Staff outstanding – Besides Tez from Carindale, Qld store being so very helpful with our purchases, she helped my 89 year old mother, whose shoe had just broken. Tez stapled it back together, enough to get us home and to the rubbish bin. Will be back again. Show details

Service was bad – In the Bunbury store the service was nil. The ladies didn’t ask us if they could help us at all, they just stood and watched while we looked and then took our product into the fitting room. Won’t be going back. Show details

brand. Also the sizing of clothing seems to be all over th place. Buy anything from a 10-14 so ordering online would be a nightmare. After they way they have treated the staff and I am sure that the Port Lincoln figures would compare favourably with most other shops, I am not sure that I wish to shop Black Pepper any more.

that these shops are closing . I don't like to shop online as I like the service I get from the staff in both these shops. So easy to access the shops, So I know I speak on behalf of the ladies here in Port Lincoln and I am sure too the ladies that use West Lakes Shopping complex as its such an easy shopping complex to access. The quality and range of the garments are exceptionally great and prices are good as well . So very disappointed to see them closing down.

I would call a cheap purchase. The collar was indeed narrower, the cuffs were not as well made and in general the fleece was quite inferior. I noticed both last year and the year before that the quality of the skivvies had dropped , several older ones in my wardrobe are definitely of better quality than my newer ones. My days of shopping at Black Pepper are over!!!

The Staff are great but policy’s not so great :( – Went to my local store the lady that runs the store is excellent & always helpful !
