Very disappointed in being billed for a recurring subscription and not being refunded when requested. I didnt use the program and would not recommend and am now even more annoyed at having to pay for something that is useless to me.

clear explanation or meaningful warning that I was entering an ongoing paid subscription. I have never used their service, and my bank has now blocked my card and raised a fraud dispute. This company’s billing practices are not transparent. They are scammers who steal money.

protesting and saying I did not want the book. As well as this they claim to.personalise the book including the ebook but they dont. I am vegetarian and advised them of this dyeing the signing up process. They recipes are mainly beeg port ir chicken. This us really offensive when a vegetarian has already advised that they do not want meat included and demonstrates how customers requests are ignored. Once they have your money they don't care about what you want.... totally unappropriate The app says I have been unsubscribed and has said that since I first purchased it. They didn't reply or attempt to do anything until I put in a dispute with PayPal and a separate review to this one. Then they lied to me saying they were trying to process a partial refund but that my bank was blocking them from doing that. I purchased through PayPal not my bank. I do not believe them and think they are just trying to waste my time while they wait for PayPal timeline to run down so that I can't escalate the dispute. Don't deal with this dishonest organisation.

This is a rort. The so called tailored plan is completely generic and doesn’t deliver what it claims. The book is a joke and just AI generated general content repurposed from the internet.

to lose the weight I gained and I have to eat in a manner to keep diabetes under control. Nutritionists did not help with weight loss and there are limits on physical activity now. I was not sure on what to do about this weight.

For these reasons, the app was all I wanted, nothing else, no books, recipes or workout info. The terms of the subscription are quite clear on the app. The app keeps me on track for my goal. Tracking it on my own while developing a new habit does not. I wish that the app costed less because it's all I use, but losing weight with diabetes and regaining health means a lot to me, so I'll pay it for now. No one bothers me to buy anything after purchasing the app. That is appreciated. If an overcharge occurs, I have a good CC company to take care of it, so that is never a concern.

I gained weight after major surgeries back to back. Diabetes makes any weight loss difficult. On this easy app I can log and stay on track with privacy. Other apps were annoying and excessive so I didn't want to use them. My daily blood sugar has remained in the good range every day. It's simple, it's working. This has been my experience.

Amazing!!! – I only bought the ebook and it’s fantastic. I love the recipes and the food keeps me full for so long. You don’t get an exercise plan in the ebook however that works well for me. I’m already losing weight and feeling more confident. Amazing ebook would definitely recommend!

This is total rubbish. Having answered all the preliminary questions about preferences etc, once purchased does it all again and the plan is totally formula in - no personalisation at all. I have forgotten more than this company knows about nutrition- all the recipes are carb heavy and totally predictable. I am cancelling the subscription and truly hope they don’t dare charge me again at the end of the month. What a waste of money and time.

$38 for a "personalized book" that was not personalized at all, along with an app that monitors the same things my free fasting app monitors. A waste of money, avoid!

Beyond Body have taken money from me again. I showed interest in a personalised workout and meal plan booklet months ago but what I recieved was not personalised. The meals contained nuts which I'm anaphylaxtic to. When I contacted them they denied a refund and claimed that no more money would be taken but two more unauthorised payments of $119.12 and $44.99 were taken today. Have opened a case with PayPal.

SCAM SITE! They take money from your bank account months after canceling and use every excuse under the sun as to why they can’t refund your money. DODGY THEIVES! Have since learnt this is common for them. STEER CLEAR!!!

How is it that they advertise this book as free and it’s NOT when you answer all there questions to so called come up with a program for you, you then go ahead and you are unable to get it for free unless you subscribe to them. It’s either a scam or a route, either way it’s a lie and should not be allowed.

This company continues to advertise their Beyond Body customised book for FREE, this is an absolute lie!!! it is not free, to get the book you have to buy a subscription for their app, so NOT free at all!!! They say it’s a personalised fasting programme but there was nothing provided after providing answers to dozens of questions. I emailed and questioned this and they came back with a generic fasting routine that can be found with one simple internet search. Nothing personalised about it and to put it bluntly, it feels like I’ve been scammed.

to their attention that the subscription was already canceled and they have the audacity to offer me 25% refund when they weren't supposed to charge me in the first place because it was already canceled. Such a scam they should have refunded all my money initially because by their own admission if the site doesn't work you have 14 days for full refund. Beyond Body immediately and receive a very quick response. When I confirmed my identity and requested that I be refunded and have the subscription cancelled I heard nothing. Followed up this morning and had a very quick response (within minutes) offering a discounted program, when I responded 5 minutes later declining and requesting a refund, I got NOTHING back. I followed up again this afternoon and have heard nothing. This company is just hear for your money and if you try to get a refund they will ghost you.

Total fraud. Despite the statements that you can "cancel anytime", it is impossible to cancel and you keep getting charged the membership subscription. My recommendation is stay away from these people!!!

Despite these major issues, my request for a refund has been dismissed, showing BeyondBody’s blatant disregard for customer satisfaction. Their app wasted my time and money, and their customer service was nonexistent when I needed it most. I would strongly advise others to stay away—this app is not worth the frustration or cost.

disappointment my app which you can download right away had foods in there I will not eat. After realizing this didn’t have the workouts, and foods not of my choosing I reached out to their email since there is no offered information that you can call directly. I emailed the very next morning to cancel and told them my reasons of false advertisement and extra discounts offered the same day through Facebook that I missed. Their response was to pay the difference to cancel since it was written in their policy. I’m sorry but if you advertise workouts and claiming the book with recipes is geared toward our choices and you don’t produce what is offered then we as clients should not have to have the difficulty to back out of your policy with these false claims of helping people out. Customers please do not be fooled, the workout book and add on to the app is a separate charge offered after you pay for the food portion. I personally will not be paying the difference to cancel (as they say early) but I have a feeling that when I try to cancel at the due time I will also have difficulty then as well.
