Davey sand filter multiport valve – After purchasing above valve it started to leak. e-mailed store who immediately replied and said they would contact Davey. To my surprise she said to email her and she would think about it but they don't give refunds and if she gives me a credit there would be a 25% restocking fee $112.50 to lift it up and put it on the 2nd shelf from the floor. Well thankyou [name removed] I've spent a lot of money at your store and also brought products from you when you used to sell products from your back shed from your house advertising in the Quokka. I've put 3 friends onto this shop as well who have purchased items. I won't be spending one more cent or recommend anyone to this shop not that they would care. Everybody make sure you read their refund policy carefully before you purchase from these people I wish I had.

Low noise pool pump – Popped into the store for some personal advice on pumps in general. But wanted a quite pump and cost effective if possible. We assume it was [name removed] installer who sent us an email to tell us it was all our fault because we didn't tell him where we wanted it - we have no idea if the email was from her installer as he still hasn't introduced himself.

We are now paying to have the filter moved and re-installed by a consultative well-mannered installer.

Our advice is don't expect after sales service and don't prepay installation.

Cheap for a reason..never again – I purchased a Zodiac heat pump worth almost $3000. I ordered it mid Nov and turned up 7 weeks later. told they had found one in another State. I was given the details of the supplier as this mob was closing for Xmas. 3 phone calls later and still no pump. After a stern email I was then given another date (mid Jan). Oh and did I mention that my credit card was charged 2 days after I ordered it. I then received another email saying it was in Perth. I took delivery 2 days ago . Whilst I appreciate Xmas is busy, this company clearly lacks buying power with its suppliers and I doubt has the correct Supply Chain processes in place to deliver efficiently. I also take offence to having paid for something that I didn't have for 7 weeks.

I have easily wasted more valuable time than the $200 difference in price against others. I won't be using them again. The product itself is now in and working well. Heat Pump works well Very poor customer service.

Waiting for a resolution – I recently purchased over $2000 worth of equipment and was charged an installation charge. I asked to speak to the installer several times but he was always to busy and I was always having to speak through a middle man. With update once a resolution has been offered and the job complete. Quick and easy – Over the years I have purchased a number of items. On each occasion it has been a "no hassle" process. The last purchase was a automatic pool cleaner system that I needed that day. It was simple, pay for a courier or pick it up after work. [Personal Name Removed] went out of her way to make it happen that day. Good stock. No hassle, next day delivery. Competitive pricing.

I accepted the offer for the cleaner most suiting my requirements and expressed hope that they could arrange delivery before she closed for Christmas. And Lo, it arrived by parcel post the very next morning and is now chugging around in the pool, three days in advance of what I thought was possible.The prices offered were hundreds of dollars cheaper than local retailers and came with two year warranty, thus beating ebay!
