single small hole in a cold plastic water pipe. That's it. One hole. $5,000. I couldn't believe what I was hearing.

I refused the job. He then charged me $128 just for turning up nothing was fixed, nothing was done.

I immediately called a local plumber. He came out, assessed the job, and completed the repair for $200. He also gave me a LIFETIME WARRANTY on the work.

Same job. $200 vs $5,000. That tells you everything you need to know about this company.

They prey on people who are stressed, don't know trade prices, and need urgent help. Please do not fall for it. Always get a second quote before agreeing to anything. I wish I had read reviews before booking hopefully this saves someone else from the same experience.

Believe these reviews!! This business is a scam and a complete wrought.. Do not trust them they will scam you and they don’t finish the work. I’m reporting them to the ACCC and arranging a fraudulent chargeback from my bank.

Called Ben's plumbing when our toilets became blocked. Emergency situation. Came out quickly but charged exorbitant prices over $2000 for an hour's work. Will never use again.

Outrageous pricing. Was quoted over $1,900 to replace a toilet seat (not the toilet!) and a push plug in the vanity Tradies who attended were polite

We were scammed $1500 for replacing our shower taps and the worst part is the shower taps stopped working within 24h and they don’t pick up your call. They are 100% scammers because they wouldn’t even disclose their name - I don’t even know who did our job. They trade under so many different names Pluming Point, Any Time Emergency, Quest. I don’t know how can they get away with this.

What a scam was here for less than 5 mins to replace a rubber part $750

NOT recommended, Extremely expensive. $1100 + $180 to change 2 kitchen taps. the taps were not made of gold, by the way!

Do not waste your time with these guys! Tried to charge me $1600 for a $350 job ( for which a normal plumber charged). Spun some lies about it be a live connection- absolute nonsense.

Absolute rip off. Call out fee $149, attended after the quoted hour, quoted $1149 to replace a tap. Do not recommend

100$ call out fee which was okay due to it being Sunday but the quote was just ridiculous for one leak to be paying 2520$. Now that i have read other reviews i can tell why. It seems to be their scamming business model.

Total scam - DO NOT USE.....charged me $700 to check the hot water service after it had not come back on after power outage at the home I am house sitting. I told him about the power outage and he could have suggested checking the master panel beforehand.

This business is a scam. Called out and quoted $1190 fixed rate to fix a toilet inlet valve and advisef can be fixed same day, agreed as it was urgent. After a few minutes came back and said it needs and part. Chased up for a week to be advised will cost an extra $250 now. Was charged $550 on the day for call out and change of tap which wasn't requested.

Called to book. Ended up cancelling because the previous plumber we'd called called back and is on the way. The guy on the phone said OK and hung up. Definitely a scam, charged us $1000 to just look down a wrong pipe and couldn’t find the problem, when I phoned to explain what the new plumber said and ask for the money back he said I can send an email yet didn’t want to give me his email. I’ve reported him to scamwatchers, crime stoppers, the plumbing council you name it so hopefully he will be shut down.

This business is a SCAM. They make you pay before they even get out of their truck. Their invoice does NOT provide a License registration number. They block your number after one call. The website clearly states that there is no callout fee however when I called today to request callout I was advised that there is $$449 callout fee. When advised that doesn't match the advertised claim and it's too high in general so I may need to look elsewhere, the business became abusive and started to curse. The business is not only misleading in their claims but also has no sense of respect. This business should be avoided at all cost.

Scammers, avoid at all costs. Only, way to stop him by getting his plumbing licensed taken off.

Absolutely the bottom ladder of society ripping people off.

This guy has no customer service. RUDE RUDE RUDE. There are so many plumber's better than this guy.

We had a pipe leak at 12am and called these guys. They took over an hour to arrive. Quote was way over priced. at it. took photos and said yes I can fix this tonight $1800 + GST, on top of call out fee. Another call and we have another plumber come out and fix the issue for $500.
