Considering how they treat their customers after sales I wouldn't give them another two cents of business. They are very smart at blaming people who have been doing their jobs for over twenty years instead of taking responsibility.
After reading my mates review on face book I decided to have a look at more customer feed back and wow! Who in their right mind would purchase from this company? They should rename their business to Worst Sheds.

it also created issues with neighbours and complaints, as the materials were obstructing the verge area. This situation could have easily been avoided with proper delivery handling. To make matters worse, I have now been told by dispatch that “everything on their system has been delivered.” However, leaving materials unattended on the roadside raises serious concerns about possible missing items or theft, which I now have to check and deal with myself. This has been extremely inconvenient and stressful. The delivery still has not been properly resolved, and the responsibility seems to have been pushed back to the customer. For a company supplying large shed kits, I expected a much more professional and responsible delivery process.

Very pushy to get sales demand large deposit then make. You wait months for your shed delivery. Will organise permit at a large cost. If you do use a builder off their contact list expect to pay a premium with sub par workmanship especially the concreters. Please be aware that if you have any issues with your shed that they will take no responsibility. response we have from best sheds is use what we have supplied , and we will have our certifier sign off on them . And we will give you $800 to go and buy the additional purlins required for the back wall. We currently have construction equipment sitting hire fees paid going to waste , and a not so happy shed builder who currently has no work until we can sort this out with best sheds.
So we have only received the same response with both requests. Even though we have not even asked them to resupply all the batens only what is required to ensure engineering is met correctly.

representative failed to point out the side elevation has a 300mm beam which brings the clearance height back to 2.7m. Exactly what I didn’t want. Whole shed is so flimsy, held together with just teck screws. Carport was 7m long, all roof battens & support beams are cut down to 3.5m for transport. This information should be relayed to perspective purchasers as we did not want any joins in the construction. The wrong eave support bracket was sent. I have had to add our own flashing to make the carport bird proof. Very very disappointed with the whole carport, got no satisfaction when I spoke with sales rep. Would never deal with Best Sheds again.
Purchased a large shed plus garage and carport. They were installed quickly by a tradie familiar with the product and we are happy with the quality. It will be great to have somewhere to store these larger farm items from now on.

supplied), they say anyone buying a shed should expect to have to buy extra parts to finish their shed.....that's nonsense. They know the parts aren't supplied, it's been an issue for them before but Best Shed decided not to include them. That's dishonest when they project a complete product, the also admit the downpipes are inadequate but....too bad. NOT SO BEST SHED. UPDATE- We have now found the top hats and purlins don't line up leaving creases along every sheet connection. (See photos)

is a dull gal and the other is shiny . At least 25% of these are starting to rust after being installed. One month in. All frame c purlins are not drilled to centres so when they need to be installed back to back they don't align .The steel line doors are also rubbish, they are not rolled up from factory square resulting in not unrolling true, they supply an alloy guide which doesn't suit steel . As the 2 come together during operation they bind up and grab. Also another cheap product opposed to the previous good quality B&D doors previously supplied The Wall and roofing sheets are various lengths with up to 40mm difference. The colour and is of second grade and has paint missing on almost e art 2nd sheet. We went supplied enough insulation to cover roof. They don't supply cover sheet to protect tin resulting in damaged iron from packing straps. This is not a 1st grade product, not even a 2nd grade but a mismatch of odd items and materials to complete an order. Did i forget to mention all the additional fabrication required to cut down oversized lengths that should have came pre cut and drilled. This alone has accumulated to an additional cost of around $10000.00 to the build in labour Trying to resolve problems is a impossible mission. We don't receive call backs, they promise replacement but fail to deliver all items. We ring to see when missing promised products will arrive but no answer. we have been unable to complete build as we are still waiting on replacement items and at this point have sourced some items from another supplier due to no response. If they do send them it is when the next truck will be in the area so if u are a little remote like us, good luck so while the installers and machinery are on site its at your expense, by the way we are in Hervey Bay I will continue to battle with these clowns and will be pursuing other avenues to resolve this.. problems have arisen from early Dec 25 till to date without resolution. Please consider this before buying from this circus. Some may say this or that to try to blame us for the issue

