Very bad stressful experience – After ordering and paying and several follow up emails and calls it’s been several months and I have not received my product. I can not get through on email or the 1800 number. Do not buy from this company
SCAM - Watch Out and DONOT buy from this site! – This is a scam. Ordered a new anchor and paid for it but never received. Can’t contact them via email or phone. Took it to the department of fair trading who advised me after also not being able to contact them that they had another 6 cases for the same issue with Bias Boating. Hopefully they manage to shut this scam site down!
BIAS Boating is a SCAM – Absolutely pathetic. Items not received and contact with the company was not able to be done Phone calls go unanswered and there has been no response from email. Paypal dispute lodged and I was awarded a refund. STEER CLEAR of BIAS BOATING.

Do not buy from BIAS Boating - 6 weeks and still waiting and they are non responsive – Ordered a product that was “in stock” on 1st March 2024. Over $250. Many email follow ups and no response. Warranty Claim – All good until you want a refund or there is an issue with a product and you need to do a return. Been getting the run around and when you phone them the person you were speaking with is not in. Numerouse emails and calls made to get case number for warranty claim. Contacted supplier and was told they are not firect suppliers. Ordered 2nd Unit from Blue Bottle and the unit is working 100%
Brilliant product and service – Looking for a replacement ski tube, 3 seater Hotdog, we found bia boating had what we wanted, simply ordered, paid and received the product as promised, we are so happy

Bulletproof compass – I bought another Iris-50 direct vision compass from Bias and it will join five others which I use for teaching navigation and trigonometry to high school students. They are brilliant for this because they are very easy to use, extremely accurate and no matter how students choose to mishandle them, they literally bounce back.

Came back 3 weeks later and advised shipping was now $550 and they don't have the gear I ordered, awaiting stock. cannot open another dispute with paypal, and I have no refund. Next I was asked to provide bank details to pay the money to, as paypal was not working. 15 days later after providing said details, still no refund. this is a SCAM and I am sure they are now out of business or something because no one answers the phone or email.
FRUSTRATED – Ordered trailer parts o the 20/2/24 still have not received my order multiple emails sent with no reply phone call after phone call with one answered and the the order would be shipped in the following days that was two weeks ago more phone calls and emails no answer. LYING BASTARDS – Same as everyone else on here. Ordered a product. No mention it was not in stock. Received an email 2 weeks later informing me it will be delayed due to delivery issues. I rang on at least 10 occasions when the finally called to say it wasn't in stock but was coming in the next day and they would delver it straight away. that was 2 weeks ago. This business needs to close – My husband ordered a $7000 motor through this company and after 4 months of waiting they continued to say “it’s getting shipped tomorrow”. Finally asked for a refund and they has not beeen processed either. This business is joke. How are they open. Aaron the owner or manager stopped responding to my husband and provided the worst customer service out of all their employees.

Bad service, will be waiting a month for delivery, 1800... and emails with no response – I place my order and paid knowing to receive in 3 to 5 days, 3 weeks later still no parcel, after leaving several messages I finally received an email that they had no stock and were waiting for delivery. I requested my money back to buy elsewhere and they would not refund the full amount so I waited for they delivery.
Bad service Beware – Purchased from this company they took my money but never had the item to sell me. I had to chase them up to be told they don’t have the item. Instead of just refunding me I have to go through PayPal to get my money back.
Boat compas – The compass is garbage never pointed north, it's the second one I have bought and neither pointed north and when adjusting it to get it to point north the adjusting heads broke

Poor service – Ordered a PLB during black friday sales. Was sent a generic 'we are so busy it will take a little more time to get it to me. Followed it up with a phone call in week before Xmas as it was a present to be told you couldn't get before Xmas as supplier would be closed. Had to settle for another brand in the end.
Bought cable 3 months later nothing – The page said in stock a week later I received an email stating waiting for supplier. 3 months on no answer to email. lucky I payed with PayPal. Another big company that plays with customers money. I will never buy from them again.

Great fit, very comfortable – The seats were a great fit and very comfortable. It would be better with a couple of extra clips though. But very good.
Block – Lovely blocks, shame about delivery, took 3 weeks had to go into Aramex depot and threatened not to leave until parcel was handed over. They have no Capricorn Coast deliveries and do not like customers calling in to depot. Depot pick up was a further 48 hour delay, had to ring the clerk while she sat in front of me to facilitate. I have never experienced anything this bad before. Could not order anything through this company again.
