Cooking wise works good and good for about 4 people .Assembly was ok ,would have liked 2 fixed wheels and 2 castors. Weight with 9kg gas bottle made it difficult to move around so made a adaptor handle and fitted 4kg bottle

Purchased in at Harvey Norman.

My Bigg Bugg barbecue – I purchased a beefeater Big Bugg from Domayne in warrawong on boxing day. After a huge hassle with harvy norman I looked at a lot of other barbecues and Domayne was the best price plus a gift card. Great service from Domayne and even got free delivery ( another story) . My son came and put the trolley together and we found it was missing the right hand side rail for the drip tray. I emailed Beefeater and after a couple of emails back and forward to make sure it was the right part ,they are sending it out today... Super quick, and very easy to deal with them. I'm looking forward to many a ummie barbecue. Would definitely use them again and the Bugg is so nice looking.

Terrible heat distribution – The burner is a single oval shape following the grill plate shape. Basically, I can only cook in the centre of the grill, everything towards the edge stays raw. Basically, it was meant to be a "Bigg" bbq, but can only (unevenly) grill 2 medium sized steaks at a time for the half side that comes with the grill plate. The other side is a flat plate that is useless to me (I will have to order another grill plate but I should realistically get rid of this and buy something that can cook evenly).

Amazing BBQ!! – Amazing BBQ! We were tossing up between this one, the Weber and the Ziggy. Weber was off the list as most models don’t have the temperature gauge. Ziggy was out of stock for ages so we found this one and so glad we did! Great value, cooks everything great and SO much room. Super high lid. Honestly can’t fault it. I’m not normally a BBQ person but I am now. It’s so easy to use, highly recommend.

Purchased in at Appliances Online for $799.

Absolute rubbish – This BBQs’ design is absurd Locking shaft to remove grease tray? Then.... Top section falls off.... All the plastic crap breaks off... No mention of this in manual Grease over everything Have any of the design gurus actually bbq’d anything??? Overpriced rubbish . Looks good though, if you don’t wanna actually use it . Buy a WEBER

Purchased in at Harvey Norman for $600.