Both sheds made from the same materials, same thickness steel and identical design. That is a big saving. I had read some negative reviews so decided to visit the Best sheds Gepps Cross branch in person to check them out. Ben and Brandon were both very friendly and helpful and showed me a number of erected sheds onsite. The quality of the sheds is fine and will do the job. They explained the process for payment and wait times. They provided me with a local contractor to build the shed at a fair price. I was satisfied they are genuine and will now proceed with the shed deposit in early 2026. As for the negative reviews.....always allow enough time for any building project, pay a qualified installer to do the job if you're not a builder and if you don't like the beautiful world champion surfer on the commercial, just change the channel instead of trying to damage a good Australian company that builds its product in Australia.

when asked. I put the shed up myself and didn't have an issue in doing this as I've been a tradesman for over 25years so I kind of have half an idea. Two guys could put this together in a couple of days as it pretty well makes sense and when I add the time it took for me that's about right, but spread over many weeks due to other committents and weather. When I asked a couple of questions which didn't quite add up, old mate was very helpful, which was awesome. The issue I have had is when I went to sheet. Wall and roof sheets had scratches on them, which was disappointing but with time to swap around (if ever offered...) I just decided to hide it where they couldn't be seen. I asked if they'd do anything or a sorry or anything like this, still nothing... My father was a plumber so I was helping handle roof sheets since I was 10 so again I have a bit of an idea how to work with sheets and I know for sure that the scratches weren't mine but scratched in assembly as they were visible when lifting off the sheets from the pack. I also asked if there was a assembly instruction to put the PA door in, nothing supplied really in the instruction sheet and definitely in the Video which is disapponinting (video isn't too bad too help in some other instructions). I decided to just do my own thing and it fine now ( door kit and frame is awesome however). Went to put the door kit and lock and it's missing two adaptor lock rings. Would I buy again possibly but I'd be making sure that i open everything straight away including the roof sheets straight away even if I can't out together for a few weeks. Initial customer service is awesome but just falls away after you raise a few issues... Still never heard back with any of my questions.

Thirdly, they supply cheap screws (probably from China or something) that are very poor quality and hard to screw in. Fourthly, The skylight they sent was not cut to fit and we had to do it ourselves put it in. The manual does not show you how or where to install it. Fifthly, the so called strengthening pieces in the middle are weak and of poor quality. Also there are no instructions on how to join the shed together nor was there any pre-filled holes to show us how it joins, so we had to improvise that ourselves which was challenging because there was very little room. And again when complained about all the above issues they did not give a stuff or care in the world about it! Based on my experience, DON'T BUY ONE!

flagged it for me so diligently attending the store to confirm order and colour selection. After a long wait and a few weeks before delivery to discover she has ordered the wrong colour. Now this is not a small shed either we are talking 10-12m it’s big. It’s a noticeable thing.
When I enquired about this there was no apology, no response; only short terse email saying that was what I ordered. After mentioning I would place this review if she did not respond and work with me to resolve I get a call. Now I recorded my phone calls so this next part is priceless; she admitted her mistake, admitted she would not be happy either, but said she can’t do anything I have to live with it. So much for customer being right, I would offer to pay additional to get the colour changed but she didn’t even suggest a solution.
I informed her that the review on her service she asked for would read as this one does. Let my expensive mistake be a warning to other buyers if your sales person (product review keeps removing her name but it needs to be said) starts with a C and rhymes with pristine triple check your paper work!!!
Better hope all yr parts show up. I’m out of pocket over 2000$ for there mistakes. There excuse was ( we put over 4000 sheds out a month so we expect some to be wrong) Will never buy from best sheds again.
Just completed building a best sheds shed. Unless your shed is the exact same size and type of the one in the instructions don't even bother reading too much. Be prepared to pre drill a lot!! on top of the piles, you would think these are a packing sheet to make sure the sheets below don't get scratched, but no, these are sheets that are required. When doing the roofing you can't have the sheets start level with the wall sheets, there is nearly a 100mm gap on the front and back of my shed that the barge capping covers. If you get a PA door in your kit, there is no flashing provided to stop the rain getting in, I went out and purchased this from a local supplier, cost me a whole 10 bucks.... Pretty dismal that a company selling my shed for example for over 15k can't include a 10 buck flashing. Had to buy extra rivets, no way near enough supplied, guess they wanted me to use 1 rivet per gutter bracket??? Am I happy with the shed? Yes, but a lot left to be desired from the manufacturer, pricing is great but you definitely get what you pay for

Zero customer service – Lodged an inquiry online, a guy rang the next day. He didn’t sound at all interested in helping, said my design wasn’t good and it would be easier if I just draw up a plan and send it through.
