Very disappointing experience at Beaumont Tiles Nicklin Way, Warana. We visited the store on Friday 1st May at around 2pm to look at tiles for our bathroom and toilet renovation. We were the only people in the car park and in the store, yet despite there being three staff members at the front desk, not once were we acknowledged or asked if we… Read more
needed help. We spent over 10 minutes walking around and were completely ignored—no greeting, no offer of assistance, not even a goodbye as we left.
As a result, we walked out and drove five minutes down the road to National Tiles, where we had a completely different experience. A staff member approached us straight away, helped us choose the right tiles, and assisted us in placing an order worth $5,000.
Customer service makes all the difference, and unfortunately Beaumont Tiles fell well short.

Bathroom Renovation – Fabulous products. Great service from Llyd and Beaumont's Fyshwick. Excellent renovation by Tom Coffey and his professional team from TRC Renovations 0488 051 395. Renovation was completed in under 3 weeks and stayed within budget. House was left clean each day. The products I chose were very good quality. Especially love the LED vanity. It provides a beautiful light in the evening while enjoying a bath. Thanks again Beaumont. Show reply
So pleased we went to Beaumont – Recently purchased Calacutta marble for a new fireplace and hearth. The staff at Beaumont Tiles Mittagong, (Mary, Jess and Buddy) were knowledgeable and helpful. We were very impressed with the range of products and the outstanding customer service. We are delighted with the finished result. Show details · 1
Good range helpful staff – Popped into Beaumont Tiles Midland to see if anything suitable for our full bathroom, ensuite, laundry makeover. Impressed by their range and Roshni was very helpful and generous with her time. Follow up queries were answered promptly. We purchased tiles and basins. withholding one star pending on time delivery. Would definitely recommend Update:… Read more · 1

Great service, lovely selection of tiles – Thank you to the West Ryde team for helping me over the period of our build with our tiles. We really liked the selection of tiles available in the store, as well as the suggestions from the team. We were really happy with the tiles as well as the service at the store. Here are some photos of our ensuite and our bathroom using Rock Salt and Belga. We also used your services for our balcony and kitchen tiles. Everything looks lovely. Show details · 1

Pleasant staff. Great range of tiles. However, be careful when purchasing "Special Orders". FYI: Any unexpected issues that leave you with surplus tiles, tapware or basins will mean NO REFUND of those items. The unexpected CAN and DOES happen but… Read more
Beaumonts offer no assistance to consumers caught in this dilemma. They do not stock all items that they display and sell so they wash their hands of any responsibility to help. Also, be aware if you think you can onsell these items, they may not covered by warranty. So be cautious with your purchases or you could be landed with an unexpected surplus to need scenario. I would suggest you buy any "Special Order" items: tiles, tapware, basins directly from the supplier and negotiate a right of return if you absolutely have to have what you see in the showroom. Or that you prepare yourself for a delay in purchasing these items until after your tradies have consulted TOGETHER, in the space to make sure what can and cannot be done. Each trade does ots plan and quote but sometimes in woeking together they identify unexpected issues. Also, there is a high level of silica in some of the tiles I purchased (20%) but there was no verbal or written warning prior to purchase. Be aware.
Follow-up · Because I enquired about the warranty on the tapware being passed to a purchaser should I be lucky enough to sell the surplus on, the manager inquired of the supplier. The supplier responded unexpectedly that they would accept a return of the surplus items if I paid a 15% surcharge, which I did immediately. I am still waiting for the refund after… Read more

These guys were amazing. Aidan talked us through all the options as we were tile buying novices. They were fantastic when I had a 3am epiphany that I hated the colour. They gave us a refund (stock tiles) and then helped me choose another colour. Bathroom is complete and it looks amazing. Show details · 2
Fantastic customer service – I wanted to buy a box of white tiles that were being discontinued. I went to my Beaumont Tiles store at Enogerra and found they had no stock. I got the idea to check with other stores to see if they had stock so rang Beaumont tiles at Woolloongabba. The lady who helped me checked the warehouse and found that a box was available. phone and was contacted when the tiles were delivered to the Woolloongabba store. I have just picked up the tiles and been helped by a lovely man (who carried the tile box out to my car) and another helpful lady. The service I have been provided with his excellent as I have the product that I wanted with very little worry on my behalf. Thank youto the customer focused staff at your Wollongabba store. Great work!

