Two mattresses and both very poor - waste of money sadly – Both mattresses grew a firm hump in the middle of the bed after just a few months use and we are not heavy people

Fantastic customer service – I was looking for a new queen bedroom suite and happened to walk into Bedshed at Osborne Park where I dealt with Linda. What a delightful lady. She was so helpful, had a great attitude and gave me the best price possible when I bought my bedroom suite and mattress there. I would have no hesitation in recommending you deal with Linda when you’re looking to buy your dream bedroom suite or mattress.
Defective Bed with a hole – Defective Bed Frame with a hole was to be supplied. Was lucky to see the unpacked item before delivery. On seeing the defective piece requested for the refund. Received the refund however not the delivery charge which was only for mattress. Had Visited the store for over 5 times to select the bed. Ended just with the mattress. the store, and was delivered to our apartment’s bedroom by two people sent by the store; I am happy with the quality of product and customer service and would definitely recommend buying from them.
Bewildered Bed Shed – Picture this; you pay $5000 for a bed suite. You pay for delivery. You take time off work for that delivery. Its getting late and you call to find out that your delivery of 5k worth of goods is sitting out the back of yours neighbours house down the road. 30 mins pass and the delivery crew are back.. this time instead of loading your hard earned goods into the van the boys decide to wheel it down the street. 10 houses nonetheless and in the process they manage to damage your neighbours tree. After your goods are finally delivered the bedshed boys make you leave your house to walk down to your neighbours and check they have got everything. lucky our neighbours are nice people.
Okay its a mare of a delivery run, I can cope with that. I'll call the management and see what they can do...
I Call the manager and she gives me nothing but attitude, She lies about calling the head office... As if the management at Joyce corporation care about you gifting us a $80 dollar delivery refund... she than tells me she has gone above and beyond... ok lady... Anyways it got all too hard and I was left standing as an unreasonable customer and there are plenty of customers so who cares.

he asked me to have a quick look and he left, later on I went to do the bed and noticed that one of the parts that had not been changed they had actually damaged, I called the store and spoke to the warehouse manager who basically was not bothered and has just ignored the problem, don’t but from Osborne Park go to a better bed store who care about their customers.
Very poor quality – I purchased the Jessica Queen bedroom suite with dresser, bedsides and mirror. Every piece is chipped. After spending 5 hours unpacking (a room full of packing to get rid of now) and assembling I was hesitant to start again. Phoned Store who did agree to replace all pieces but meant I need a day off work for delivery and then need to reassemble… Read more
and get rid of packing again. I have a bad back and struggled on my own with the first delivery. Have decided to keep the suite but will need to touch up with paint.
