cleaned. The filter is quite difficult to clean. The seal is worn and I've had to replace all my laundry cabinets because of the machine defects. My parents have a washing machine from 30 years ago that they still use (with a few minor repairs). Why are washing machines not made out of a non-rusting metal like they were in the past? It is a simply thing that you would expect. But for the price, you could buy 2 machines over 10 years rather than 1 non-rusting machine over 10 years. All these issue will be the same regardless of which beko appliance you buy.
DO NOT BUY FROM BEKO!!! – Absolute rubbish. They don’t honour their own warranty. Do not trust their 10 year motor warranty, it’s a hoax. Machine will break 2 years in. Don’t go there! Show details

plastic socket are just holes on the outer hard plastic cover that is badly designed to support the heavy weight of the glass door. The plastic cover becomes bristle after a few years, cracked and shattered to pieces due to washing vibration.
It's not possible to replace the outer plastic cover without damaging the silver plastic ring cap, hence the whole door assembly need to be replaced for this model, for the total cost for part and labour of about $320. That is about 60% of the replacement cost. It's so ridiculous, so I contacted Beko extended warranty seeking for covering of the replacement door, and we pay for the labour cost, but they said No.
We bought Beko for 5 years extended warranty but no good in our case. I won't recommend this Beko washer to anyone. You better off paying a few hundred dollars more to get a better brand that could last much longer than 2 years.

service is unacceptable. Already filed complaint with Fair Trading. Fair Trading also very unimpressed with the repair person that beko uses. Beko repair person is very dodgy. No receipt given but very happy to take cash payment and promise to send receipt. LIAR! After so called replacement of brand new curcuit board to fix machine, the machine from then on has been getting noiser and now shakes so violently on the spin cycle, that it moves away from power socket and piston bangs the laundry sink. Very bad after sales service from a dodgy operator. Don't know if Beko still uses him. From my experience so far. Would not recommend Beko. Will never buy Beko brand again.

and the machine itself is relatively quite. It also seems to be quite gentle with my clothing and sufficiently rinses out my clothes.
Cons:
The door is made of plastic and as a result, opening and closing it sometimes feels like you're going to snap off the handle. It also has a rubber seal that retains water after each wash. I personally wipe the water away to ensure that it doesn't grow mouldy. I'm not sure if this is something that any other brand has fixed because I know Miele has the same issue.
Overall:
This is a great machine for the price. It was a lot cheaper than the other units out there, and it does the job. It's not the most well known brand, but I'd recommend it to my friends.

easier to get laundry in and out of the machine. It has an easy to use rotary dial program selection feature with illuminated functions. The control panel includes the customary things like spin speed, water temperature, extra rinse, fast wash, among others.
One of the stand out features - and the main reason for me buying this model - is the Daily/Quick and Eco programs will accept a full capacity 7kg washing load. Almost every other machine available (at the time of my purchase) will accept a full capacity load when using the 'Cotton' program ONLY. These programs can often take up to 3 hours to complete! For the vast majority of people the long running 'Cotton' type programs are a total waste of time, power, and environmental resources. Most people use "Quick" washing programs and fill the machine beyond the design capacity. Doing this will technically void your warranty. I recommend any reader considering a front load washer purchase check if the machine they intend buying will accept a full capacity load using a 'Quick Wash' type program. Consult the machine's user manual online before deciding.
This is a great machine, well built quality, at a great price. It operates quietly, cleans the clothes very well, looks good in the laundry, has a pet hair removal feature, a cold water only inlet (saves power), heaps of features, is easy to operate, 4 star water and power rating, and has a good warranty. Feature rich with programs to suit families, singles, or couples. Highly recommended!

Garbage....beko washing machines are TERRIBLE – I initially bought the previous model to this and it crapped out after 3 months.... 5 visits from beko and couldn't fix it... complained that i had no washer for 4 weeks and eventually gave me this machine ( newer model). enough , it gets used 3 times per week! Don't be fooled by the warranty ...will cover parts mostly but have to pay for tech to inspect , and then repair costs so didn't even bother. It doesn't wash the cloths all that well , its loud and the quality is very questionable. There are better machines for similar money,stick to LG or samsung direct drive....parents have had both and lasted 7 years + for both no issues and still going strong.

power. He put a one of my rubber mat and said machine shouldn't shatter or leak any more. He said he will bring some rubber legs. He never turned up. The washing machine still shattering, and even when it is not shatters still leaks. My floorboard are going to get ruined because of this. I was so sick and tired contacting them so I gave up. Now im at the point I want to buy a different brand. I honestly, I wouldn't recommend this brand to anyone. Please contact them and ask them to contact me. Then try to start the next cycle: press the go button maybe four times. It takes a second to start so make sure you haven't pressed the go button twice and it's actually on pause. You need to wait for the sound of water running to be sure.

Distributes the washing powder and detergents well and clothes come out smelling great.
Spin cycle is quiet which is great.

I think this product does a good job washing because when I emptied out the bottom for drainage and cleaning, there was no soap residue buildup. That in itself is worth quite a bit.

finding is i put softener in its reservoir at the start same as powder as directed by instructions yet the softener slowly exits out over the first wash cycle it does not have a mechanical seal of some kind to auto release and it needs it or you got to oray you don't miss the rinse cycle to add it i think that's why there so many bad reviews on 'cloths have no smell unless use softener excessively' as it dam enters in the first wash with ya dirt n stuff..?..
Good machine for the price – Bought about two years ago from recommendation. Would say it's a good machine for the price you pay. Great short cycle's for short washes however some do range over an hour. The only downfall is the clothes do not smell like they have been washed until you use expensive fabric softener. Show details

Great product! – Very effective washing machine. It cleans well, is quiet and the clothes come out neat! The 40 minute cycle is a good feature that gives a clean which is neither too quick nor too long. Can adjust the water temperature, the rpm, etc... Child lock available.