If I could give no stars I would. My letter of complaint to the manager at the Beverley SA branch ended with “Renovating is stressful enough without dealing with a circus full of clowns”. The company has absolutely no idea about customer service, from product knowledge to accounts to delivery. Useless and frustrating in every aspect and we will… Read more
never deal with them again. Six months after our initial dealing there has been no letter of apology, no phone call and $100 refund for overpayment still owing.

Needed 2 sheets of mosaic black tiles and tried to order them as a click and collect but only had a delivery option. Cost of delivery for 2 30cm sheets was $100. Rang the city store an was told they didn't have them but I could order them online. Asked for another option of similar tiles and he told me he didn't know and I should go to Bunnings. Guess when I redo my bathroom I'll go elsewhere. Show details

Bad news from Beaumont – When ordered our tiles Beaumont told us they were in stock in Medbourne and would be delivered to Adelaide in a week. It actually took a month to get them. They were not in Australia and we had to wait for a container to arrive by Sea Freight. This meant we had no kitchen in our house for 6 weeks. Not happy with Beaumont at all. Show details

Tiles are very low quality – Very disappointed, after less than 2 years my whole floor has very bad scratches on it. Installation disappointment – Beaumont tiles Hoppers Crossing I recently purchased flooring from this company, and while the quality of the flooring itself was good, the installation was disappointing and overpriced for the level of service provided. because we wanted to have it "professionally" installed, but it seems that's not the case with them. I recommend buying the flooring from them but hiring a separate, reputable installer. The installation service is too costly for the quality you receive.

Incompetent, unreliable, lack of ownership and lack of response – Avoid Beaumont Tiles if you value your time and money. The only thing worse than the experience itself, is the lack of ownership. We had 90 mins to select floor to wall times for 6 bathrooms an upstairs kitchen, and a laundry. We specifically asked the specialist consultant whether the colours would match and the grout lines would align, in short… Read more
they didn’t for any of the 6 bathrooms. When I attempted to discuss this with Beaumont’s before the job progressed any further, no follow up. Almost 4 weeks later, a phone call with an apology but no willingness to resolve or compromise in any way. Appalling experience and service and never again.

Beaumont Tiles, Springwood - One star – I went to return 3 packages of unused and opened tiles. As we were told by the salesperson we bought them from at Beaumont's we could return the unused portion. What a drama!! We approached the front counter and explained to them I wanted to return the unused tiles. She said, "there's a process." When she said this, I thought, here we go. The… Read more
manager was called and instead of assisting us tried to find reasons to not issue a refund. He explained, we were informed of the return process. We weren't! Then there's a handling fee of 25%, unbelievable and we have to take them to their warehouse. All we were told, is we can return any unused tiles (as we were told by the salesperson to purchase the required tiles plus 10%). We ended up getting a refund but only because I stood my ground.

Don't buy from Beaumont Tiles – Purchased Microtec tiles from Beaumont Tiles Bokarina for outside around my house and front steps. 50 walk cycles slip rating drops from P4 to P3. Beaumont have blamed my tiler for leaving grout haze on tiles but the accredited slip tester said tiles are clean. Beaumont not taking responsibility. Buyers beware, Microtec tiles must be cleaned by Beaumont Cement residue cleaner 24 hours after laying. The tiles are not sold as a package and sales person didn't explain to me about cleaning before buying. Avoid buying from Beaumont. Poor after sales service and tiles poor quality. They also get dirty quickly but I'm more concerned about slip safety.
Multiple Falls due to inappropriate bathroom tiles recommended by Beaumont Staff – We renovated our bathroom, with the assistance of Andrew from Beaumont Tiles ( sales consultant from the West Ryde store). We purchased the Atmosphere white tile 198 x 198mm Product code: 1215077 as our bathroom floor tile. We were reassured that the tile was appropriate for wet areas. Unfortunately, this is not the case. Both I, my wife and 3… Read more
daughter have all sustained falls in the bathroom as result of water on the tiles. Over the past 2 years, I have held my child while showering to ensure she does not fall again.
I have been told by staff at the West Ryde branch and by a regional manager that the tiles have passed appropriate standards. If that this is the case, the standards clearly need to be altered or reviewed.
In additional, the staff appear quite surprised when I tell them of my situation, stating that this is the first time that they have heard of this happening before.
As a health professional, who has seen multiple people break hips and even deaths as a result of falls in the bathroom, I feel it is my duty to express my concerns of the slip standards of the tiles and how sales consultant articulate this to customers.
So far, I have received a thank you for my feedback and please call our head office. This is extremely inadequate. We will need to retile our bathroom in order to prevent more falls.
In conclusion, I am extremely concerned other people have had similar inappropriate tiles installed in wet areas under the influence of inaccurate advice. I am very worried others will incur falls and injuries as a result of this. I need people to take note of this and to be very cautious.

