Pauline and Stuart went above and beyond! – My husband and I purchased four beds and headboards from Bedshed about a year ago, for a property that was still being built. look". I didn't even put my 7-mth old baby in her pram as I assumed I wouldn't even be approached or ruled out as a "just-looking" customer.

Instead I received Saleswoman Kate's undivided attention, expert knowledge and exceptional service for over an hour! (Before she even knew I was buying anything.) She was non-pushy and showcased to me all the different bed products with patience and without assuming I had no money to spend.

Locally made products with excellent service – The service was excellent. The staff had personalised useful advice and were lovely. The delivery happened exactly when I was told it would. Poor delivery service, damage to my wall and delivery people dishonest – The delivery men arrived after 5pm with several flat packs and immediately informed me that they won't be taking box 3 upstairs as it's too heavy, even though we paid for upstairs delivery. in the kitchen and I heard a bang. My husband was still upstairs. After a while I thought they're taking a while and they had left leaving my front door wide open. Worst of all they damaged the stair well wall, we just had the house painted. I called Melville Bedshed to complain, the sales person told me "that's not on" and when I was called back I was told I can get methylated spirits and wipe the mark off I told her no it's dented. The delivery men denied they did the damage I did lose my temper and she hung up and I called back the owner of the store who said the sales person had gone home so I spoke with the owner. He told me one of the men has worked for him for many years and said my husband carried a box up so he must have done the damage, apparently he also said the delivery person stated my husband and I were screaming at each other in the house. What actually happened is I said to my husband that they refused to take the heavier box upstairs my husband was not happy and I said don't get upset and calm down, this was said outside in front of the delivery men. I stated to the owner I would give him a bad review if he didn't agree to repair the damage. The owner said we were told you need to put the bed together yourself that we signed a contract, and we were told we can pay to have it installed and that his wife was witness. She was not witness at any time except to negotiate the best price momentarily and she went off to serve other shoppers. There is no way we would purchase flat packs as my husband is suffering with double vision and receiving treatment for 3 months. The owner said to me I have cancer and I make no money on your purchase and I have to pay so much money to the delivery guys and I said I'm sorry to hear that, i will give you time to repair my wall. The owner said I will come over at 8pm. After more lies and character assassination I said you know what don't come over i dont want you in my home. I hung up as they were making all these accusations about us and trying to shirk all responsibility.

Best Bed Shop in the West – The shop lay out is very well done easy to look at products and test beds.The service is 100 percent helpful which makes shopping there easy. I love this Bed Shed in Mellivile and would go back and buy more. Show details

The worse experience ever! – The worse experience ever. They sold us a product which unsuitable and unfit our purpose as we required. The mattress is wrapped and untouched since it delivered.
