Was really good stopped treatment in Feb loved it now it’s November and the teeth are moving back to how they originally were, I have the wires on the backs of both top and bottoms seems to do nothing very disappointing and a big waste of money and very sad as I’m getting married in 3months that’s why I did this in the first place :( so not going to be smiling with teeth on the day now

I had their aligners when they sort of first started out a few years ago and was dealing with an [Name Removed] or someone with a similar name. She’s now moved on to a bigger role ofc. with all the sets required. No thought put in the way the aligners were delivered, perhaps by week or something just chucked into a box everywhere in packages numbered I think, if memory serves me right. During the process, lack of information that I had to send photos monthly, then they later asked if I had an iPhone, as they started at the time a new App to do the above, which I didn’t, I had an android. They aren’t clear if you do not send pictures that apparently they can’t cover any ‘non’ improvements. At the end of the process I said my teeth aren’t as adjusted as promised. They didn’t seem bothered when contacted and I was leaving for overseas, so took it upon myself to go to my own dentist that organised a permanent retainer. This process was not offered on their end back then. There’s suppose to be like a 10 yr guarantee or something so upon returning to AU I emailed them to explain the above again and asked to pay for a few aligners to ‘fix’ the issue. They suggested to go to a local dentist that they are linked to (which wasn’t an option in the earlier days) and get assessed. I went to one in Chatswood, they removed my perm retainer, scaled my teeth , which was the worse experience I had that I had to tell this ridiculous dentist to freaking stop. Never had I had such an unpleasant experience doing something this simple. Then, they took a 3D scan. Had to pay for this entire process, and only to receive an email fm Bitesoft to claim that their dentist/ortho’s, after reviewing the scans that they can’t do anything, apparently it’s fixed. What a [Content Removed], bc what I think it was, is that they didn’t want me to pay for a few aligners to fix the issue bc it’s probably an entire teeth fix required!!! They started offering st^pid options like veneers. Doesn’t this sound fishy at best!!! Clearly there’s something not Ok with my teeth bc I took my self to an orthodontist. This company cannot be trusted. What I should hv done was taken them Consumer ombudsman from the get go for a service or product that didn’t work. Not only did they lie about their process, but aren’t following any of their guaranteed service. My suggestion is that you go to a reputable orthodontist. Whilst they may seem affordable, if it doesn’t work you are stuck paying again elsewhere which is where I’m at. They cannot be trusted.

Dishonest and unethical, I have been dealing with this company for 3 years even though my treatment was only meant to be 6 months, I have had issues the whole time and they now want more money as my teeth have moved even though they have a ‘ lifetime guarantee’ I have crooked teeth and 3 years wasted on treatment, do yourself a favour and go to an orthodontist, don’t waste your money.

Worst service I have ever experienced, they guarantee the aligners then try and charge you more money! I started 3 years ago and am still having issues with them. Do yourself a favour and go to a local orthodontist.

The most stress free teeth straightening process with fast results. Obviously, I was skeptical because it is still a growing business, and it was SO much more affordable, but I was growing increasingly insecure about my smile so I just thought whatever let’s just give it a shot, AND I AM SO GLAD I DID!! Not only was the customer service AMAZING, I had no issue communicating my worries and concerns with them as they were so so understanding. To top it off, my results were actually AMAZING. I definitely recommend trying Bitesoft out, and if you’re thinking of it already, take this as a sign to GO FOR ITT!

(which is easy to do), now I have just placed an order for my new set of retainers, which should take 5-10 days to make and get delivered to me. I couldn't be more impressed with the customer service & the difference the retainers have made to my smile.

and so many people have commented on how great my teeth look. The process was easy, just taking scans of my teeth each fortnight through the ap. If I had any questions they would come back to me quickly with an answer. Would highly recommend the process to anyone.

Their customer service is appalling. They gaslight, they lie, they constantly change their story to suit themselves, they don’t give refunds and there are hidden charges. updates and answers to promises that were never fulfilled. After diligently following all their instructions for six months, I was blindsided when they made me restart the entire process without a clear explanation. This blatant disregard for my time and effort left me feeling misled and frustrated. At this point I voiced my concerns and requested a refund. I was met with dismissiveness from the Managing Director, who claimed her “hands were tied” and that she had done all she could.

Over 12 months in and the issues are ongoing. Recently I contacted them to say my chewies are falling apart. They told me I had to pay for new ones as this was their policy. When I asked to see this policy, they back tracked and said that they had decided to send me them for free. I continued to press for info on this policy. After the third time I asked they responded saying that there is no policy, it’s just how they do things, and they noted, “However, we are still sending you additional chewies at no extra cost, so I would appreciate it if there were no further concerns about this.”

Oh! and they have also threatened to end my treatment because they didn't like me pushing for them to be accountable to their awful customer service.

Bitesoft’s consistent failure to communicate transparently, honor their commitments, and treat customers with the respect they deserve is unacceptable. Save yourself the hassle and look elsewhere for a treatment plan that values your time, money, and trust.

I finished my treatment in February. I was just aiming to fix a bit of crowding that had occurred after not wearing my retainers post-braces. helpful. I did fully remote treatment and found the whole process super easy to follow and was overall mostly happy with the results that could be achieved this way. For the price point and outcome I think this was good value.

I recently had the pleasure of using BITESOFT Aligners, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the results! From start to finish, the process has been smooth, comfortable, and incredibly effective.

I had a very disappointing experience with Bitesoft. They make big promises about their product, but unfortunately, they fail to deliver. Despite following all their instructions, I saw no results. It simply doesn’t work as advertised. I wouldn’t recommend Bitesoft to anyone looking for a reliable solution. They keep trying to change my plan to make the product straighten my teeth and are refusing a refund.
