Better Floors

Very disappointing – Went to Better Floors for a quote for carpet for 3 bedrooms and new kitchen floor (this was the difficult part). The guy came out and measured and gave us ideas of what could be done and colours etc. He said he would quote when we had chosen the carpet and flooring. these choices and waited for the quote, it did not come. I do not understand why we were put through the process, if they did not want the job. The process took a couple of weeks. What a waste of our time and how rude. They could have just said they did not want the job.

- obviously has no life) came bolting out and yelled ¨you can't park there, it´s a disabled spot¨. I said OK, so I proceeded down to a spot further down. Followed me in the rain and yelled , ¨You can´t park there is private parking¨ (It was the business parking spots). I informed him that he needed to be clearer in his communication as I assumed that it was a business parking spot. I left and parked 1 block away (repeat it was POURING rain - with small kids). I walked ALL the way back waltz into his office and said, you sell flooring to brands (businesses)? NO. was his response. I said, Oh, OK. Because there is NO WAY I would ever buy anything from you. He followed me OUTSIDE! and started yelling profanities. I turned and said; ¨you really need to get a life mate. You´re a bitter old man!)) (to my shame). His response ¨Idiot¨. So, the moral of this story is - for goodness sake! READ THESE REVIEWS! GO SOMEWHERE WHERE you´re $$ is valued.

Not looking to repeat the journey – It was a rocky road, things were not done right from the outset. A proper assessment failed the rest of the process if there was one. staff or workers if you are looking for a quality job. You will pay top dollar but the job is far less quality after the trail of travesty has passed through.

Truly awful experience! – We used this company because they seemed professional and were quick to come out and measure up but it was a terrible choice and have regretted using them! Problem after problem with terrible staff who didn't know what they were doing. We were left with a secret rate job. Very unhappy customer Quick to measure.
