Great service! – Visited the Bevmarks store at DFO Essendon, and was served by Micheal. He was absolutely perfect, making just the right amount of dad jokes and giving us a lot of information on mattresses. Had a great experience instore, haven't received the mattress yet, hopefully will be just as good as the instore experience! Show details

don't buy this product named "Emma Bed" very strong odour and terrible customer service – my review is only for this product. this is the only stuff i bought it from Bevmarks. The bed frame is solid, which is good. and I do like the style. However, the problem is it has a very strong odour when arrived. I contacted the service team and they sent a staff to come and inspected. That staff came with a very strong perfume and she insisted that she can not smell anything. I reported that to the Bevmarks team but they did not have any response.
i don't recommend this product, especially for kids. this bed frame is still kept in my house but no one is willing to sleep on that.

10 year warranty what a joke – Been waiting for a reply for sinkage on the bed despite rotating monthly. No response. Customer service has been non existent. Don’t but from them – Don’t buy anything from Bev Marks Narre Warren. My wife went in and ordered a bed. They took the order, she chose a color for the fabric and paid a deposit. Three weeks later was told that they no longer made that bed and that we could have the floor stock. The floor stock was not the color we ordered. But my wife loved that style. salesman if they would offer a discount because it wasn’t new, but the floor stock.He said “No”. When I called, he stated that the store manager was the only one who could offer a discount. When I asked why he didn’t state that to my wife, he said nothing and put me through to the manager. The manager offered me a discount, I asked him to send through the amended order and if we were happy, we would let him know. Two days later, no amended order, and they store called stating that they found a new bed that match our order in another store. We agreed to the delivery. When it arrived, it was the floor stock and a different color. I called the store and was given the run around. I called the following business day and the manager told me that I was never told of a new bed matching our order. Whole lot of bull*#%+!! We emailed our complaint to head office and still no response. This is why you should buy from online stores. We are now stuck with this bed.
Beautiful bedroom suite was very well packed – Great bedroom suite delivery guys were very polite and Curtis time Frame could be better but they do let you know they are running late looked after the furniture well Show details · 2