Beaumont Viles! – Sadly the review won’t allow me to give lower than 1 star. Customer service is abysmal. told, the tiles are still two weeks away and that the person who placed the order is on leave (fail to see the relevance). Assured that they would call back with an update as to what was going on. Three additional calls later (from us to them) the two week delivery is nearly 7 weeks! Happy to take your cash, not happy to deliver the product. Will not use them ever again, would strongly encourage you to consider all other reasonable (and probably unreasonable) options.

If you don't get the order right be prepared for lots of delivery and return charges – Tiles are good but they catch you out on delivery and return charges. I ordered 2 boxes for a small job but it turned out I only needed one. They would have charged me more to return that box to the warehouse than the tiles were worth. Show details

Microtec tiles – I wish there had been the reviews on Microtec tiles when I purchased them. just sticks to them and they end up looking a disgusting brown. I vacuum twice a day, followed all instructions re cleaners - lithofin cement residue remover after installation, lithofin intensive cleaner when the tiles are very dirty and lithofin vitraclean twice a week. They are still gross. I even bought a commercial tile scrubber to get them clean….. didn’t work. These tiles are just not suitable for use anywhere. They. Do. Not. Clean. They look beautiful on the showroom wall, but you will regret it if you buy them for your house.

Terrible service from Beaumont tiles! – I wrote a review on our damaged tiles from Beaumonts with a cleaner they recommended we use. Tapwear Issues – Purchased the Misha Range Tapwear in Gunmetal for 4 rooms. Taps immediately started to chip and rust. Handles loose on taps within weeks of installation. products to wash with ! They finally blamed the bathroom cleaning product, which is a normal bathroom spray not a heavy abrasive detergent. This was not used in my laundry which has rust and chipping on tapwear and all the other tapwear in my showers are perfect ! I am flabbergasted by the response they gave and I asked them to come out to see for themselves the damage. Why are some items ok and some disintegrating in front of my eyes?. Ten grand spent on products gone down the drain and no come back.I was honest and told them I don't clean my bathroom with just water....but who does ? The cleaner is not abrasive but they insist products be cleaned with water. No one cleans their bathroom sinks and showers with water. The handles, shower hooks etc are perfect so what is the difference? Some products have different countries of origin which makes me believe they have different standards but i cannot prove this. I spoke several times to the manager but it fell on deaf ears and we were made to feel dishonest. We will be taking this further.I recommend getting full disclosure regarding the range prior to purchase and to request details of how they expect you to clean your bathroom once products are installed. It is impossible to clean a bathroom properly with water and a microfibre cloth but this is what I have been told we should have done. This was never mentioned at the time of purchase. On another note I have been advised to email Head Office but after 2 emails have not received a response. Has anyone else heard back from them ?

Microtec Tiles – These tiles are absolutely impossible to clean. They had footprints from the tradies that I couldn’t remove so I went into Beaumont and they sold me 2 rather expensive cleaning solutions which smell very chemically and burnt my skin. sticks to them, they attract soap scum and the only way to clean them is on my hands and needs with a nylon scrubber which Beaumont also kindly sold me. I chose them for their non slip rating but am so disappointed with the product. The photo is after the tiles were scrubbed clean and 1 person had a shower. It’s like they haven’t been cleaned at all.
