Just bought a bed, base and quilt and are thrilled with the qualitt and price. The service by Nadine was fantastic she is very knowledgeable, spent lots of time matching our needs to the right bed before encouraging us to spent plenty of time lying on it. Great service – Today I purchased two pieces from the Lilydale range. Adele was very helpful in locating the items we wanted and at a great price. The team at Midland, Adele, Bec and I think Mark, were all very polite and helpful. Thank you so much!

Example is perfect – I bought a single mattress from Bedshed a couple of weeks ago, the sales rep was Dai, he went through the usual stuff about how good the mattress is and I thought "yeah yeah heard it all before" but everything he said was true, I haven't had a better, more comfortable sleep in over 40 years. Perfect service – My husband and I went into the Bedshed store in Midland. We were met by a man named Dennis. He was helpful and showed us the types of beds we were after, instead of trying to talk us into something more expensive or something we were not looking for. come across. we had been to 5 other bed stores that day and by far were happy to come back and do a deal with Dennis. you should be very pleased to have someone like that working for you.

Comfort guarantee is not what you think it is – Needed a new mattress, but got introduced to the idea of the adjustable bases so that we can choose our position to sleep in. This meant separate mattresses put together. - Worst decision ever!!! sleep or any “cuddling”!! Bedshed said this does not come under the comfort guarantee which we were given in store. Their only suggestion is that we put the mattresses on the floor & “walk on them”?? Over $5000 down the drain!! Don’t get sucked into the zero gravity crap they tell you - it’s not worth ruining your marriage over it!
