mattresses. Made the manager aware of distress caused by lack of customer service informing us of the $150 fee so the manager waved the fee. However, when the mattress was delivered, its up to 5 cms too short. My partner and I are 6ft and presented to the store in person. The mattress in the store was big enough the one delivered is so short our feet hang off the end. We have been told this was the only swap we are allowed to make and no option of a refund. At this point the stress caused by lack of correct customer service has made this process unbearable. The next step they are taking and only offer of fixing the issues is to come check the springs in the bed for warranty, which has nothing to do with the length of the mattress. We want a refund we purchased a mattress for $3000 under false promises and information and are now left with no mattress to use. Disgusting customer service and complete lack of effort on their part to rectify it. Will never shop from bedshed again and would recommend others to stay away. Prices of these mattresses are way to high to be sold unduitable ones with no option of refund.

Fantastic can't wait to go there again – Went to look for a new mattress and the service was the best I've ever had. They were so interested in what we wanted and explained the benefits of each mattress we tried. We were there for over an hour and ended up with the best one we've ever had. The delivery guys were lovely and put it on our frame. I would highly recommend this store.  Show details
