I ordered some vitamins from this company. I was sent a tracking number but Australia Post never received the package. I wish I’d read the reviews before placing my order as I now realise I’ve been scammed. Do not order from this online shop! Show details

I followed up again on the 30th of December, and on the 31st of December, I received a response saying that their team would check the parcel for me. Then, on the 16th of January, I received an SMS informing me that my parcel would be delivered that day—almost two months after I placed the order.

When the parcel finally arrived, it was missing my Vitamin D3 tablets. I immediately sent another email requesting a refund for the missing items, but as of now, I have received no response from Bee Vitamins. This experience has been extremely frustrating and unprofessional. I would not recommend this company to others.

Horrible – SCAM, I ordered my probiotics for my daughter on the 24th of December, I got an email saying it was sent, I did not receive my order. Very poor service – Ordered product of which I received an email saying it was on its way. Never arrived. Emailed the company who advised they would check and get back to me. Never did. Emailed again and received an email the next advising a refund had been processed. No communication from them as to why? Will never order from them again.

Terrible shopping environment and customer service – Shop is very messy, and products are left everywhere even on the floor. Customer service is extremely terrible. We wanted to check the lanolin cream before the purchase but there is not sample available. We were told that we had to buy it before we can check it. never ever come back again

Wrong product sent. Not even available – Ordered some creamed honey based on the photo on on the order page. They sent normal honey. forth discussion, they eventually offered to send a return label and refund. However, we do not trust them. We are just as a likely to return the product and get no refund, so would be out of pocket and have no honey at all.

Bad customer service and response – Told this online business that missing a free item in the package. Ask me to provide video when opening the package. Sounds I am a liar. I don't like this customer services and respons.

I asked them to provide the evidence of sending me the 7 bottles, they said for security they could not release the footage.

Irresponsible Company and Terrible Customer Service – I placed an order worth more than $300 and so far, it has been delayed for almost a month (domestic shipping). They made no effort to resolve the issue when my parcel was delayed and lost. No matter how many calls, emails, or texts I sent them, I only received one useless email saying that they will check on it. But no action has been done so far. I definitely will report to Customer Affair and try to get my money back.

Dodgy sellers – Bee Vitamins transferred my address incorrectly from the checkout form to the shipping label and so Aust Post returned the parcel to them. Will not use this company again! – After 3 weeks of waiting I tried ringing approx 20 times no answer, I wrote 3 emails, no answer, then courier emailed had picked up order, when arrived it was missing 3 products & no invoice re why, once again emailed & rang no response, finally logged problem with paypal who returned my money same day, thank goodness for PayPal.

saw all the other 1 star reviews from others they had been screwed over by Bee Vitamins. I then txt them again and advised that I would be taking legal action if my order was not sent immediately, only after this did I receive a reply to my txt advising they would be sending the order asap, a few days later I got my order. Absolute poor excuse for a business, will never use them again.

If you are local, just go to store at least you can the item. 2 months waiting for my item, finally they decide to refund, it is better if you keep the money in your bank than to wire the money to this seller. to be fair I was expecting much worse from previous reviews. At least I did receive the bulk of my order and it all is genuine, not as one reviewer claimed. I communicated with them via email and they did reply briefly each time. I will not be ordering with them again.

Australia Post also got back to me stating they never received the parcel from the sender so they can't tell me where the parcel is. It made me wonder how dishonest and disorganised Bee Vitamins is (letting me believe they have shipped the parcel while in fact it never happened). Unable to fulfill delivery times – Please beware that what their website says about shipping times is not true. 2-3 business days in reality is 19 business days. They say what they can do is re-sending it only, but I have to pay shipping fee AGAIN, and this shipping fee is somehow 2.5 times more expensive than the one I already paid in the beginning. It ended up I gave up the items and wasted money.

Bee Vitamins were asked by delivery company, Sendle, to reschedule another pickup, but they did not respond.  I then had a few emails back and forth with Bee Vitamins, they never answer phone. At this time I also read the many bad reviews. I regret not looking deeper at reviews before ordering. Google Review Summary showed 4 stars, but this will be derived from customers who buy at the shop, not online. Their email responses in my opinion were not satisfactory. I initiated a Paypal dispute. I also engaged in a few correspondences with the delivery company Sendle. Eventually a pickup of parcel was successful and that is how I finally received my order which was fortunately correct, but Bee Vitamins took far too long. Sendle delivery was good once they got my parcel off Bee Vitamins. Upon reading the bad reviews, it looks like there is a pattern from Bee Vitamins creating tracking numbers with Aus Post too and not handing over parcel. I found it a stressful experience and thought they would not have handed my parcel over for delivery if I had not chased it up so much. i assume they might fulfil orders in Sydney and surrounding areas better, or otherwise dissatisfied customers might drive to their premises to dispute in person.

Fast amazing service – Ordered Tasmanian honey for my Mother. Got a discount as i ordered more then 3. Great value for the price i paid. Fast service, great tracking of my package. And staff responded quickly to my enquiry.
