Visiting Birdsnest in Cooma was a fun and unique experience – it’s a lovely space and the concept of trying things on with friends was definitely enjoyable. However, paying to book a room for two hours ended up being quite expensive, especially for four of us. The product range is fantastic – beautiful, high-quality pieces – though sadly, many of the items we were keen on were no longer in stock. Of course, that’s more to do with timing than the store itself.
One letdown was that while there was a lovely woman in the room with us (presumably there to offer styling advice), they didn’t really suggest outfits. It felt more like having someone there for assistance rather than a true stylist experience, which was a bit disappointing given the premium setup.
To be honest, I’d be more likely to stick with shopping online through Birdsnest in future – same great product range, without the extra cost.

Will be back! – The store is beautiful the clothes are lovely. I found some great pieces. Chereen looked after me today and she was fantastic. I will definitely be coming back. Very easy to find what you want. Very satisfied with range of products. Beautiful quality at reasonable prices.
